Greatest car purchase experience I’ve ever experienced! Luis went above and beyond to ensure I was being taken care of without any smoke to blindside my decision. The professionalism and pure understanding of taking care of a person made me feel comfortable enough to know I was driving away with a smile and not with buyers remorse. I did have one small issue with my rear camera that I had to bring back my car but big shout out to the service team as well and especially Miriam. She was just as amazing. Overall, I’ve already told friends and family to go to BP Ford and ask for Luis in sales or Miriam in Service because they know how to take care of you. Thank you guys again for all you have done. Its unfortunate that I have to write this review. I had brought our vehicles here before without any issues. We brought our Ford Explorer in for an oil change and when I got the vehicle back I found out that they dinged our door.When I went to check my dashcam footage I noticed they deleted the footage on our dashcam. The last video recorded was the vehicle being parked for pickup. I knew something was off when I saw the dashcam wire hanging.I received two different responses from the BP team. Daniel the Service Manager said they dont have shop footage and Deana said they saw the shop footage and didnt see it happened. I requested to see the footage and was told the footage is gone from Daniel.Daniel then said they will honor it and fix the door but had to wait a few weeks. I brought my vehicle in the day we scheduled to find out the body shop guy wasnt going to be in. The dealership is 15 miles away from us and to take two vehicles and return without a repair was 60 miles total for us.Since we were on a time constraint I got verbal approval from Daniel to have body shop of my choosing do the repair. I sent an email with the estimate but was essentially ghosted without any responses. Its been a week now without a response or any follow up.

Don in service is great. I was pleased with the work that was done. Ive been there 3x for different services and each were completed with no problems! I relocated from LB to Minnesota and had no problems with the vehicle, I am glad to say I made it safely and am grateful for the services Don advised me to get done before the long drive here. Save yourself a great big annoying headache with the service department there. They took my car in the back and bought it out with damage to the right front bumper. Looks like whoever drove my vehicle back there was inexperienced. Of course no one knows what I’m talking about. Be sure to take photos of your vehicle at a 360 degree because they are damaging your vehicle and sweeping it under the rug..Besides that, they ordered a part for my vehicle. I never received a call about the part so I called to check on the part. They said the part had been there now for 2 weeks but that they couldn’t find it and that they would call me when they did. HUH?!!!I decided if you didn’t even call me for the part… like will you even repair the vehicle properly and besides why would I hand over my vehicle to the same ones that just damaged it and has no idea how it happened. Too late for a short story but the ending is that BP FORD 1. Damaged my vehicle. 2. Took no accountability for it. 3. Never informed me of my part being delivered. and 4. the kicker, wants to charge me a restock fee for a part I never received!This use to be my go to mechanic but not anymore. I will be searching for a more professional dealer to handle my mechanical issues for my vehicle. Worthington Ford was the best. I have no idea who these BP FORD PEOPLE ARE!

Don’t do business with this dealership. Not unless you like little help, lots of attitude, waiting over 6 months for a resolution, and the run around.Have been trying to get a resolution for a recall reimbursement. Dealership will tell you to call Ford corporate. Ford corporate will direct you to the dealership. And all the while you get zero help with your problem.Avoid like the plague!

This place is absolutely the best! My husband and I decided to buy a truck for our business, and after buying my Ford Escape from them 9 years ago, we decided this was the place for another purchase. William was our salesman, and he did great! Very professional, speaks both English and Spanish which my Spanglish appreciated. LOL. Took us on a test drive, and we fell in love with this Ford F-150. Maggie (dog) also approved. Manager Kamron gave us a few financing options and got a great deal! Our GPS had a tracker problem, and they both helped troubleshoot it for us. Our finance lady was hilarious and made the paperwork a bit more painless. (Im sorry I forgot your name, but you were awesome!). Drove off the lot with a great deal, a new freshly washed truck, and even a full tank of gas! 10/10 Recommend!

