Great Bowling place allways have fun at League night, if you ever wanna meet new people and have fun Join a League every one is nice and cool. It will also help you become a better bowler making things also competitive at same time. On Monday after 6pm theres a league so theres alittle lanes available, also tuesday after 6pm theres league bowling, and thursday after 6:30pm theres league just a heads up. There will be lanes available but not alot first come first serve.

I always come to this place with my family and most of the time its in amazing experiance, but last night the guy the was in the counter was extremely rude!! No sence of customer service, gaved me adittude and made fun of me infront of my whole family!!! I defently wont be coming back. Ruin my whole experiance of bowleros. Ps its that guy in blue

Had a great time bowling Fri night 22 Mar 24 with dear friends from my high school days.... we go way back. LOL. We still get together on occasion and this night it was to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Bowling was fun, especially with friends using two lanes. A bit pricey but fun.The staff there were very friendly, checked on us often, and were accommodating to some of our special requests. That was a pleasant surprise. The food was good but again a bit pricey, especially after they added additional fees at the end. Some of my friends also had problems with and didnt like the bowling shoes so if you have your own, Id recommend not forgetting them. Both issues of which is why I took a star off. Im glad I didnt forget my own shoes. Yay. Back to Viejas bowl for us the next time though.

Great service! Great menu selection. Good deal on drinks. A really great all-around good for friends and family time. The staff is very professional and friendly and keep the place very clean. They have assistant cheater bowlers for the little ones. They have awesome Groupon deals. Also, they have a really great music selection so even if you’re losing at bowling, you’ll probably be dancing the whole time.

Bowlero put on a promotion with T-mobile for a free game of bowling. The workers at this location placed an arbitrary limit on the use the coupon. The coupons said 1 coupon per game per person. They would not let us use more than one coupon despite what it states in the fine print. This resulted in disappointed children.If you dont want to honor an coupon, dont promote your business with it. Do better

It was such a fun experience and not a bad proce for unlimited bowling. This cookie melt is also very warm upon arrival, I finished it all by myself. Its my favorite dessert here.

Went here for bowling. Checked the schedule for leagues beforehand and none were shown for Mon eve but showed up around 6 with all lanes full and told none would be open until 830--couldve been a party or something else. Decided on the arcade instead. I counted at least 5 broken games and the vr straps were broken as well. The games seemed overpriced-- have been to at least 3 others recently and this was the most expensive. Prizes are all given via vending machine wich is kinda neat but extremely slow. Wouldve hated for anyone to wait behind our party of 4 to use all our tickets. The claw machine prizes are obviously packed in. IYKYK. The workers walked right through us several times without taking alternate paths or saying Excuse me or other. Our kiddos had a good time, but for arcade def wouldnt come here again. For bowling you can reserve but will be over $100. Will just leave and come back if all lanes are full next go.

My son and I enjoyed bowling and the games. The food was horrible. Pizza was to hard for my son to eat and my Parmesan fries were soggy and cold. I was also overcharged and when I asked to speak to the manager MAX didnt know I was standing there and said to the CO worker who wants me and what do they want now?. Very rude response let alone in front of my 8yr old son. Very unprofessional environment nobody was able to solve any of my issues with as much money I spent. Very disappointed.

I recently had an unfortunate experience here and feel compelled to share my feedback. Our visit was marred by persistent issues with the bowling lane, which seemed to malfunction for a significant portion of our time there. Called a week beforehand to ask if I could bring a cake to celebrate my mothers birthday. Called again day of party and to ask about utensils and if the could provide or we needed to bring our own and was told very rudely that if I brought in my own cake they would throw it away.

Visited this establishment for the unteeth time this evening. Have spent thousands of dollars here over the past few years. Decided to try billiards and was told it was 15 dollars for an hour. I set an alarm on my phone and brought the balls back 55 minutes later. Made eye contact with an employee and returned the balls. Later was charged 24 dollars. Was never told I had to sign anything upon returning balls had never played pool anywhere that is not coin operated before. When i explained this to the manager he was very rude and told me I must not have been paying attention. He apparently wants potential lose thousands in business over 9 dollars. Very rude poor customer service.

Showed up around 8:30pm(3 & half hours before close) & staff said it would be better to go elsewhere & they’d be closing once our party of 4 had an open lane due to wait times. Went to ask to play pool shortly after since I had realized none of the 6-8 pool tables there were being used. Was told to also join a waitlist for it which was the same one as the bowling waitlist.Wanted to have a nice night out with some friends visiting from out of town but wasted about an hour & a half waiting for (open) bowling lanes & pool tables.I’m not a Karen whatsoever but man that was ROUGH

Absolutely fantastic time. I used a Groupon today with 6 people for a lane for 2 hours. Ended up also getting a 25$ fun card for the arcade. The arcade is a bit pricey. The food is fabulous and well cooked. I got a sampler platter. The wings are really delicious as its the rest of the food. We (party of 6) got in 2 games. I bought 5 mixed drinks which were all very well made. Also the sodas come with free refills.

