Made appointment for oil change. Promptly assisted when I arrived. They let me know they were a few vehicles before me and might take a while. Customer services was great. She thoroughly explained what issues my vehicle had and gave me quotes and discount. She was very communicative and sent updates as my car moved up the line and received the services. Very good experience.

My salesperson was Tory. I went in to the delearship on a mission because my car was no longer safe to drive. Tory was very calm and easy going. He listened to what I needed and showed me options. He had patience and engaged more as a friend or family then a salesmen. I would recommend this dealership, because everyone was engaging and welcoming. Definitely go to BMW of Roseville and ask for Tory and Finance ask for Benny.. The best you can ask for. 5 stars service for sure.For the record, I purchased a 528i, 25k miles, under $20k. I am new to the BMW family and I love it. God is good.Stephanie

This was my first time visiting BMW Roseville ‘s Service Department and my experience was very positive. I worked with Rocky and he was fantastic; very patient, kind, and communicative. He helped inspect my car and informed me about what was needed and what it would cost. He also explained concerns to be aware of for the future. The explanations were verbal, written, and sometimes included diagrams - I mention this because everyone learns differently, so it’s nice to have options. While waiting, I was treated very well and they made sure I was comfortable. This isn’t the closest dealership to me, but it is the one I will continue to return to for any of my service needs. I decided to give this Service department a try, because I had such a positive experience with DJ in the sales department. He comes highly recommended as well. Overall, a great experience all around and I highly recommend their team.

Brought my X3 in for oil service and multi-point. Laura is my service advisor and she does a great job, even changes the batteries in my key fobs. Nick stopped in to say hello. Brendan was also great. Waited for service and was done in about 1 hour. Dealership is very clean, every employee professional and friendly. Top notch.

They are usually been good and would had given 4 or 5 stars but last to last time during servicing I got tires replaced and also got wheel alignment done.Wheel alignment was not done properly. After complaining to the Service department, they scheduled the service again. During the appointment, Service advisor was putting pressure more with the diagnostic charges of $220 if they find that it is not their fault or is due to some other reasons. I didnt like this way of dealing about the service they performed.Anyways they accepted that it wasnt done properly but I am observing that they havent done the proper alignment work for rear tires. Now I am hesitant to take my car again to them for Alignment check up.This kind of service is not expected from the BMW servicing centers. They should be mindful about the completeness of their work. Every visit takes 2-3 hrs at least and I come from Folsom.===============Thank you Owner for your suggestion! I tried to get in touch with your GM, left voice message and my contact number at the reception as well. Unfortunately never got a call back, I am sure he would be busy with other stuffs.My only concern / request was someone from your side can take a look at the alignment of wheels and confirm everything is looking alright. In case if its not, please fix it.We pay premium charges for the work to dealership to get a good quality work and you should take responsibility of work you did.

Wife and I decided to buy a new car. After much discussion, we agreed to treat ourselves to a new BMW X5 50e. We went over the options at home, and walked into BMW of Roseville. We worked with Filip Klcesko, who helped us order the car from the factory. Two months later, it arrived. The factory didnt have one option that we wanted (dashcam), but other than that the car is amazing! The staff at BMW of Roseville were great (including Dana Atziri Tejada Gabriel - BMW Product Specialist who walked us through the operating system). Highly recommended!UPDATE - After 8 months of ownership, our BMW has been a mixed bag of joy and disappointment. Its been in for service three times, BUT the bright spot has been BMW of Roseville. The Service Department has been on top of all the (hopefully) teething problems, and always had a loaner for us to use. Great job Service Department!

I brought my car in for a service and for assessing a potentially expensive repair. The visit was professionally handled from beginning to end. Every aspect of the service and repair was thoroughly explained and the related pricing communicated. What I appreciated most is that the service consultant took care to understand my driving and usage of the car and, hence, aligned his recommendations accordingly. I had clarity what work was needed currently and what to take care of during a next visit allowing for better budgeting. Overall a good experience, quality service at competitive pricing.

For anyone planning to get their car serviced at this dealership, please make sure to check for the estimates upfront as they will never tell you one price and it will be completely changed when you show up. I called them about 4 times and got different prices for the same standard basic oil change service: $225, $399, $169, $175. And when I showed up to meet my service advisor named Nyphon, he presented me with the total estimate of over $900 where the oil change service now showing as $199. When I asked for the explanation, he mentioned that they can only tell you the actual cost when they get the car key (makes any sense?) although I provided my VIN number on every call. When his manager named Nick was called, he confronted me and gave even more non-sensible explanations and ended the conversation with a question So, what do you want? Please always do your research and check with the loyal and trustworthy independent shops as well who provide you with the written upfront estimates and keep their word. I will spread the word via different online platforms and would appreciate your help in helping the community. I totally understand that dealership prices can be a little higher as they may have higher expenses but they should be transparent and consistent with their communications.

Chris Cubberley has been great to work with. I’ve tried independent shops before and had bad experiences. Chris always gives transparent quotes and they stand behind their work. Recently he was able to get a major repair mostly covered under warranty for my 13 year old BMW!We currently have two BMWs and get all of our work done with Chris. My father is from a foreign country and sometimes there is a culture and or language barrier but she has went above and beyond to make my father feel not only comfortable but also make sure he understands his services and what he’s signing. She’s also reached out to me for clarification and I really appreciate her for that. In addition the appointment time waits are acceptable and the staff in general are friendly.