I went to BP Ford of Long Beach about a 2023 F350 that they had. Love the truck and was ready to buy. I talked to on the phone I told him I would be there around 2pm and when I got there he was at lunch, so started working with a different salesman that said he can help me. Went on the test drive everything was going good, got back to the dealership, and was ready to start working on numbers. Told the salesman that I already have my finance set up with my credit un⁷ion and I have the check with me to make the purchase today if the numbers are good. As we set down in his office I gave him the keys to my truck that I would be trading in and showed him the 14 day payoff. He started to prepare the paperwork (I thought) then he asked my SS# and how long I been at my place of employment, I stopped him and ask are trying to pull my credit report, he said no then was typing away for few more minutes then asked how much I make a month, thats when I said what does this have to do with getting a price on the truck. He said oh, then went back to typing on his computer. Finally he got up and left, comes back in after few minutes and asked if he can show me something, at this point am very uneasy. Walks me out to the f150 on the showroom floor and was pointing things out to me about dealer add ons that they do to all there vehicles. ( I was thinking this guy is trying to sale me this stuff or he is trying to soften the blow lol) well know am just want the first set of numbers. We sit down again he showed me the price for the truck (keep in mind this is not numbers yet lol) he asked if was going to put money down I said no but what about the net cost of 2500 you have on your website, and if I still get the 500 bounes cash from ford. He looked at me and said oh yeah and that goes in the cash down. Now am really like what is going here. Then finally the numbers 4500 with dealer add ons cost. Said nope not paying them, at this point I dont trust him are this place. I was ready to go. The bad part is for them because the second numbers was really close to what I wanted, when I say close I mean I would have purchase it. But I didnt trust them, and was ready to go. He kept asking what it would take to earn my business I finally just gave him number that I knew they couldnt achieve because I was ready to leave. Lost my trust the moment we sat down to start the deal.

It was discouraging for me knowing I was turned down literally by every dealer to try again n again. It was a long shot with BP Ford of Long Beach. Upon arrival meeting with Kamran Ahmadpour in Sales just the vibe from him it felt like the situation was going to be OK with his expertise and knowledge and confidence I wasnt Second guessing his decision making. Making the impossible possible I wasnt sure it was real and praise God for sending this salesman in my direction! Not like other dealers you will be there all day and it can be discouraging and stressful and giving false hope, He knows what hes doing and having a team behind him is a plus.. I havent interacted with the sales people here since it became BP Ford only the service team. The service team is the reason I go here. Jose in particular is great. He is easy to understand and is honest about what work has to be done versus what can wait. There are other non-dealer shops that I have gone to in the area but the wait times and sloppy work keep bringing me back to Jose and BP. I appreciate their effort to get the work done quickly without sacrificing quality. Would definitely recommend.

If youre looking for a straight forward honest deal dont come to this dealership. Spoke with Rene regarding pricing on a vehicle, was told if I came in he would give me a really good price. I made it clear that the only way Ill go drive there is if they can take off the dealership addon accessories(which arent advertised as mandatory) or give me a good discount. Not only did they not remove the dealership addons, they also insinuated the conversation I had with Rene was a lie. Apparently, they went back and listened to the phone called I had with Rene on his private cellphone. They did not have my consent to record me on Renes cell phone. We finally came to an agreement, and was passed to the Finance rep. The finance rep, quoted me one price for GAP at the start of our conversation, and ended up telling me a higher number when we were ready to start working on the contract. After all that, I ended up leaving. I tried to give them multiple chances and they failed. Once again dont come here!!!!!!

