Had a great car buying experience at Boulevard Cadillac. Darin took excellent care of me and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I worked with Jayden. First off I felt immediately comfortable . I had no idea what I wanted to get and he started me off showing me some models that fit my criteria. Never did I once feel like I needed to second guess anything that was being said. When I came to the numbers. He got me in my desired range. I felt like he was on my side. I typically don’t like car “shopping” as it can be tedious, stressful and overwhelming. Last month, my boyfriend and I decided it was time to take the leap and start our search for a Cadillac Lyric. We had taken our 2017 Cadillac XT5 in due to electronic malfunctions associated with the transmission, driving sensors, etc…. In October 2023 under an extended warranty. Well 8 weeks later after multi calls from my wife after multiple promises to get it back I had to insist it get put back together because we were moving at the end of December. The transmission shifted was replaced due to failed buttons. While the motion detection around the bumper were replaced and covered by the warranty company. We had to pay $1200.00 because they had to take off the bumpers. Definitely a scam by this dealership. The bad thing is Cadillac had no manual for repairing or troubleshooting the sensors. I had purchased two cars from them and will never buy another one. By the way the front bumper sensors do not even work. The back ones do.I should have never had to pay for this work. It should have all been covered by warranty. This is definitely not a good practice. Watch out for this type of game.

I would rate this not even a 1 star !!!!!Please eveyone don’t go here very bad experience they do everything in there power to sell you a vehicle but once you already purchased the vehicle and you go back for questions they are very rude and disrespectful! I needed help for a cancellation of maintenance they sold me very expensive and they were so rude when I called and even in person ! The fact that I am pregnant the main manager there from financing had no respect towards me and that’s not how you treat customers ! I tried to file a complaint and he said he is the main manager from financing !!!Well if he is he needs to be fired very rude !I will not recommend anyone here at all this has been the worst experience of my life coming here to this dealer . I was sold a Porsche and having nothing but problems with unfulfilled promises. Ken sold me a warranty and now fighting to get the money refunded. (See attached). I’ve left multiple emails and voicemails. I’m now in the process of filing a lawsuit for damages since they won’t legally refund me for my warranty that I cancelled. They will be sorry they messed with the wrong guy. Unbelievable!

It is rare to receive such wonderful customer service from a company these days. Please understand that it is with great admiration and gratitude that I applaud the team at Boulevard Cadillac. I will admit I was very disappointed because I had to repeatedly bring my new car in for service. However, Russ in the repair/services department was amazing. He continuously made me and my car troubles his up most attention. He kept the lines of communication open and conveyed clear options to how I should handle my ultimately defective car. Russ was so empathetic to my situation and really cared about me and my experience at Cadillac. He continued to check in with me and provided me with alternative transportation options until my situation was completely resolved. I would also like to take the time to thank Tim for his hard work and diligence in providing me the best possible offer for a new car. Tim was adamant about making sure I was comfortable and well informed about the whole process when purchasing my new car. He went above and beyond the call of a sales person when he made sure that I had the appropriate vehicle to travel with my grandmothers wheelchair. It is the attention to these small details that leave a lasting impression and that sets Cadillac motors above all the rest.

Shawn was very helpful. I came in because my tire sensor was blinking continuously. He was the first person to help me. He was honest about what it would cost. When he found more issues with sensors on my car he made sure to consent that I would be ok with moving forward with the cost. It’s especially tough to have to pay a grand when you are full time nursing student barely making ends meet but Shawn did everything he could to make the price more palatable and why it would be beneficial to me and my vehicle. He also did a full inspection to make sure everything else was running smoothly. I would recommend Shawn every single time as he goes above and beyond. Also my car was filthy when I dropped it off. I just hadn’t had the time to get it washed over the past few weeks. Shawn returned it to me in pristine condition. Thanks for everything Shawn.

Our 04 Seville was throwing codes my neighborhood shop didnt want to mess with. I called Boulevard and spoke to Russ in service. Long story short, they cleared the coded, drove it 30 miles and they never came back. We picked up a clean detailed car and the 245 diagnostic charge was waved. Outstanding service.

