Gabrielle is epitome of a great Realtor. I was in the market for a new investment property and with her expertise and guidance I was able to confidently purchase my third home. Since I made this purchase outside of the city I live in, I had some apprehension about the unknowns that come with purchasing a home essentially sight unseen. Gabrielle took the time to take the trip (2 hours+) to the property and provide me pictures and great advice on the home that I was looking at and caught many details that went unmentioned on the initial listing provided by the sellers. She was able to provide me with local home and termite inspectors that gave me in depth and detailed information on the current state of the home. Using this information she was able to expertly negotiate a lower purchase price and seller credits on my behalf to ensure that I was getting the best deal on the home I was purchasing. Gabrielles expertise and care really show when she is helping her clients and I would recommend her services to anyone who is even considering purchasing or selling a home.

I was overwhelmed with the idea of preparing my parents home for sale. It was a moderately sized home with lots of stuff they accumulated over the years. Sandy took care of everything. After I grabbed what I wanted to keep, she found a charity that cleaned out EVERYTHING (whether it had any value or not) and hauled it all away at no cost. She had very practical advice about turning the home into a showpiece without spending money on anything that wasnt going to show a positive return. She took care of arranging all the repairs and upgrades, and we had the home on the market in about 4 weeks. During that period, she was accumulating buyer interest, so by the time it hit the market, it had 4 competing offers within 7 days. I already had high expectations for the selling price, but the final sale pleasantly went way beyond my expectations. Their team is great with communication and response. Their marketing to buyers is phenomenal, and theyre experts at actively selling your home. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Gabrielle if you plan to sell your property. The property she sold for us was an old house in Turlock and not easy to sell but she sold it quick despite the current real estate market condition. She kept us informed every step of the way from finding the right buyer until the closing of escrow. She adjusted to our schedules and informed us the process in selling the property in detail. She sold the house and we got the full asking price that we expected. She was very professional and easy to work with.

***UPDATE 04/02/24***The below remains true about Leena Zeidan BUT I am giving one extra start because Sandy Jamison has worked with me over the last year assisting in the loss mitigation process. She has communicated with the bank on my behalf, possible buyers, investors, etc... She has done all of this without a paycheck. I am grateful that she did this for me, however I am still in a very bad financial situation due to one of her agents taking advantage of me and that I cannot ignore.First time home buyers be warned! Do your own research and do not take their word for anything. I originally had a great experience and enjoyed working with the agent Leena. She did work around the clock for us, but she did not properly prepare us for our first home purchase. She did not insist on the important of a home inspection, instead she pushed for us not to have a home inspection and encouraged us to go in non contingent so that the offer would get accepted. She stated over and over again that sellers are looking for “clean” offers. This was all happening at 10pm through phone calls. Of course I was eager to buy a house, so I got excited. I signed the papers and waived everything at the advice of Leena. Fast forward to me living in the home for a week. My power gets shut off for 10 days because the previous owner had illegally upgraded the panel. On top of that, we have discovered major water damage in one of the bathrooms that is going to cost over $30,000 to fix the right way. I put everything I had into this house and now I am dealing with problem after problem which may have been avoided if I had a realtor who was looking out for my best interest rather than rushing a sale. I am stuck and can’t get out of this hole that I’ve dug with the help of the Jamison Team.