Let me first off start by saying how pleased I was with the purchasing of this Ford F150 from beginning to end starting with just going online in soon, some searching and then talking with the Internet, sales manager Mario Orea, very friendly and professional, allowed me my space communicated very well when I had questions and spoke with me all the way up until the target date.Once the big day came, there was no pressure whatsoever. I got to jump in any vehicle that I wanted to test drive. And he gave me the pros and cons in all vehicles not holding anything back. And actually allowed me to drive the vehicle and feel it. Not just do one lap around the block..I was very impressed with their surplus, Mario knew my budget coming into the sale and we stayed within my budget restraints once again, never any pressure. That’s huge for me as a consumer you get a little nervous going into a dealership you feel like you’re gonna be taking advantage of or They’re trying to get some over on you. I did not feel that here whatsoever.After we were sure on what we wanted, I had to go into the financing department. That’s where I met Mo Azmi. I feel very welcome, super friendly gentleman. Hu not only walked me through the financing steps, which can be confusing for a first time buyer but really gave me all my options that I had available to me and explained everything. This was very helpful when you’re working with a budget. So overall, the family and I are very impressed with the new ownership and dealership, go see Mario or ask for him in the Internet, sales department he will not steer you wrong great team and Long Beach. UPDATED REVIEWWe bought our truck from them and 2 weeks later the check engine light came on. They have now had it in service for 2 weeks (as long as we had the truck ourselves) . Communication has been very unprofessional and joseph and cameron ( sales reps) have never reached out to us once on the stressful dilemma we have gone through with the truck they sold us. Call backs are few and far between.We are waiting to see what they do with the situation, W/ a lawyer on stand-by.I definitely do not recommend this dealership AS OF NOW but will update this review if the problem is corrected and they handle the situation with professionalism.UPDATE:IMMEDIATELY the Morning after my review I was reached out to by Deana Ramirez the service manager who took the situation in her own hands and treated us like valued customers. She was very understanding of the situation and let us know she was gonna do what it took to get our truck fixed and back to us. She was very communicative during the remainder of the process and filled us in on all the updates. She totally turned our perception of the dealership around. Once the truck was done she even cut our 108 mile commute from lake arrowhead to long Beach in half by meeting my wife in Duarte. She is definitely the definition of quality service manager. I just bought a beautiful used Ford Escape from Worthington Ford. I went online and looked at their list of available used cars. Emailed them the ones I was interested in. Joseph, the Internet Sales Manager got back to me in minutes. I told him the truck I was using as a trade in and he gave me the trucks Kelly Blue Book trade-in value. I stopped by after work, test drove the car, and said Ill take it! They gave me full KBB for my truck. I was in, out, and done.I loved the car, but it seemed a tad small for my liking. They said if I didnt like the car for ANY reason, just bring it back within seven days and well swap it out for a new one. So I did, and they did! I am now the owner of a beautiful Ford EDGE. When I got in the EDGE to leave, I discovered that while I was doing the loan paperwork, Joseph set my new card radio buttons to match the car I was turning in. Now THATS five-start customer service! BP Ford on Bellflower boulevard, Long Beach its not a good place to bring your car in for service. They charge $225 per diagnostic and the employees are not service oriented. The employee that helped me was impatience and not helpful. He was rude overphone when I tried to get clarification regarding the costs of the diagnostic and repairs. They quoted it me $1900+ to repair the lyftgate on the 2013 C-Max, this is the second time I have to take the car in for the same problem. Of course I have to pay $225 for nothing. Take my advice bring your car for service somewhere else save your money and stress.

It takes a lot for me to write an online review because of lack of time, technology issues encounters, etc. but I must say that this is well called for. First off, I came in a week ago early morning and they would not take me in as a walk in. I completely understood and made an appointment instead. Yesterday, I came for for my schedule appointment and I asked Daniel Pulido how long the service would take and he said it would take two hours max. Here I am at 3 hours still waiting for my service to be completed. I went up to the service desk and come to find out John Thornton was supposed to be the one assisting me. Nonetheless, I was not informed that there would be a delay. He said to give him 15 more mins to complete the service because they were already working on it. So 30 mins passed and went to the service desk to ask for an update. I discovered that John had lied to me, another person at the service desk (cannot recall his name) told me that the vehicle wasn’t even started and that there had been delays because an employee left for an emergency. I asked for John and confronted him about his lie and said that my vehicle would be next and to wait 15 more mins. At this point, I’m beyond upset as it had turned into the 4th without having my vehicle worked on. I had to make arrangements while being there to have my children picked up from school because of this delay. I ended up leaving. There were no apologies made. Evidently, this place lacks communication, prompt service and customer service. Please do not go in for your service at this location as this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!