Wow…I took my Cadillac in for service due to a check engine light and the air conditioning system was not working properly. I went in knowing I had scheduled an appointment through my Cadillac App, however, upon my arrival an appointment could not be found. The Service Advisor Shawn stepped in a made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a rental care and my vehicle was ready by the end of day. Shawn made sure the vehicle was washed, ready to go by the time of my arrival. Shawn gave me five star service and now I’m giving him a Five Star Review. One of the best experiences Ive have since owning my chevy!!!! Russ was the first person I started my vist with and he was very welcoming!! It was 7am and NEVER have I been great with such happyness.happiness.. the energy was great! Sean had the same energy when it was time to give me the breakdown of what the mechanic found. Very patient and thorough!!! He didnt have the attitude like I should just get a new car etc. He without saying it understood this was an investment. I want my car to last as long as possible. Do not patronize this location. An elder relative who is also a veteran recently took his vehicle to said location. He was told his car would be returned to him within 4 days time and it took well over a month. In addition, they kept changing the original quote and he was not notified of the price differences per quote. Upon arrival to pick up his vehicle he was told that he was owed 6,000 dollars cash of which he ended up paying 5200. He later then called his insurance company and was told they were never charged by the company at all. This is a highly unfortunate situation as a society should protect and not take advantage of elderly people. Instead, this agency overcharges and continues adding fees to elderly clients bills in hopes that they won’t be able to pay and recover their vehicle.I will be reporting them to all the appropriate agencies and would advise that you keep your loved ones and especially your elderly loved ones away from this location as they will not be treated with the respect or integrity they deserve.

Really great shopping experience. My wife and I worked with Alfred when we stopped by to look at trucks and he knew everything about the truck off the top of his head. From towing capacity to the manufacturing process of the frame, this guy knew it. I wasn’t planning on buying a truck, but I became so educated about said truck that I was comfortable and prepared to get it. Paul the sales manager gave us an amazing deal as well! I bought used 2017 escalade and I got ripped off for my trade and a 10k down payment. The payment was written back n2 my contact as part of the sales price. My trade was also made to look as part of the sales price. The 10k was 0.00 for the down payment. And a 57k truck ended up costing me 77k. Very dishonest sales rep.

Premium Escalade owner was treated poorly by Karen Martinez. Visited the service department for sputtering with my vehicle and decided to get an oil change. The technician forget to put the oil at 100% and left it at 18% which makes me question his experience as a mechanic. The following day, I noticed a ticking sound off an on for a week and I truly believe it was due to 18%of oil in my truck. I called the service department explaining my truck could barely pull a hill and it was loud like an old truck on its last leg. The advisor immediately stated to go to a gas station and check the oil stick. I stated, I just had a oil change “as I thought” and how about I visit the service department tomorrow on my way to work. Long story short..... They couldn’t identify the ticking, used 49 miles doing test runs, provided me with a rental for a week, recommended I file a claim for assistance in identifying the problem as they couldn’t, poor customer service with no calls with updates as I had to call for status updates on my vehicle. I was so angry with the service I received, I deferred to my husband to communicate with them as I was getting to emotional with them providing no answers. Picked up vehicle as they stated it’s running smoothly and again I believe the low oil played a big part of this issue. I noticed today a big chunk of rubber missing on the right rear door as I’m thinking when the tires were rotated the technician was sloppy installing the wheels. I won’t bother to take it back and will wait for the Case Manager to call and share my experience. Please do not take your luxury vehicle here as no one is experience in fixing minor problems. Im still saddened by them keeping my vehicle for week and finding nothing wrong. As I will continue to say, it was low oil. I will be taking this issue higher😡

They called me the night before close to closing time to tell me my car was ready and that I should pick it up next morningI arrived early next morning as I was told to pick up the car. I recently helped my mother buy an Escalade from Boulevard, Paul Hendry specifically, and really cant say enough about how easy Paul and his team made absolutely everything. The paperwork, payment and delivery all went smooth as could be. They even dropped the car off at my moms and spent an hour with her showing her how everything worked and making sure she was completely comfortable with her new Escalade. They were quick responding to subsequent follow-up questions over the next week as more/new questions arose. Really a top-notch experience.

