No pressure and I had planned on visiting other dealers but they made the experience so easy I found just what I was looking for for what I feel was a great price. 2024-06-17 16:22:51Made appointment for oil change. Promptly assisted when I arrived. They let me know they were a few vehicles before me and might take a while. Customer services was great. She thoroughly explained what issues my vehicle had and gave me quotes and discount. She was very communicative and sent updates as my car moved up the line and received the services. Very good experience.

2024-06-02 12:52:56My salesperson was Tory. I went in to the delearship on a mission because my car was no longer safe to drive. Tory was very calm and easy going. He listened to what I needed and showed me options. He had patience and engaged more as a friend or family then a salesmen. I would recommend this dealership, because everyone was engaging and welcoming. Definitely go to BMW of Roseville and ask for Tory and Finance ask for Benny.. The best you can ask for. 5 stars service for sure.For the record, I purchased a 528i, 25k miles, under $20k. I am new to the BMW family and I love it. God is good.Stephanie

2024-04-16 16:10:52This was my first time visiting BMW Roseville ‘s Service Department and my experience was very positive. I worked with Rocky and he was fantastic; very patient, kind, and communicative. He helped inspect my car and informed me about what was needed and what it would cost. He also explained concerns to be aware of for the future. The explanations were verbal, written, and sometimes included diagrams - I mention this because everyone learns differently, so it’s nice to have options. While waiting, I was treated very well and they made sure I was comfortable. This isn’t the closest dealership to me, but it is the one I will continue to return to for any of my service needs. I decided to give this Service department a try, because I had such a positive experience with DJ in the sales department. He comes highly recommended as well. Overall, a great experience all around and I highly recommend their team.

2024-01-24 22:23:30I had the pleasure of dealing with Filip to purchase my car. I told him I had been in the market for months, knew what I wanted just needed the right dealership and salesperson. He was it. He made it so simple I honestly felt like I wasn’t buying a car but like something from the grocery store. I will buy more from Filip that is a guarantee. Then Ben, my financial guy, best ever! They have forever customers from my family and I.

2024-04-11 17:26:53Brought my X3 in for oil service and multi-point. Laura is my service advisor and she does a great job, even changes the batteries in my key fobs. Nick stopped in to say hello. Brendan was also great. Waited for service and was done in about 1 hour. Dealership is very clean, every employee professional and friendly. Top notch.

2024-04-01 18:55:42They are usually been good and would had given 4 or 5 stars but last to last time during servicing I got tires replaced and also got wheel alignment done.Wheel alignment was not done properly. After complaining to the Service department, they scheduled the service again. During the appointment, Service advisor was putting pressure more with the diagnostic charges of $220 if they find that it is not their fault or is due to some other reasons. I didnt like this way of dealing about the service they performed.Anyways they accepted that it wasnt done properly but I am observing that they havent done the proper alignment work for rear tires. Now I am hesitant to take my car again to them for Alignment check up.This kind of service is not expected from the BMW servicing centers. They should be mindful about the completeness of their work. Every visit takes 2-3 hrs at least and I come from Folsom.===============Thank you Owner for your suggestion! I tried to get in touch with your GM, left voice message and my contact number at the reception as well. Unfortunately never got a call back, I am sure he would be busy with other stuffs.My only concern / request was someone from your side can take a look at the alignment of wheels and confirm everything is looking alright. In case if its not, please fix it.We pay premium charges for the work to dealership to get a good quality work and you should take responsibility of work you did.

The staff there was exceptionally courteous and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I worked with Nyphon and Rocky. They greeted me promptly and took the time to explain all the service details, ensuring I understood what was needed and why.The service team was thorough and efficient, completing the work quicker than anticipated without compromising on quality. I highly recommend them for any BMW servicing needs—definitely a five-star experience!
