I purchased my daughter’s car from Boktor Motors in September 2022, and I wanted to wait to write this review until I was sure we had made the right choice. Just shy of two years later, I can confidently say that Boktor Motors exceeded all expectations. Not only did they offer an unbeatable deal, and believe me, I scoured the entire country for better prices, but their customer service was exceptional from start to finish.The car we bought has performed flawlessly. Weve encountered zero problems with the car. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were satisfied with our purchase.I highly recommend Boktor Motors to anyone in search of a great car at a fantastic price. With that said, I’ve also read some bad reviews on here so double check the car.

Very recommended! very responsible owner, especially the staff named Albert will follow up if the car has some issues even after monthes. (they will help you even the car is sell as it) Bought a nissan sentra super smooth and good, with some minor issues but Albert keep following up and solved them

I bought two cars from this dealer for my kids. One car I bought about 18 months ago and the second one 3 months ago. I thought I owe this review to however own this business. Both used cars run great. Reliable and in good shape. The best thing was the price. I think we got the best value for our money. Thank you.

I had been searching for just the right Land Rover LR4 for quite a while. When I saw that Boktor Motors had one that I was looking for, I reached out. They responded in a timely manner and were very helpful. It was a great experience. The vehicle was well taken care of for a 10 year old used car. I purchased the vehicle from them and the buying experience was above average. They were not pushy and did not try to hide anything in the paperwork. The only downside was that I lived an hour away!

Do NOT buy a car from here. I bought a Lincoln LS from the dealership that was a TOTAL LEMON! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It ran for about 3 months before breaking down!

In June 2023 (just four months ago), my husband and I purchased a 2012 Volvo for my 18 year old daughter- it had 80k miles and appeared in good shape. She is a college student and works part time - she is dependent on a reliable vehicle.Just four months after making this purchase, her check engine light came on, the car started shaking and she immediately pulled over. It was a scary experience for her. We towed the car to a reputable shop in our area and we are now finding out that she may need a new engine. In addition, they have found a slew of other issues that should have been caught if this car had passed through ANY type of inspection.I wish I would have read the reviews prior to making this purchase because others have had similar experiences and there are lots of commonalities in our complaints.Edited to add a response to managements reply: I did reach out to your company through the online website form but it took several follow-up messages to get a response. This all transpired at the end of last week, and we have been traveling, this is our first day back to deal with the issue. We are willing to give your company an opportunity to correct these issues, and to do the right thing.If this car truly did pass any type of pre-sale inspection, Boktov may want to find a new mechanic as our auto shop has alreadycaught many things that would have hit the radar of a qualified mechanic. Minor issues, we wouldve had no problem repairing on our own. Thousands of dollars worth of repairs, after four months, definitely not acceptable.Our bill today to get the car back on the road was $2932.85. The recommended repairs and services: $5,635.16.October 30, 2023, I spoke to Albert from the dealership who told me that the cars DO NOT go through a thorough inspection, as stated by Kay. The cars go through a very basic inspection.We selected a dealership versus a private party for peace of mind, believing that all vehicles passed inspection.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of reading through all of the negative reviews here before making a purchase from this dealership. Make sure your personal mechanic has done a thorough inspection of the vehicle since the dealership does not do thorough inspections.We have a $10,000 vehicle that needs almost $10,000 dollars in repairs. I truly feel scammed.The final outcome: the dealership (Albert) has refused to help correct the situation, and did not respond to my offer to sell the car back to them.Do not trust these people. This experience has been devastating and disheartening. I would love to connect with others who have had similar experiences to explore our options. There is power in numbers.

I bought my first car here. Albert is very patient, friendly, honest and helpful. He helped me immensely. The mini cooper I got had a few problems and we had to schedule multiple appointments due to time conflicts and other logistics but Albert personally came and helped me through all of it. In fact he even booked me an Uber home. Really doubt any dealer would go that far after selling the car. Thanks Boktor Motors. 🙋‍♀️

This is a small (used car) dealership and its a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack; but the people there are awesome and very helpful. We were shopping for a car for my son and not having any luck with the other places we had been to. We wanted something in our price range (without going too over) and that would get him to A to Z with detours in between. After searching online, we found this place and Im happy we did. We spoke to Albert, told him what we wanted and what we could work with. He listened, recommended a few cars he had and after a few test drives we found my sons (new to him) car. The woman who completed the paperwork, Karen, was really nice, got everything completed, no fuss, no muss. Most of the cars are not fancy, some have cosmetic issues, but the people there were honest with us and werent pushy or looking for the next sell. Id definitely recommend this place.