She called me back and what began as a conversation turned into this witch arguing at me about service and parts.She even went so far as to insult independent shops that dont have Ford trained masters....All I said to her was that I didnt appreciate people at these dealerships hearing that I need a new engine block and then RUNNING-UP the price.She took the comment personally but said she would have Pete call this special warehouse in Illinois and shed call me back with a quote on the long block....After I got off the phone with her I called Ford parts and confirmed that the long block is, in fact, available for $5,198 on their website.So, when Deana Ramirez called me back with a quote of $5,977 + $250 shipping, I knew EXACTLY what was happening!Now I understand why she took my accusations personally. I guess it doesnt MATTER how trained you are, when youre off MORALLY.BEWARE of who you entrust to repair your vehicles and QUESTION EVERYTHING.This makes Ford look really bad and the sad part is, this isnt the only dealership doing this.Highly UNETHICAL and gravely immoral. I really hope the Bureau of Automotive Repairs starts looking closer at all of these repair shops and dealerships.Update: Around 5:24 this evening, I got a call from Sean (GM) regarding THIS review.He was angry that I wrote a review, based on my experiences with them, thusfar. We just bought a used Ford Explorer here, and like to share my experience with the dealership, and maybe help some people looking to buy a car here.The first time we came here to check on the car, we were offered a price that 2000+ over our budget, and was having a hard time negotiating the price with one of the Sales managers. And I didn’t want to come back again.When the market price reduced after a few weeks, we contacted the Aaron Carlson and he was able to help us get the price we want this time.However, after signing everything and done with the payment, we drove the car home and soon enough noticed a problem of the car. We thought it was a serious mechanical issue. And we were very worried.We came back to the service department and Scott helped us check on the car and very soon found out it’s because the car’s computer system wasn’t up to date.Luckily the car is fixed, but we still has our concerns since we have kids and r going on a road trip in a couple of days.We talked to one of the SM Richard if they can give us a free warrantee that at least give us peace in mind while we r on the road. And toward the end of the conversation he just stood up and said “no return and no free warranty! Have a good day!”and he just walked away!! Honestly this is rude! I don’t think any salesman should walk away from customers like that, left us sitting there and shocked.Good thing Aaron helped us to talk to another SM and he was able to listen to our worries and concerns and gave us a free 1 month warranty that can be used nationwide! Inexcusable service. Ive brought a car to this place three times in the last few months for the same repair that hasnt lasted. That was after the first repair during which they had the car for over 9 solid months with zero updates on an ETA. Every few months Id try to get an update and Id have to go to the dealership in person because theyd ignore my emails and phone calls.I brought it the last time at the end of July, and they told me it could take months for the car to be ready if its the same failure as before. I called three weeks later, earlier this week, and was hung up on instead of placed on hold and they never answered when I called back. I finally reached someone today, and after sitting on hold for nearly ten minutes am told they cant find anything wrong with it and I can just come pick it up.I replied that I brought it in because it was driving and shifting poorly, and I dont understand why they sat on the car for three weeks without telling me they couldnt find anything. At this point the service rep got huffy about being talked to in a way he didnt appreciate - which apparently involves being asked why theyre not fixing these cars or updating their clients. Its genuinely astonishing how poorly this place handles their service side.Finally got approval to get the car taken to another dealership. Absolute shambles.Took the vehicle over to Caruso Ford and in a matter of hours (not weeks - imagine!) they called me to let me know theres an issue with the alternator, which could be related to the problems still being ongoing. Caruso is close enough to recommend in place of this one. A little drive is worth saving the headache of dealing with this service department.

