Olga was very professional and polite. Her office is in her home, but don’t let that discourage you. I Called and she was able to assist me within the hour. Highly recommend her services very happy customer.

I just left BOW Fingerprinting Services, and Olga did an excellent job! I was a walk-in, and called her from the driveway and she was able to complete my fingerprinting right away! Olga is very kind, and very professional. I highly recommend this company!

Olga is so nice! Yes its a house but she has a nice office set up in a super clean garage with all her licenses up on the wall .. shes fast a professional and takes card ! Not enough stars !

I had called several places, including police stations, who did not have the Form FD-258 and only provided Live Scans. I called BOW Fingerprinting Services at 4:15pm and left a message and received a call back within 15 minutes. I was able to schedule an appointment and stop by within the next 30 minutes. The super fast service along with the flexibility and convenience of appointments is unmatched.