Wow! What can I say! Dominique was soo welcoming and friendly! She had the most beautiful smile and was always available to help us. James found me when I was lost looking for bowling balls! Thank you! We came for a family night as we had such a great time! Every staff member was checking on us and soo helpful on a Saturday night! I was extremely appreciative of Christian’s enthusiasm when I won at a game l’ve tried three visits! Can’t wait for more family time here!

I loved the ambiance of Bowlero. Its the first time Ive been there in over 3 years, so I hadnt seen the remodel pre pandemic. Great job Bowlero did! Aside from remodel, dividers were added to comply with CDC guidelines. Masks are required while inside unless youre eating. Theres designated eating area for each lane. Food can be ordered and delivered right to your table. Servers are on it, great service! Arcade is fun but there were a few games without network signal and nobody around to troubleshoot and fix. Pool tables are open at half capacity it seemed. Theres a good Groupon deal for 6 that I recommend getting at least a day or more before you show st Bowlero. No reservations.

This place is okay. The arcade is just a bunch of kids games and test your luck games which is kind of disappointing. The technology theyre using for their lanes is kind of dated. For some reason theres an area to tip when you pay for your shoes and lanes which is also kind of weird. Like what am I tipping for? I understand tipping a server or somebody whos working really hard to make sure that I get prompt service but youre literally standing at a desk and the shoes are right behind you.

I LOVE WALLE so much. I sat down at the bar and while waiting for an order of mine And she worked so hard and fast. Her performance of work and her attitude towards guest was amazing. Used to love this place when it was Brunswick Bowling they were about family and fun and affordable just had to wait for a lane today on Sunday for a lane and when it cake our turn i go up get handed a paper with our lane and no pricing explained cake time pay my total well over 250 cuz the price is per person plus shoes this is just insanely overpriced especially for not being told what it was while being given the lane sorry but im a ha e to find a place that charges per hour like they used to not by game and person

Our go to late night date spot. Very clean, modern bowling alley but the bar is the best part. The bartenders are awesome in particular Miss Walle. I was so impressed by her service and how many customers she was able to juggle while still making a great drink and providing friendly service. The manager, Max, is also a really nice guy. All the staff has been awesome and weve been coming here awhile.Im not sure why the place gets negative reviews. All bowling allies will have occasional balls getting jammed and this is a nice spot so it does get busy, but there always parking and you can grab some GOOD FOOD if you have to wait. The staff even serves you at your table or lane and constantly cleans tables.

Great spot, too bad Max the manager doest like his job. Ask him a question and you get attitude. Extremely rude, Waiter service was slow but the kids where having fun so not a big deal. Its unfortunate that such a cool place has bad manager. Bowlero needs to do something about him, its not the first negative review on him and I guarantee it wont be the last. Went to visit in hopes of having a good time bowling. We are UCSD students, so we come from all different backgrounds. When we asked a manager, Max, for help/questions, he was incredibly rude and very visibly racist. The way he spoke to me and my other friends of color was horrible and very uncomfortable. He treated our more caucasian looking friends much nicely and actually spoke to and looked at them. When he realized that we were all together, when he addressed or helped us only interacted with our white friends.Super disappointed. When weve been here before the other servers and bartenders were incredibly sweet. Even during their busiest hours the servers have always been nice. But after thinking about it, we think this deserves a review.

I came to Bowlero, to celebrate my father in law’s birthday. I was not even aware that the name was changed. I remember when this place was called Brunswick. Going to miss the old place. Well, looks like they have upgraded a few things. The place looks great, I dont know if they have the black lights going the whole time, but it gives the place a good vive. The big screens again the back wall look cool too. My Little girl had a great time (have a 2 year old) using the bumper system and the railes to launch the balls down the lanes, and they even have little shoes for her. They have also upgraded the arcade, cool games available. I liked the Giant LED Wall screen they have old classic games running on them like Galaga!.. The arcade runs on game cards, you can reload them as much as you want. The Card also keeps track of how many tickets you have. (the days of old paper tickets is over..) And they have a nice vending machine, where you can collect your prizes. The only negative about this place is, that if you are in the higher numbered lanes (like I was) all the ball storage is behind the lower numbered lanes.. so had to walk all the other side of the building. But I love the place. Good times, good fun. !