In terms of purchasing a car, if I could give 0 stars, I would.I NEVER write reviews, but this one was worth taking time out to do --They only saw me as an opportunity and did not listen to my concerns. I was PRESSURED into buying a car, even though I continued to tell them I did not feel at peace with the purchase. My feeling ended up being correct because they sold me a car with a faulty transmission and bad breaks. I was originally told I could return the car within a couple days if something was not right and upon me trying to return it, they point-blank refuse. The contract that I was given, they did not go over everything with me thoroughly and I unknowingly signed a portion of the contract that would work against me. I ended up looking over the contract and saw that THEY had filled it out incorrectly, voiding the contract. After I showed them the faulty contract, they still tried to make me keep the car- LITERALLY telling me they just didnt feel like it. They offered to switch the car with another car off the lot and/or fix the current vehicle but after they treated me the way they did and demonstrated their lack of care, I did not feel comfortable doing that. So, I kept my foot down and they were FORCED to allow me to return the lemon they sold me (of course for their own benefit of avoiding legal matters).If you are someone who looks for genuine service, genuine salesmen, and want to be HELPED, I would NOT recommend coming here. They only want to make money off you. Especially if you are a woman with children- you will be seen as an easy target!!! Its as simple as that.And even if you dont take this advice, make sure you look over your contract CAREFULLY before signing off on anything.SHAME ON YOU FORD OF LONG BEACH.

2/27/24- Deana, thank you for your follow up. I have been contacted by someone this afternoon. They assumed Scott was a possible friend, I got told I spoke to Scott in December. I let them know they assumed wrong, Im at 81k and change. I dont drive my cars much, look at my sales contract and odometer reading at the time of purchase. Youre welcome to call me with any questions, but going forward, my business goes elsewhere.2023/4: Update since going BF Ford: Stay away from this dealership. I used to trust them as Worthington Ford 2 purchases, as BP Ford 1 purchase, and NEVER going back. Looks like I got a lemon and will be dealing with it accordingly. We made the appointment and met Kamran at the dealership. He was on the phone and had the car pulled up for us. The price out the door suddenly jumped by 7k. He said the original price did not include the add ons. When we said we did not want the add ons he said it wasn’t possible to take them off because they were already on the car. So the advertised price was not honest.Then my husband had to take an important call of his own and asked the salesman to show me some other car options. While in the office when he was supposed to be showing cars, Kamran got up, unannounced, and gave the car keys we were looking at to another salesman, this felt inauthentic and like a pressure move. To both of the salesmen’s dismay the person who walked in said he was coming in for an appointment to look at a completely different car. They knew I heard but they still tried the move again when my husband was back in the room.Kamran entered the room again and showed me a car, maybe I wasn’t show enough facial reactions, but he decides he needs to take a call and leaves for a good while. It didn’t even appear he was on the phone he was just waiting by the front of the dealership and did not return till my husband came back.My husband and him continued to talk and the salesman said someone else was trying to buy the car. No one else was in the dealership now. And then he had another salesman come and take the keys, however I saw the salesman and knew he was alone in the room and then he noticed me and came to Kamran and nodded his head. They announced it is sold.That’s fine, if someone we couldn’t see really did buy the car. But we weren’t there long, why would he keep the appointment, say he pulled the car up for us and let us drive it? He did not mention someone else trying to buy it till my husband pressed on the honesty of the prices.Maybe someone did buy it, then it feels like we were a part of some dishonest game or bet between the salesmen of who could sell first.Either way, it felt inauthentic and full of pressure sales. I also felt devalued as a woman because he would not give me the time of day.The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars not 1 is because the facility was nice and maybe this was just an odd night for them.

Bought a F150 here and was pretty disappointed. First, we had agreed to z plan pricing, in writing, with their sales manager prior to arrival - and when I came in, they did not want to honor that price. Second, their add-ons are insane. They add 4-5k in extras to every vehicle - including $1500 for a terrible ceramic coating and $300 to fill the tires with nitrogen. I did not want any of these, and was able to get some of them removed, but somehow they magically kept coming back on the next piece of paperwork that came my way (couldnt have been a mistake every time). Overall, truck is awesome - dealership experience was probably my worst yet.

