Bob has been very helpful, and assisting me in replacing the tires on my Electric scooter, I was at my wits end trying to find a place to get this done ( my back tire is flat, and will require some expertise to remove due to the wires connected to the back wheel) he is in Novato,but has been the only place that can do this type of work.

Bob is the man! He help me diagnose/ fix my newly used Pint purchase. The famous loose power button nut fiasco.I was able to sneak out this weekend between the rain. Did a nice little 3.4 mile loop on the street and trails. Just chillin at 9-13mph flawlessly. Even hit a few speed bumps, my board did not cut out once.Bob gave me my confidence back!Many thanks!-ChrisMotoMedic

Bob is a very helpful and extremely kind guy. Very capable of fixing any problems you might find on your onewheel. Definitely would recommend his service. He’s also very fair with pricing and I’ve bought a few of his own onewheel products like mustache rails, and they are incredibly high quality. 10/10 🤙

I live all the way in Texas and got the dreaded Error Code 16 on my XR and couldn’t ride it for more than a few feet before it would shut off on me!I shipped my board to Bob’s Stoke Shop and with in a week Bob had the issue fixed, even swapped out some stripped threads for me and had the board headed back my way!Once I got it back it performed perfectly and I haven’t seen the Error Code since!Will definitely use Bob’s Stoke Shop in the future and recommend for all your OneWheel repair/mod needs.

Fantastic experience dealing with Bob from start to finish, Im in FL hes in CA ✈️ 4208 went.. Bob caught my attention in one of the DIY groups, he has a great reputation in various aspect of the stoke community. This is why I initially chose his business, he recieved my board, diagnosed my controller, BMS had both gone out 💥 He explained the ⏰ and 💰 in repairing my OEM parts VS swapping. This was great bc I have spare decks and it saved me hundreds of dollars. He badgered the deck, sourced new OEM front pad and shipped her back. Hundreds of miles later she is 😇 perfect. On top of all that hes sourced all the impossible to find o rings, wire harnesses, parts FM wont sell you for DIY repairs!! This is truly a 5 star 🌟 business! His contributions to the stoke community earned him my businesses and I trust your experience will be the same! Happy Shredding☝ 🤙➖🌑➖💨

Unbeatable serviceBob came clutch when I needed the help most. I tried doing a tire change myself and got stuck after installing the wrong tire. After 2h of trying to get it off myself and multiple days of not being able to ride, I called Bob to see if he could help. He offered to open up early and service my wheel. To my surprise he had my board fixed and up and running properly in under 20 mins!I will definitely come here in the future and tell other riders to as well!Thanks again Bob!

HIGHLY recommend for any Onewheel mods/repairs and beyond!I can’t say enough good things about Bob and his Stoke Shop. I had to change my bearings & tire as well as solving some internal problems I had with my controller. Bob did it all for a fantastic price and very quickly. Bob is super responsible, friendly, and honest. He not only know anything and everything about OW, but he also knows a lot about electronics, if there is a problem with your board he can fix. If you live in the Bay Area and you need anything, I mean anything to be fixed, repair, or exchange on your OW, there is no doubt Bob is your go-to.

Bob’s Stoke Shop is top notch! I was traveling back home from Oregon with a broken OneWheel and had many more trails to hit on my travels. I spoke to Bob and stopped by a few hours later. He got my board up and running in a timely manner. Beyond thankful and stoked that he brought my board back to life. I highly recommend this business!

I recently went to Bob to get a xxr battery installed, as always, provided me with knowledge and tips for future wear and tear on my board.My last experience was getting bearings (Burris ceramic, don’t buy) installed, after 3 wks of riding they crapped out on me. Now Bob did not have to do this but he felt so bad about the bearings which he no longer sell, he replaced them with a set of DHM bearingsAlways top notch service !

I wanted a CBXR Battery. Bob would only work with JW Batteries. He INSISTED that I get the JW Battery. I bought a JWXR Battery through Bob. The battery has never had working cells. I have sent it back to JW, they repaired it, and sent it back to me... still broken. Now, just a few weeks later, JW is out of business and I have a broken Onewheel battery that I paid $700 for. Thanks, Bob.

Bobs Stoke Shop is off the charts, amazing! I was passing through town and I couldnt book an appointment for the time that I would be coming through. When I got there, Bob was short on time and I had to be somewhere. I couldnt get back to the store in time, so Bob offered to let me pick up the OneWheel at his home later on at like 10:30pm. Lifesaver. Not to mention, the repair was expertly done as well.

Bob has been outstanding in fixing my board and he finds the cheapest and best way to fix things. Hes very honest and has gotten my board back to me quickly a few times now. I recommend this guy highly. Im so happy I didnt listen to that one review, because thats NOT true at all.You will be so happy to get your board fixed by him! :)

Scheduled an appt for bearing change (because of the amount of miles I have put on the board) and also a tire change. I was fully prepared to pay for the bearing change but Bob said lets take a look at it first. After taking the wheel off, he checked the bearings and said that my current bearings are fine and then began to explain what and how bearings get worn out. Because of the honesty and knowledge, Bob will get my future business when any of my Onewheels or ebikes needs mods or repairs. Super friendly/nice guy, very knowledgeable about all pevs (not just Onewheels) and very happy with his service. Cannot say enough good things about Bobs Stoke Shop, easy 5 stars!!!

My onewheel short circuited due to a big tumble I had on a trail ride... and would cycle off after I turn it on.Made an appointment on the website, and Bob was there to greet me when I arrived and went to work on my Onewheel. Troubleshooter the issue and gave me options on the repair.Although I didnt request a bearing change, discussing bearings with Bob gave me a different point of view regarding types & brands of bearings... and so I ended up getting my bearings replaced at the same time.Bob is really knowledgeable regarding onewheels and will get you right if youre having issues.Thanks Bob!

I’m so glad I found Bob’s Stoke Shop on Facebook. Bob is super friendly, responsive and an expert on what he does. I went in for a tire change and was in and out. He has OW accessories on hand if you like to purchase as well. It was worth the drive and I would definitely be coming back for all my Onewheel needs. Bob saved my board 🙏I got water damage on the beach after a crash. Board ghosted into the water. I thought it was done for. This happened to me only a few weeks away from Shredfest.Bob took me in short notice, was able to see what was damaged and ultimately fixed everything for under $300 (including a few upgrades & refreshes.) This thing got hit by a wave, I was not expecting for a full recovery. AND I have my board back and ready for the event this weekend.Ill always bring my board up to Bobs. Super impressed with what he can do.

I contacted Bob to have a new tire and accessories put on my XR. He did an excellent job while I waited and hung out outside. He was professional, fast, and gave great advice that I wish I had gotten before I went on an accessory spending spree. He also paid attention to the little details like offering to paint my front XR fender black when applying new grip tape for a clean appearance. Hes an honest and extremely knowledgeable OneWheel enthusiast and someone who wants to do right by the community. Im definitely having him do any future work on my boards.

I was sold a defective part from this shop, a used OneWheel XR BMS for $550. It completely unbalanced my battery, possibly ruined it. The staff will not take ownership of the problem and is poor at communication. Dont trust the quality of their used parts.