My last review was of Bowlero in Chula Vista. I gave it less than a stellar review because I couldn’t figure out the oil pattern and bowled the worst I’ve ever bowled … (didn’t even Crack a hundred in 4 games.) However, I feel that may be unfair of me. So, it’s Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, and Im back to do a second review! Wish me luck! (7:34pm … my reservation is at 8pm.) First game 109, second, 124, …. Last game coming up. Last game, 147.So, tonight, the Lanes bowled like regular Lanes, it was quite exciting! Bowlero-Chula Vista is absolutely a fantastic venue for fun. They have bowling, billiards, arcade games, great food, and great music. The greatest thing is that you can go online and make a reservation, then, you show up, and check-in is super fast and simple. You can book events, parties, or just a lane for yourself…(that’s what I did, you have to call for that, the online reservation is for 4 or more people.) Friday and Saturday nights are their busiest times. If you forgot to make a reservation, you can still show up and get on the wait list. It might take a couple hours, but then you’re good.Let’s talk about customer service. Their customer service is excellent. I booked an event for New Years Eve, it cost me around $164. I wasn’t able to make it to the event. The contract states there are no refunds because they utilize a lot of resources to make an event happen. Knowing this, I emailed the person who had booked the event for me and I asked for a partial refund … (just to see what would happen) … of course, they were unable to issue any type of refund. BUT, they did given me a free hour of bowling on a day and time you prefer, which equals about $45, or roughly 27% of what I paid. I was awed that I got that!! But wait, there’s more. The real customer service happened when I showed up to use my free hour. The manager on duty treated me like I was a celebrity!! I truly appreciated how the staff went out of their way to create a memorable experience for me … it was like I was there on New Years Eve.Now, let’s talk food! I had the Monster Burger, which “is 1/2lb of smashed burger topped with grilled onions, lettuce, pickles, and special sauce” It comes with classic fries, although mine came with the garlic parmesan fries, and a Dr. Pepper. About $21 all together, and scrumptious! It has a really fun feel. Great for a family night. Except, the service was disappointing. They were going to give us light bowling balls for the kids but it took us 3x to go up to the desk and remind them that we were still waiting on them. Then, when the waitress came to get our order she was visibly what looked like annoyed at our questions or order (I don’t know for sure) and very obvious she did not want to there. The restrooms and arcade area were dirty although we were there in the earlier part of the day, so I was left questioning whether things are being cleaned. The bartender was great. She was welcoming and quick.

Went on a Saturday night, it was my first time being here in a long time since they rebranded the place, overall had a really good time. Lots of variety of games at the arcade, armed security, and liked the text message system when they are busy and have your lane or billiards game ready and liked the big projections at the lanes. In addition, I liked the loungy vibe of the decor and atmosphere. Friendly staff and was easy to work with but one thing that I was mostly dissatisfied with was the bathrooms could have been alot cleaner.

This is the bowling palace this place has his own time zone fun time zone we are regulars bowling is my passion, stress reliever this bowlero is my favorite I drive out of my way to go to this one. The lanes are great. The staff is great. My friends say the beer is a little watery. I only drink soda. The sample platters our top choice. Definitely a good place. They have a good house. The experience sucked. We were really excited to bowl and socialize after covid and not seeing one another. Our lane number 11 was not keeping score. We spoke to a women at the counter and she sent a mechanic that never came. We had to go back to the counter and get a gentleman who was helpful and restarted the lane for us. Unfortunately it still didn’t work. I don’t know why they just didn’t move us to another lane. There were many empty. None of the staff ever checked on us after restarting. Our estimated wait time was 1 hr and thirty minutes by the lady at the counter. We got a lane after 20 minutes. It was obvious they did not want us there. After two hours of back and forth we just gave up, no apology, but at least the bowling was cancelled. I mean what were they going to charge? Sitting 😅 This place could definitely use better staff like Tiffany. Our server at the bar with food and drinks on our $100 tab for 3 people was amazing, checked on us, and very friendly. She is the reason I MIGHT go back. If you can find another place to bowl, I would.