The service advisor who helped me (Don Mace) was extremely helpful in getting my oil change and tire rotation. The last time I came in for an oil change, I was told they could not do a tire rotation as the lug nuts were defective and needed replacing, which I did not do as it was very expensive. I told Mr. Mace about this, so they were checked and he said the lug nuts were not defective and they were able to do a tire rotation for me which made me very satisfied as they were overdue for rotating. Also, I had previously been told I needed a new battery and he said my battery was still good. I went away thankful as I did not need to spend a lot more money that I was expecting I might have had to pay for new lug nuts and battery. So I didn’t have to pay over the msrp they still said that we have to charge over the msrp. Their is no law against it but it is a breach of Ford’s corporates contract. During the test drive of a maverick hybrid which was the model I was going to order they kept on saying bad things about the ford brand. Then one of the sales people in the back seat didn’t wear his seat belt during the test drive its not my problem if he got hurt but i certainly don’t want to get pulled over by a cop. After the test drive they kept on wanting me to buy a used maverick hybrid with 7k on the odometer. I explained to them that I want a brand new model several times on a special order. I would pre oder it. Then when it came to oder the maverick they wanted to charge 6k above the msrp. Which i can not afford to do so I ended up walking out. I eventually went to norm reeves ford and ended ordering the maverick and i pay the msrp. On the vehicle. I had a much better experience at norm reeves Ford Superstore. Im glad I didn’t buy from here and i will never step foot at BP ford ever again. I will be giving ford corporate a call as-well I hope that lose the right to sale ford products. 2 weeks after purchasing my vehicle there was a recall on the fuel injector. I called Worthington Ford and a Sales Manager told me, based on the year and model, that my car was not included in the recall, it had already been fixed. When I called Worthington Ford back two sales managers told me I dont know what to tell you.3 weeks after purchasing my car and trading in my old vehicle, the loan for my old vehicle had not been paid off, requiring that I make a payment. The payoff quote they received is no longer valid and the new payoff quote will be less. Worthington Ford said they will refund the difference in about a month (money that should be used for holiday gifts not on a car payment that Worthington Ford has in their possession).The Bronco Sport is a great car, but find a different dealership!

Worthington fixed all the recalls on my truck. I got it back and shortly thereafter, My check engine light popped on. I called them to let them know. The guy told me he probably wouldn’t have time, but then reconsidered and told me to bring it by.Upon arrival, none of the service members were busy. In fact, they were all playing in their phones. The guy I talked to on the phone lets me know they need to charge me to even tell me what the code says. I remind them they fixed the truck several week ago…and he responds that he still needs to charge me.I proceeded to respond that I could buy a code reader for cheaper than the diagnostic. That’s when a very large man says “yeah, you buy that code reader and then tell us what’s wrong with it.” He continues to belittle me in front of the staff, meanwhile, I’m a loyal Ford customer for the last 10 years.I contacted the owner twice. He has not replied. Don’t ever go here. Bad service, dangerous shuttle driver, service staff with attitude, and no courtesy vehicles. Cheap, badly run, lazy staff. Never again.I checked the code at my mechanic who does my oil changes. Truck is over-consuming oil and had P0301, a misfiring 1st cylinder. Truck is 4 years old and has 53k miles on it, and they wouldn’t even check it. Light is on again. Please make this right, Nick.

In the past, have had excellent experiences at Worthington Ford and can share details; if requested. This past year, I received three recall notices regarding my vehicle. One of the recalls was addressed professionally and quickly. The remaining recalls did not go as well. At the end of the day; the dealership gave me a ride back to the dealership and took me to pick up my car. I asked they contact me when the parts come in. Months passed and I never received a call. I called monthly to check in. The parts finally arrived. The customer service rep, John, was very professional and checked to ensure the part was there. As I checked in for my two recall repairs; I requested my car be washed and mentioned the extra key I was provided when I originally purchased the vehicle was not working. I inquired why that may be. John is extremely polite and professional at all times. He offered to check into the key situation.At the end of the day, the repairs had been completed. YAY‼️‼️👍👏. My car was not washed. John said there was no time to do it.🤷‍♀️🙁 As I signed the paperwork to get my car, the cashier said I owed $59 and change. I questioned the charge and learned that was for my extra key. I did not request my key be repaired. I just wanted to understand “why” it was not working. I am capable of replacing a battery if needed, however I never use the extra key. John explained but removed the charge.Overall, not a bad experience but not five star rating worthy.

