2024-02-12 22:42:22Leaving two stars only for the variety of flowers present. But buyer beware. Their prices are higher than expected. Trader Joe’s has better looking roses at 1/4 cost. Felt completely ripped off after leaving and seeing lower prices and way better quality at Trader Joe’s.Edit to reply to the owners comment:I went to Trader Joe’s right after I went to your shop. Receipt has date and time stamp :)Also I spoke with the check out girl who informed me the flowers I saw that day was from the day before and you wouldn’t get any more the next day either.Trader Joe’s got another fresh flower shipment the next day.

2023-03-19 17:50:29I recently contacted Boulevard Florist for Hydrangeas. We had a celebration of Life and the lady who passed loved Hydrangeas. They were absolutely stunning at the Event and afterwards I planted them in the familys garden (see photos).

2024-03-26 02:00:17So I didnt think it was going to be necessary to post so negative about this place because the orders were taken correctly but when receiving the flowers, the flowers that were suppose to be peach were green and the leaves that were asked to be filler for the flowers did not look correct and did not look good at all. When having to return to the store to change just the leaves out a new worker told me it would be fine to change the leaves out which I took as its fine to switch them out and get the leaves desired. I was then called multiple times and texted multiple times on my wedding day to be told I had to pay for leaves that were told were going to be part of my already pricey purchase which included a bridal bouqet, bouteniers, and many bunch of roses and some other flowers. Overall I was told I needed to go back to the store to purchase the leaves that should be included in my order because I already spent about $500 or more on all arrangements. I will NOT be returning to this establishment and for the girl who helped me its not her fault for it is the lady ceci or whoever dont know how to have proper customer service.. if it was that serious to pay for 3 packages of leaves then take it out of your pay check. Horrible customer service because overall I was told I didnt have to pay for the greenery in the beginning then when I wanted to change the greenery type it became a problem. Very unprofessional and definitely brought stress upon me on my wedding day for some leaves! You have lost a customer and I will never recommend this place to anybody. Do better.

2024-04-03 05:35:421. Its obvious youre more concerned about your business than being clear with your customers.2. The communication about ordering within a week was clear to me that the flowers would be close to the colors that were asked for, not green. That advice should have been given instead of saying it would be somewhat close to the color asked for. Now, as for walking out with greenery, I was told by one of your NEW associates that it was fine to exchange the greenery I DID PAY FOR ! MAYBE, train better so this wont happen again in the future.3. I was given the impression that greenery was included with the bunches of roses I DID purchase which again were not the color I was desiring but I worked with it anyway because I understand it was a last minute order . It would have been professional to work out an arrangement for the leaves to make up for the roses that were not even close to the color talked about prior to ordering. I DID ask to call back another day because you had decided to call me on the days I just got married for $20 that could have easily been payed but the rude commentary from you and unprofessionalism of your workers who said exchanging the greenery for the desired greenery was okay is a shame on you and proper support for your workers should be valued IF YOU CARE SO MUCH ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND IN THIS CASE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT . IF YOU CANT AGREE, THEN MAYBE ITS TIME TO LEARN BETTER MANAGEMENT SKILLS.AND OVERALL I DID PAY FOR ALL MY PURCHASES !! OVERALLY PRICED AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RETURN. That is why you received a ONE STAR REVIEW! A ONE STAR !

2023-06-12 17:26:34Boulevard Florist did all the florals for my daughters wedding this weekend. I cannot say enough about the service we received when ordering and the flowers were spectacular. We went to several florists to get quotes, etc. Boulevard was the only one with photos of all different arrangements to choose from, showed us actual samples of the flowers they would use, and did everything for 1/3 of the cost of other quotes we received. Again, the flowers were spectacular and more than we could ever have expected. They should be your go to florist for all events.

2020-05-19 02:11:08Boulevard Florist provided exceptional services for my friends funeral. Unfortunately I was not able to attend my friends viewing due to quarantining for my ill mother whom I cannot risk getting infected. Anyways, knowing that viewing was in two days, I ordered from Boulevards website on a day that was not open, and found some beautiful affordable sympathy flowers for the family that I could afford for under $100. With that in mind, I figured that the florist would have one day to prep these sympathy flowers and they did great. Boulevard confirmed the order via automated emails and then send another email on the day of delivery. However, I was a bit worried because I dont always trust automated systems, so I called both the funeral home and Boulevard flower, and they both confirmed delivery. I just want to say thank you for providing these beautiful flowers for the family. I feel terrible not being able to attend, so the fact that the family enjoyed and felt loved (according to the funeral secretary) just really made me feel at peace. You guys are fantastic! Just a little tip to all people ordering these flowers. Make sure to give them at least two days before they send out the flowers. That gives them a lot of time because I saw another mentioning that their order was canceled last minute. Also, make sure to be SPECIFIC at what time you need these flowers delivered, if youre sending them locally from the market. Write that in the notes box thats on the ordering form online. I highly recommend this shop!!!! Nothing but a really smooth process.
