Allen was wonderful! I know the advertisement says that he sells LA, but he took the time to come south and help with selling a OC property. Allen came as a referral from a friend and they spoke as if he was the king of real estate. He lived up to his reference and did an excellent job. He was realistic, honest, and understanding. He sold our property during the holidays I might add, and helped our aging family to leave with dignity. Thank you Allen. I would do business with you anytime and happily refer anyone.

We were able to find and close on a house within 7 weeks because of Allen. He helped us with everything we needed from beginning to end. He was always available to answer any question and guide us every step of the way. Without him, we would not have locked in the best interest rate available at the time. Allen is the best agent I could ever recommend for buying and selling a home!!! We have worked with him twice on the sale of our homes and could not have been happier with his services! The first sale was a condo in Beverly Hills. We had been working with another agent for about a year with no success. Within a month, Allen re-staged our condo and sold our home at a great price. We only wished we had found him sooner! Allen also helped us sell our home in a gated community in Calabasas. He proved to be beyond diligent, trustworthy, reliable and literally went above and beyond to sell our home before it even hit the market at an amazing price! His team digitally re-staged our home, took amazing pictures and took care of so many little things we would have overlooked as sellers. He even helped with getting rid of and donating furniture and items we no longer needed as we were moving out of state. His expertise was beyond apparent and blew us away! We have now used Allen and his team to purchase AND sell a home! TLDR: Allen and Boutique Realty are the best and we couldn’t have been happier! Read on for more details haha.When purchasing, he took us all over the valley until we finally found an area we were comfortable with and was within our price range. It was a treat every time we walked into a potential property and without any hesitation, Allen could tell us everything we could possibly want to know. Including, the brand and types of floors, fixtures and other non-obvious pieces of the home. This helped cut through some of the typical misdirection…Oh, you think that vanity is nice, that’s the cheapest one at Lowe’s, etc. When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, he was (as I like to say) ruthless! Speaking at least 4 different languages that I heard, he was able to negotiate in a way with all parties that I hadn’t seen before. He got us a great deal on the house, got a lot of things taken care of and even worked things out to extend our Escrow when a surprise tax issue popped up. We couldn’t have been happier.Years later we decided to sell and move and once again Allen was an absolute rockstar. He was able to put a team together to do all the necessary updates and make our house look minty fresh for sale in less then two weeks. This included redoing our front yard with turf and giving the house some amazing curb appeal. All of this was optional to us, but I’m really glad we took his advice, because the return on investment he was able to get us was more than we thought we could get. We had nonstop showings and offers and we were closed within a week of listing. All of this Allen handled while my family and I were driving cross country to our new home. The amount of stress Allen took off our plate made our whole move so easy, which made us eternally grateful.Both times, day or night, we could call or text Allen and he was super responsive and helpful. Allen Brodetsky is, by far, the most capable realtor I’ve worked with. My late husband and I bought and sold six properties over the past 20 years and dealt with many realtors but this was the smoothest experience by far.From the outset, I knew I could depend on Allen to guide me through the selling of my home. We have used Boutique Realty and Allen Brodetsky for a number of years. Allen is the epitome of what a great realtor should be. He handles all sides of a transaction, and even helps with the financing. When another realtor could not sell our home, Allen stepped in, quickly re-marketing it, advertising it differently and getting full price offers to sell it with pre-qualified buyers in record time. Allen an his team are the BEST. I got his help to buy my home over three years ago. My colleague who was very satisfied with Allen’s service gave his number to me while I was looking for a real state agent. I called Allen and that was one of the best things I did in past years. He helped me and my wife to find our sweet home. It took us more than 8 month to find the one that we like and Allen team were always there with us visiting open houses. I have used him for several deals on the buy and sell side and he gets straight to work from day one. Allen really is the best agent you can possibly get. I interviewed seven again seven different realtors and what he offered was above and beyond everything else. He went the extra mile on anything I asked for, when other realtors told me I would have to contact someone else for that info. He always picked up the phone and was accessible at all times. Working with Allen and his team was the best experience I could have asked for. He helped me find and purchase a townhome in Northridge and did my loan for me as well. Everything was seamless and worry free. This was my second time purchasing a property and decided to go with Boutique Realty because my first purchase was very stressful due to the first mortgage broker being difficult to work with.For the purchase, Allen helped me narrow down properties specific to what I was looking for and he and his staff (Sammy and Ella) were great at meeting me for viewings and giving me their opinions as well as listening to my own feedback. Eventually we were able to find a place that was in my budget and had everything my fiancee and I wanted. We made an offer and it was accepted the next day. We were so excited.For the loan, I had spent a few months shopping around with various companies, both through recommendations and inbound calls from all over the country. I had talked for hours on the phone with brokers from Colorado, Maryland, Orange County, you name it. Eventually, when my offer on the property was accepted, Allen said he would be more than happy to let me work with any broker I wanted, as well as give me a quote for a loan with his office. When I got the loan estimate from Allen, it was better than any offer I had elsewhere and I went with him for the loan as well. We closed escrow 29 days later with no hiccups or frustration.Allen was always easy to reach and available to talk me through any questions I had. We were on the phone regularly making sure every document was signed and every form was filled out.
