My experience with Carmela Grammatico was great! She was very knowledgeable and helpful, took the time to answer my question. Great customer service. I went in the get a full service check and the report was detailed and informative. My car was washed and I was able to pickup.My only feedback concern is direction on how to enter and exit the lot. This was very confusing and had to find.

Ive been servicing my vehicles here for quite a few years now. My experience as a customer from the Sales side to the service side has been top notch A++, which is why I keep coming back even after moving out of the sherman Oaks area. Ive tried other service centers in the Ventura county and LA city and none have come close to BMW of Sherman Oaks. Carmela has been my service advisor for years and we love her. Shes always very professional, courteous, welcoming and very knowledgeable which is why we keep coming back to her time and time again.Give Sherman Oaks Service center a chance. You wont be disappointed 😌

Krisztina is my service advisor and as usual she was friendly and helpful. She gets five stars! She always looks for deals and ensures my experience feels VIP. My one complaint is that service forgot to wash my car and after a reminder it took almost an hour to wash the car...longer than to service it.

Heidi was super sweet and very accommodating. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I came in because my oil light sensor came on. Heidi had my engine oil issue addressed immediately and she also scheduled me for a following up appointment to address some vehicle recall issues.I would highly recommend Heidi and BMW of Sherman Oaks Service Center. My best friend has an Audi R8 and he mentioned this week the unpleasant service and long waits. I told him he might want to try a BMW and ask for Heidi by name.

I took my car in for service (new tires) and asked that it be completed as soon as possible. I use my car for business and timing-especially on that particular day-was important. Not even two hours later, my car was completed and the service rep (Brian) had the paperwork all ready for me and my car parked right outside the office when I arrived. His attention to my requests and the added service was so appreciated!

My partner and I had such a smooth sailing and pleasant experience purchasing our 1st BMW at Sherman Oaks with Darya. She was down to earth, genuine and so authentic with her attitude and opinions as she assisted us with no hassles whatsoever. She catered to us over the weekend during a busy time on site, and followed up with us promptly. We felt so assured with our purchase and she made sure we were taken care of from start to finish, including follow up appointments which we have already got in process. I’m very frustrated because I had a very bad situation with the BMW of sermon oaks because they made me expend my money my time and everything because the first time that I went there they tell me that I need to change one piece I change I only drive 2 day and the problem persisted so I take it back and now they change something that they never tell me and they change it right so now I pay for both pieces and they don’t want to recognize they do a mistake changing something that it was in very good conditions and made it pay for a other piece I speak with the supervisor and he was very unprofessional Dave and he was very bad costumer service he was fighting with me because I tell him that was fair paying something that was not my fault because they change the first piece wrong so why do I need to pay for the second one can someone help me with this kinda situation because him also mentioned something to take out the piece and I respond so if you do give the money for the other piece that it was in good condition..so seriously I don’t recommend because they tell you something the first time and they change pieces that nothing help you results the problems with your car and make you pay for a other pieces …

There are reasons they have a 2.9 on Yelp.I took my car for a service and they told me I needed all these things that were not broken. I then took to another BMW dealer and they didnt find any of the same problems. These service people are scammers as they make more on the more you spend.

Staff a very professional all the way from the guys at the drop off bay to the final cashier, I like the care.My service adviser Dennis was so awesome. I had called the service department and the wait to talk to someone was very long. I was having issues starting my car. Finally I was able to talk to someone and they were trying to give me an appointment the following week the girl who took the call didnt seem considerate towards my concern & I wasnt going to waste more time and argue with her, I had to do a walk in, I couldnt wait a week for my car to get fixed. My car was towed to the service department . I understand its busy but they can at least greet you and let you know someone will be helping you soon every time I go for my maintenance you have to be looking for someone to help you, I had to go out of my way and look for someone to help me that day, I approached Carlos and he helped me as soon as he was done with his client . If I never asked anyone to help me I would probably still be waiting. The girls are having their own personal conversations or goofing around from what I saw and they dont guide you or ask you what you need. He made the process so easy and comfortable for me I got my rental and my car was ready in less than 2 days . He is the only reason I give it a 5 star Thank you again Carlos.

I am about to lease my 3rd car from them. Anytime I have gone there for service it’s been easy and efficient. I’ve never had problems. This particular time Carmela was an angel! I came in with a flat tire after hitting a huge pothole, it was the same tire I had just replaced 3 weeks prior, and not only was she able to get me a huge discount but she made it happen in about an hour!

I have used the service department at BMW of Sherman Oaks (formerly Center BMW) since purchasing my certified 2015 BMW 535i M Sport at this dealership in 2017. So far, my various experiences with them have been great, which is why I continue to use their service department. My last visit (Apr/2023) was an oil change and tire check. As usual the service was amazing. Kristina M. was my service advisor. She was very efficient and quick to get my car in line for servicing and reminded me of other services I should schedule in the coming months. A follow up text was sent to me, just in case I had any additional questions while I waited. She greeted me once my car was ready and we discussed a few remarks mentioned by the service dept. regarding the tire check. I was very happy with the customer service she provided. I drive 50 miles one way from Palmdale to get my car serviced and although I pass the dealership in Valencia I prefer to bring my car to BMW of Sherman Oaks.

My car was flooded following heavy rain. I went straight to BMW of SO. Carlos is amazing. Second time I work with him and it’s even better than the first time, that itself was amazing. He is a fantastic person, great communicator (updates), always answered my questions and messages over the three week period the car was there, knows how to talk and calm us down when the situation was stressful. He genuinely cares, went over and above and beyond, and I felt as if I’m his only client. That’s how devoted he is. Not sure how he does it. Add to that, his knowledge in BMWs. I only dealt with him as the face of the shop, and what a great experience it was. If I go again there, or buy a car from there again, it’s because of Carlos! Thank you, Carlos.

Since the car is a little older, it is starting to have little maintenance issues pop up and the service pricing is much better than any other BMW dealer in this area. Guaranteed. Also, the agent I booked the appointment with told me they were running a special 220$ for 3 oil changes. When I went to pay they said my car was too New to qualify. Was driving from southern California home to northern California after attending a weekend conference. Two hours into the trip my car experienced a drivetrain malfunction.