Nice! This was once Brunswick Bowling and now its been completely remodeled into a really trendy, retro feel, new alley. Bowlero has a nice arcade as well. There is new seating at each lane which allows more people and is also comfortable. There are workers who come to take orders but they are so busy the service is not very good. We come here so much but with our most recent experience last night we won’t be coming back again . We were there for about a hour and a half and our lane kept getting stuck . We couldn’t even get past the 2nd frame . We had to go to the front counter 3 times to tell them about it and after the 3rd time they moved us to another lane and the same problem happened so we ended up asking for a refund . The manager ended up coming to our lane with armed security giving us our refund and 2 hour vouchers but told us we had to leave because “ we were bumping into people “ . We bought a lot of food and drinks that we couldn’t get refunded or stay to finish because of us asking to get refunded for their malfunctions with the lanes . I never seen the two employees that we were dealing with so they must be under new management . We’d come here all the time and would usually have a good time but we were really just thrown off with the treatment we were getting because of their problems . We had no problems leaving but we wanted to at least finish our food and drinks before going but couldn’t because we were “ bumping in to people “ . One of the security guards came and grabbed a pitcher out of my cousin hands and as were willingly walking out the door a security guard said “ we were lucky “ . It was my wife’s birthday weekend so I was being respectful and cordial with them the whole time so for a armed security guard to say that as we were walking out really pissed me off . So if you go here and have a problem with your lane for hours, don’t ask for a refund or they’ll kick you out with trigger happy security guards .

I’ve been living in South Bay now for about 7 years and have never known about this location. When the business team wanted to go out for our end of the year holiday get together, someone had suggested Bowlero and honestly, I was not really feeling going to a bowling alley. After later finding out that I could pay around $8 per person per game I tried to refund the $211 price of reserving a reservation. With over 20 calls made I would just be transferred to another department repeatedly which all ended in going to an automated message that would simply hang up at the end. I tried the corporate guest assistance number through many hours of the day only to be told that all “representatives were busy” and to be hung up on. I’m sure this location is wonderful and a great experience, however the unprofessional nature of assisting guests attempting to make any changes after being charged has left this place off my list. DO NOT make a reservation unless you’re willing to spend over 10x the amount necessary to bowl in a single lane. I’d happily remove my review if any useful actions were taken to be refunded or even partially refunded the money I spent to bowl with just 3 people for 2 hours simply because I wanted to make a reservation.

I didnt pay for my bowling here, went with some friends who had a Groupon. The service was friendly and helpful. The lanes seemed nice enough (its a bowling alley). Some of the seats however were being held together with duct tape. The food and drinks were good (we ordered a sample platter and a couple of alcoholic beverages). Prices were what you would expect to pay at a bowling alley, so higher than average but not exorbitant.

I love this place we had my niece birthday party there. But I am very disappointed in my experience I planned to have my sons 10 birthday party there so excited but everyone got Covid really bad and when I tried to cancel and get my money back they dont want to refund Us. It was already bad that we couldnt have the party and everyone is sick but at least he couldve got more toys but no they dont want to refund Us even though we didnt have the party. Covid is on the rise and you would think companies like this would be understanding.

Great plate to bowl in Chula Vista, food is ok, kind of worthless security, we came in the main entrance and got a thrill check like when you go to a club, but if you go thru the noth side door there is no security, I told the guard and he said we used to have more guards but now we only have two and we cant keep all doors secured.

Honestly it was so busy that after waiting two hours we gave up and left. We did hit the bar while there but the drinks were super expensive. The place was nice and had a pool table and a game center for kids. Ill go back but only on a weekday.

This is an over due review and I feel so bad for not leaving one when our event happened but I still remembered I promised the staff I would write one and never did! 4 years ago the Bowlero Team took great care of our company at the time for a Team Outing and we couldnt have asked for a better service it was exceptional - so organized & detailed, they even decorated the space and added additional details without us even asking. The catering was amazing but most importantly the gentleman which I cannot remember his name but he was tall, brown hair and glasses (maybe a supervisor or manager) - he and his team were AMAZING and so professional !!! If youre thinking of doing a team outing that is a fun but casual atmosphere with great food for a great friendly competition at Bowling - Book with Bowlero, you will not be disappointed!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My granddaughters had so much fun. I hadnt been in a bowling alley in over 25 years I was impressed with all the technology in the scoring being tracked on the TV screen or monitor pretty cool back in the day you had to keep score on a card. I highly recommend for families and singles youll have a blast.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. For a be they food is extremely overpriced and get so little for the prince. Also, My friends and I came here and waited 3 HOURS to bowl. An hour into it they had a technician difficult in our lane and they could not resolve the issue. They advise us to wait until it worked again. We waited 10 minutes and it didn’t work again. Extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back here again. To wait this long and pay full price is extremely disappointing. My friends and I will be taking our business somewhere else.

