2024-06-28 20:55:20Ive never been so mad at the customer service that I received at this RV resort, I booked/reserved my spot 20 days before our stay mind you we been staying at this resort for over 10 years, the day finally came and it wasnt the spot I reserved they told me I was suppose to lock in the spot for 10 dollars more but no one told me that at all to secure the spot, we get here the day of and find out that our spot was changed in the system automatically mind you I paid in full and never got a call nor email to tell me about any changes to our reservations, I never ever write reviews but this was so so unprofessional.Update: Im very appreciative to the general manager for personally coming to my spot to apologize for any misunderstandings and fixing the problem, my heart is at ease and myself and family will continue to come to this beautiful RV park for relaxation and fun, Thank you Mr. Rob Sagginarrio.

2024-05-20 22:54:44Had a great 4 day stay. Our space over looked Pudding Stone up on our particular bluff. Trash was close and accessible 24/7 and emptied daily. They have golf cart rentals at the Bluffs. Down at the lake they have jet ski and paddle boat rentals I think. Rooms I gave 2 stars for. I am referring to the restrooms and showers because the drains in the shower were stopped up. But great place for family fun ! Watch out for the Electric Bikes and Scooters as they are flying through the park ! The speed limit is 15 mph in the park and 1 way roads all which lead back to the office and exit. Plenty of grass and shade. A bit pricey but worth the stay.

2024-06-09 20:52:27This is the second time we’ve stayed at Bonelli Bliss, and once again everything was excellent, from the check-in to the site we had and all the amenities. Lots of grass for the dogs to play around in and many many trails that you can go on from this RV spot.We like it because it’s very close to where my niece and nephew live, but we would use this RV park as a great launching point to almost anywhere in Southern California.

2024-04-04 01:40:50The nicest RV Park we’ve been able to find in the greater LA area. Up on the hill, with some of the sites overlooking the reservoir, it’s a very pretty park.We were happy with our experience with one exception. We paid the lock fee when we made the reservation so that we would keep the site we wanted. Months later, they called us and said they were moving us to another site. I asked what good fee was if they could do that, and they had no answer other than that they would refund our lock fee. We ended up in a site that was nowhere near as nice, because all the nice sites by that point had already been reserved.

2024-05-12 20:15:17I would love to give it five stars because its a beautiful campground. We love camping here with our camping club once a year for a week. This time we had a group of very Disrespectful young families that thought it was ok to let there kids ride their Electric bikes in and out of our camp sites As fast as they could. Their bikes made a loud squealing sound, they thought that it was hilarious. The office said they would take care of it. They said they were not allowed to ride in here that fast. Nothing was ever done. We made Numerous calls. If you want Peace and relaxation, Come Monday through Friday.

2024-04-22 06:30:57Great privately owned campground near LA. On a bluff with a great view if you get an overlook site. Still nice if you dont. Sites are decently spaced and partial shade. All paved with good hookups. Laundry facility is centrally located, sinks for hand washing, and takes credit cards. Garbage pickup at your site, central restrooms with showers if you need them. Quiet and friendly.

2024-06-24 00:13:58Good location, well groomed area. But disappointed that no wifi available. Also park rules were not being enforced as all sorts of noise late at night from other campers partying until 1am. As well as ebikes and other motorized toys and bikes running thru our camp area by children running around without parental supervision and no staff corrections seen to enforce agreement made to sign when reserving site.

2024-05-28 23:02:54This is the most relaxing, family friendly, clean, and safe RV, Camping, fishing, beach, etc...place anyone can enjoy. Convenient store is a bit pricey but to be expected. Other food and shopping areas nearby if needed. Swimming pool, playground, and fun times here. Home away from home great experience. Love it!!!

2024-04-22 00:02:40Can’t say much about the trailer parking situation, but they have a nice venue hall that my cousin had his baby shower at in 2016. Spacious kitchen and tables/chairs are provided. Area is not too busy or loud, and I assume it’s a nice place to live too. Gets hot in the summer though, so beware (I’m from the OC so I guess I’m not used to it.)

2024-05-04 23:40:29Not a hotel, but a RV resort, so no stars regarding rooms and service. Location is good. Easy to get to, surrounded by lovely mountains. Crowded resort tho. Many people who have designated themselves as camp DJ and blasting music (as if we all want to listen to what they want to listen to 🙄). Also only one laundry facility for the whole (huge) park. That’s a minus. I was going to do laundry but decided not to since it’s pretty far from where our camp spot is. Probably won’t stay here again. Glad we’re here for just one night.