Purchased a semi used car from boulevard Cadillac about a year and a half ago from a guy named Ray, ever since I’ve purchased this car I’ve spent nearly 7,800$ in repairs mind you this is a 15,000$ price car . First the rear differential went out got it repaired at the certified Cadillac dealer again it fails both times was 2,900 to repair . Then the screen goes out another 1,5000 to repair . But the one that finally caused me to call them back was the car stalling in the freeway at 80mph every one swerved around me to get out of the way and protect themselves while I’m there stuck hoping to god no one read ends me . I pay a tow truck to come get me . Called Boulevard Cadillac where I bought this car and explained the situation to a guy who claims he’s the sales manager Rudy, he heard me out and said bring the car well help you out and check it out . I call again right when the tow truck is here at my place to take it over and get a second confirmation from Andrew another “manager” . My cars there for an hour and I get a call asking if I approve 155$ just to look at my car !! Worst service imaginable they just want to sell you a car and then when you’re done that’s it they don’t care about your safety or making sure that you’re okay . DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND RESPECT .

You have the best and friendliest service department but I still am so bothered that I was lied to when I bought my car from Sal Hurdle. He told me I had a map app which it does not and also said I had a garage opener which I do not. I can understand mistakes but even the manager finally told me he would give me 2 more free years of on star to make me happy and not so upset but that never happened. I also did not like having my calls un-returned. That service really sucked. I love my ATS very much and wished I could of had these issues addressed so it would be a pleasant experience.Since I bought mine, two family members had purchased a Cadillac one a CTS. Not at the Long Beach dealer. My husband will be buying a new car next year and I will make sure he does not buy from Boulevard Cadillac. Unless some how someone makes it right in my heart about the lies from your dealership

I got my 2nd Cadillac Escalade Platinum from Boulevard Cadillac not so long ago.I get most wonderful experience from Boulevard Cadillac every time when I need new car or service needed for my car.I know most of people dont like dealing with sales person to buying a new car and it take almost all day (Some times more than a day).But Paul and staffs at Boulevard Cadillac make it so easy.They find me a car Im looking for and in and drove out with a new car took me about a hour.So far I havent see any other dealer who provide that kind service and thats why Im going back to Boulevard Cadillac.

I just bought a beautiful 2014 Mini Cooper S from this dealer last night. I have to say our sales associate, Isse, was FANTASTIC! He answered all of my questions, I never felt pressured and even hung out and joked with us for a bit after. In fact the entire staff was so friendly, not fake buy my car friendly, but genuinely friendly and happy. Finally, i found a dealership which does not cause any fear of buying a car. Me and my family we walked in on a Saturday afternoon to the dealership, Sally respecfully approached us and she was kindly answering all of our questions. We were on a market to purchase an Escalade. They showed us all the vehicles they had at that time, and we made an offer for a white color escalade. They accepted and the whole process was really smooth. No hussle, no pressure and it was like a dream to buy a car from a dealership without any drama or BS. After, we purchased our vehicle we had a small problem with the SUV and i called the dealership. Benny personally talked to me and addressed all of my concerns. I can give another 5 STARS just the way how Benny handle the issues. Long story short, it has been month and a half since we got the Escalade and so far we enjoy it alot.I will highly recommend this dealership for their customer services over all the dealerships. Further, as my personal opinion if you are on a market to purchase Cadillac, Boulevard has way better offers than Martin Cadillac in West LA, and Casa De Cadillac in Sherman Oaks.Thank you very much again making the purchasing car alot smooth and drama free.

Worst sales experience of my life. Never go around closing time they will just push you out the door lol. Need 6k a month income to pay for a used Cadillac lol. Wont come back or recommend anyone to come here. Sales person arther messed up multiple times and didnt get info right half the time during the process. Pretty much got the run around and shoved out the front door here. Guys lost someone that had the money to pay for a car that they always dreamed of owning even had a co signer as back up with good credit and still got shined on. Pretty much got treated like this young person doesnt deserve a car like this because I never had one a young age type deal. Lol good luck new buyers.

I leased my 2010 Cadillac SRX at the Bewey Allen Cadillac in Alhambra. I always took my car there for regular maintenance but since that dealer closed, I had to find a new dealer to take it to. I took my SRX to Boulevard Cadillac for an oil change and I was treated much better by the Service Department there than at Bewey Allen. I was very pleased with the staff,the timeliness and the service. I made an appointment and they took care of me on time. My car was ready when they said it would be and that was awesome! When my lease is up in 2014, I am definitely considering leasing a new Cadillac from this dealer.