My family and I have been using Worthington Ford’s Service Department for 16 years and always get quick and reliable service. They have a comfortable waiting room if you choose to wait or you can use their courtesy shuttle for a ride to work or home. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel and Jose are great service advisors. I’m always satisfied with my customer service experience here and highly recommend it. My only issue is that they are no longer open on Saturdays and require appointments during the week. This makes it hard for working folks to have to take a day off. My son has the type of job where sometimes he doesn’t know if he’ll be called into work or given the day off at the last minute. Makes it hard to plan routine maintenance. Please consider Saturday service or same day appointments.

Customer service is terrible. The manger I spoke to was extremely aggressive and rude. I was treated with such disrespect I felt the need to come and write a review about it. This experience was incredibly unpleasant. I have been to multiple car dealerships of other brands in the past month and this was by far the WORST experience. TL;DR I could never recommend anyone shop for a ford at this location. If you do, please be firm in your decisions and DO NOT let management bully and push you into anything.---I came to the dealership on a whim due to other business in the area. I have a lot of brand loyalty but was curious to try something new. The sales representative on the lot was respectful enough asking the basic questions and doing his due diligence. Whenever I am shopping for a car, I immediately set the expectation of JUST LOOKING. All was well and good until I declined the test drive and whatever drive promo they currently have going on. The sales rep while still doing his best to be polite did his best. When I asked for a card he brought my inside. I assumed to grab a card but no, he brought me to his manager.This was by far the worst interaction with a member of management I have ever had the displeasure of having. I tried to explain to him I was just curious about the brand and only looking. I did not want to do a test drive. I was repeatedly grilled about test drive or when I want to do business. I did not want to give this information because I did not agree to come back. This conversation then took a turn for the worst with comments around well the rep felt as if you were being apprehensiveYes, I get nervous when pushed to make a deal or so something I do not want to do. I did not once disrespect the representative nor was I rude to him. I too have worked in sales and customer service, I know how to treat people with basic dignity and respect. I wish management at Worthington Ford knew the same.The next comment I remember is you came to us, we didnt come to you. In what world, do you tell a customer who is already on the fence and trying to leave this? I stopped in out of curiosity and trying to switch from my usual car brand. The rude remark of well what do you do was also extremely inappropriate for the context of our conversation. I answered with my occupation. I feel as though the manger tried to smooth over the negative tone of the conversation with empty half-hearted complements. I finally got the business card and left anxious with a terrible taste in my mouth.To look at this business card, and see I was treated so poorly by a MANGER working in sales is shocking to say the least. This was my first and last experience with the Ford Brand.

Dealerships have always been so intimidating for me especially being a woman. Fortunately, I found Jose Rodriguez, the service writer at Worthington Ford. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and helpful. He always takes the time to explain what needs to be fixed and why and doesn’t treat me like I wouldn’t understand.Thank you for all your help!

We went for a trade from a Ford Fusion 2017 to a Ford Edge 2020 on Sat 1/4/20. We had an amazing experience with the staff and went home with a lovely car. Shauna was our sales person and she help with every step of the way. Her attitude was lovely and made us feel very comfortable answering all of our questions. Paul Valencia was our finance advisory and he helped us also, feeling no pressure. We also spoke with the general manager Ahmid who was very funny and helpful too. Staff and environment were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Worthington Ford to my family and friends. Jesus Loves You!!!

I didnt use car dealerships Service dept on my previous cars unless Ive no option.However, since I purchased my Fusion in 2013 with pleasant experiencesat the L.B. Bellflower Street location, I started my routine services at the dealership Service Dept.I received good services, waiting time was acceptable.The customers waiting room is clean, cozy.After the maintenance completed, I found my car exterior was so clean & shinny, they gave me a complimentary car wash without my request.Overall, Ive happy with the services.

As always, our service representative Don Mace did a great job for us. Don has been taking care of our cars for many years, first at Caruso Ford and then we followed him to Worthington Ford.