SALES DEPARTMENT IS EGREGIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG*Short Story: Due to an on-site miscommunication my reservation was not honored and was told my money would be refunded. Three weeks later my sales rep has failed to acknowledge my multiple requests for a refund. The problem was never solved by Bowlero and I had to dispute the charge with my credit carrier.Long story: I made reservations on a Saturday night for a group of five to bowl for two and a half hours. We arrived ten minutes late to our scheduled time and was informed that forty six groups had been placed in front of us. The young man at the counter was nice and told me that if my group did not bowl I would not be charged for anything. We took him up on his offer and decided to leave before we checked in.Unfortunately my credit card was charged the full amount for an experience we never had. I was later told by an on-site manager that what had transpired was a mistake on their end and my reservation should have been honored. When my sales rep Natalie emailed me with my receipt, I politely explained to her my circumstance and inquired about how I can get a refund.Five days after that exchange I had yet to hear back from Natalie and sent a follow up email l to see if there was any updates on my situation. Twelve days after I visited Bowlero, Natalie contacted me ignoring my request for a refund and pushed for me to reschedule. I politely explained to her I would rather have my money back and have not heard back from her in over a week.With this being said, I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience dealing with Bowlero due to the unprofessional service they provide in regard to correcting mistakes for an experience I paid for, but never participated in due to their error. It has been three weeks now since I visited Bowlero, and have still not received any meaningful help from any Bowlero sales representative. The only saving grace has been the on-site manager Mike who has tried assisting me with the sales department. With this being said, be cautious if planning an event at Bowlero since support by the sales department’s service is disappointing and stressful at best

Great place to bowl and most staff members are great and helpful but today, I believe his name is Elwin. He had so much attitude cause I kept saying “huh”. He talked really quiet and got mad when asked him to repeat what he’s saying. I don’t know what his problem is but needs to adjust and learn to speak up and more clearly.

Insanely expensive, but modern and clean. It’ll basically set your back 15 bucks to bowl one game, including the nearly seven dollars to rent the shoes. I just find that exorbitant. The video games are insanely priced, as well. If you go on Wednesday they’re half price, but I still consider that rate fairly expensive. You have to get thousands of tickets in order to get anything decent from the prize machine, which is broken half of the time.

Its really nice booths were comfortable more food variety and they also have a bar the negative is the moyority of the staff is slow it can take up to 20 min to get a beer from the bar and another 25 to get cheese stick the girl from the bar had to read how to make drinks.so by the time she figure it out you had already missed your turn twice on the game.There was an older guy helping out he was really nice and wanted to know if the kids where having fun he cleaned our table and was really friendly not like the rest of the employees.

At the time of arrival we saw the majority of the patrons with no masks. Be aware that no one, not even the employees enforce masks.My visit was pricey. For two games and 2 cards of 40$ each, our total was 120 dollars. The more people the less the cost of your visit assuming you split the amount.The shoes are comfortable. I wear a size 12 regular with side feet. Size 11 fit snuggly even with a fit injury.One recommendation for the establishment and the patrons is to bring hand sanitizer or have them available. Since this place is high contact with surfaces, everyone should also wash their hands frequently.The restroom is a mess. Public park messy. The smell of urine was unbearable. And its most likely a busy night and not enough workers at the point that contributed to the smell. So dont blame the workers, blame the dudes that cant aim to face their lives.Overall the vibe is nice. Good place to kill some time if you have a couple hundred bucks to burn.

I cant even bowl here if i wanted. What do i gotta book a lane 2 days in advance? They open late, and everytime i go to this alley they got no lanes available and nobody is even bowling. Theyre reserved or theres a league in an hour. I cant even get a single game in before the reservation shows up? Just 30 minutes guy. So i gotta drive to el cajon to bowl? What a shame, i grew up bowling here. Its a very pretty remodel for a place that doesnt want my business.

Fun and clean establishment that not only provides bowling, but also has an arcade area with up-to-date games families can enjoy. Upon receiving the lane youll be bowling in, you are provided with a couch instead of individual chairs which makes it a comfy experience as well. The eating area and the food is in good quality. The bathrooms are kept clean and stocked.Prices to play and eat are reasonable, if not, cheap. Alcohol is served here as well.A great place to plan your kids birthday party or just have a family outing. Overall I highly recommend this establishment.

Nice place to bowl and have fun... 1st review. Prior to actually bowling and paying there this past Saturday. Was quoted one price at check-in. Then charged another at check-out. $95 for shoes and two games. For four adults... never again. Also one of our party. Ordered and was charged for two watermelon fish bowl drinks. Only to find out two of this particular drink. Cant be ordered by one person. Now he has to wait two business days... for a refund. Because of their error. Lesson learned and never again !!!