My husband and I enlisted the services of the Jamison team when we were ready to buy our first house in the bay area. Its a very competitive and intimidating market and Bob and Sandy helped us feel comfortable and well-educated about all aspects of home buying throughout the process. Working with the Jamison team was invaluable as they were able accommodate our request to search far and wide, from Gilroy to Oakland. They were both responsive, professional, and always available to answer our many questions, and available to go on showings. Additionally, Bobs property management experience was an asset as he was able to share his knowledge of property codes, laws and standards for all the unique properties we toured. During a global pandemic, amidst a white hot real estate market with a (relatively) modest budget, we closed escrow on the home of our dreams less than 3 months after our first conversation. A good realtor is there for you when the transaction goes nice and smooth. And a great realtor is there for you when it goes wrong.Getting an offer was super quick and easy. Gabrielle gave us amazing advice on staging the home, arranging beautiful photos, and organizing the pre offer piece. The offer came super quick.Then it didn’t go well. Even after closing, there were transaction issues - from appraisal to demands to even threats post closing. This was our first time navigating anything like this, and we just had to go! Janan was very patient and supportive in general. She helped us a lot with selling our property, and because the owner was not present in the US the whole time, she took care of everything and successfully completed the process. The price was overall satisfactory, and our cooperation during the entire process was fine. My husband and I began to ponder selling our home in June, but we were unsure of where or how to begin. One of the homes in our neighborhood had an open house and there was a sign posted on the corner with the Tuscana Properties logo and Sandy’s information. I took a picture and called - a friendly and polite gentleman answered the phone and took my information and patiently answered all of my questions. Within a few hours we had an appointment to meet with Sandy to discuss selling our home. Sandy came throughly prepared with comparable recent sales data for our neighborhood and confidently answered all of our questions. She also guided us on how to prepare our home and what to focus on for the highest return. We decided to have her team help us haul trash, landscape and completely demo and re-do our driveway. Within a week, our home was transformed and our curb appeal greatly increased with a beautiful new driveway. My husband and I were amazed with the quality and quick delivery of a job well done. During this process, we also worked with Sandy’s listing coordinator - Ginger - who is has an outstanding knack for customer service and answered all of the questions we had. Bob and Sandy did an outstanding job at selling my house in the spring of 2021. They met with us a few months before to get a feel for what we could get for our house. They provided a very thorough valuation and did a lot of research to come up with a fair price. They helped us get the house ready and gave us pointers on what we could do to make the house look the best it could. They had very high quality photos and video done of the house. They also made the process of showing the house very easy and painless. Once we started to get interest in the house they worked with the buying realtors to answer questions and help get offers in. They even brought in buyers to our house. That is the great thing about the Jamison team. They have such a large inventory of potential buyers and they are very well networked so they let other agents know of their listing. Once the offers came in they worked with the other agents to finalize everything and get us the best deal possible. They of course followed through until the day we closed and really until the day we moved out. They offered to help us with moving or to get movers. They really went the extra mile and made sure we were represented in the best way possible. I highly recommend Bob and Sandy Jamison and the whole Tuscana Properties team. I have known Althea as a close personal friend for many years now and when It was time to buy my partners and I first home I knew Althea could help us out. I’ve always known Althea to be a negotiator but WOW did she help us out!!!! She saved us on so many closing costs. When the previous owners of our home left behind personal items and ruined carpet, she immediately got on the phone to get haulers there to remove the junk furniture and get the carpets replaced. In our offer she said we wanted the carpets replaced and the previous owners agreed. She made sure that we were not left liable for the carpets. If we had to pay for that on our own, we probably wouldn’t have said yes to that house. Now we have gorgeous hardwood floors and lush carpets in all the bedrooms. When we chose to upgrade to our next home, Althea will most definitely be our listing agent.

8 years ago I bought my first house through Tuscana and Sandy, I was a customer for life, I dont think my wife and I would have gotten the house without Sandy, and she went above and beyond the call of duty when the sellers agent tried to claim a grant I got at closing. We interviewed four different realtors before selecting Tuscana Properties. Sandy Jamison met with us and went through all of the things to expect with listing our home and what what to fully expect during the sales cycle. She itemized each item in terms of what it would take to prep and showcase our home and what it would cost. She exposed the good and the bad to give us a clear and honest picture of how things will unfold and what to do on setting the initial sales price and what some of the pitfalls may be if we priced it wrong.Many of the other realtors did similar reviews with us, but we found Sandys approach very genuine, honest, and there was no pressure to sign with her. My husband and I work and live in the bay area and had previously listed our property in Oakland on the market with a friend of ours and didn’t have any luck on getting the property sold. We spent thousands of dollars on a full remodel and didn’t think we would have any problems selling it. We originally listed it at $799k in August 2021 and then after two to three weeks of getting no offers, we were advised to lower the price to $699k in the hopes of getting some traction from potential buyers. After another month, still no offers. Then our realtors recommended lowering it again to $599k. At this point my husband and I were frustrated and not willing to just give our home away for pennies, especially after putting so much money into it. We decided to take if off the market October 2021.In December 2021 I heard an advertisement on the radio about the Bob and Sandy Jamison Team. I work in the medical devices field and came across a workshop with the Jamison Team where I met Jenny. They held an event at a restaurant in downtown where they had realtors and lenders you could meet and learn about the home buying process. We really liked talking with Jenny and got her contact info. We had originally started looking at townhouses and when the pandemic happened, we postponed our search. About a year later, I contacted Jenny again and she helped us expand our search to SFH. Working with Bob was great. After expressing interest in a property Bob had listed, he met with my wife and I even though the property went off the market that same day.