Tried getting help at BMW at Reno and couldn’t even get through past the receptionist, left messages for a week and never got a call back. While at BMW Roseville I was able to get help right away. It feels like I was ripped off by them. Auto-nation dealers can always find a way to disappoint me.I took my 2020 x3 in because it has the factory warranty. It had a weird vibration when the car reached 75mph. I dropped off the car for inspection. They called me later and claimed that the problem was one of the tires was torn on the inside(they told me maybe the tire is defective, but it is not covered by the warranty). With the xdrive, I was told I need a new set of 4 tires which is close to $1200. I declined the tire change because I think it is overpriced. Then the service advisor got upset and said I need to pay $350 inspection fee. I end up paying the $350 and I took my car to Costco to change a new set of tires with the same brand for $800.Btw I saw this on my way out, they are marking up $10k on this x3m in the showroom. What an interesting place both in the service and the sale departments.

We made an appointment for 2 pm. I arrived, they talked to me for 30 minutes, then they said that they wouldn’t have time to do it today and asked me to reschedule the apoitment to another day. They dont give me a replacement car. Every time I come to the service they say that today there is no replacement car. They refused to call the manager, they refused to say where to file the complaint. the staff communicates rudely, they throw the keys into the car and tell them to leave. The price for service was $1300. I went to another dealer and they said the price for the same services was $620. Twice smaller!!! Terrible place, I dont recommend it!

Don’t lease from BMW Roseville, such a rip off. They charged us over 1000$ simply to return to vehicle including a 400$ processing fee and 800$ because the tires had normal wear. This is in addition to a 1000$ to replace a fuel cap lid. You should take your money and business elsewhere.

Used the Costco auto program and they work through BMW of Roseville. I did a custom order so had to wait for the car to show up before the dealer could show me the Costco price sheet though it was the same discount they had indicated earlier. Decent deal and the extra Costco discounts on parts and service are attractive.

Very good car buying experience, yes I did wait a whole year for my car to arrive but it was custom from the factory. But my car order was passed through 3 different salesmen and each one of them took the time to let me know exactly what was going on with my order. My final salesman Andrew was amazing he let me know when my car was entering production when it shipped when it reached the states when it got on the truck and when it arrived. My ALPINA XB7 arrived in immaculate condition with no dealer mark up when I picked it up I test drove it and was in and out in less than 3 hours. I cant wait to go back to see what their service experience is like

Was sold a used car with Salvage title without having that information relayed to me in good faith and honesty. Only found out when my insurance ran the VIN. Then the finance manager sold me 2 years of Oil Changes - only for me to find out later that i only bought the Oil, and not the change. Their sales reps lie blatantly just to sell a car. I would stay away from this place of crooks.

The car buying process was very simple. After about a month in the car started to leak oil. After taking it back to BMW we were argued with that there was no 90 day warranty for our car even though there was. After several days of going back and forth we were finally told they would not be fixing it and they would be buying the car back. The process still has not been complete but Im told it takes time. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER RECEIVED AT A DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!

I have given this dealership many chances, and they are truly a blemish to the BMW brand. I have owned BMW vehicles and motorcycles and the customer service at this dealership is horrendous. I had bad experiences in sales and maintenance, both times where I had to engage with the management, the GM at one point.Most recently I took my car in for service, and after being told I would receive a loaner due to the distance traveled and confirming this many times before reaching, the service advisor tells me upon getting there that I would not receive one and its impossible for anyone to give me one. She also asked me how old I am - a question which I took serious offense to. This question was never asked when I spent money at the dealer.I tried speaking to the service manager but he was conveniently out and when I left him a few messages and asked for a call-back, I was ghosted.I will never be returning here and will be suggesting to all of my friends that they do the same. Niello BMW however, has been amazing. 10/10 all around!******Update 4/3/24Since google wont let me reply, updating my review.Its disappointing that after receiving public criticism is when the dealership takes notice and responds. I wouldve appreciated a response from the service manager after I left 2 voicemails, a few weeks back. If speaking to the GM is an attempt to save face and is the fail safe that needs to take place after the staff is less than pleasant, its quite unfortunate.I think the staff can learn something about customer service as I am in a similar industry and how off putting their behavior is to loyal BMW customers.Additionally if I am expected to reach out again after having a bad experience, I think its just adding to the bad taste that I have now. I think the matter is put to bed and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This dealership lacks integrity.It is an Autonation dealership.I purchased a BMW X7 from this dealership in March 2022. I sold it back to them in November 2023. At purchase I purchased a maintenance contract that I was told was refundable in California (the contract verifies this). Both the dealership and BMW have refused to honor the contract blaming each other. If you go here do not let them upsell you on anything. They do not honor their word.I had numerous emails with the general manager before posting this review.

2024 BMW 12k miles control arm needed to ve replaced. Not so common but was told it was commn. A little concerning. They replaced it the veey nextvday which was good but only replaced one. If it was such a common problem why not be proactive and replace the other. They said we had to wait for a noise first before they will replace it. I dont agree with this practice especially for the price we pay for BMW. But. The service was pronpt. I got a loaner car even though it was last min. The service provider was friendly and kept in contact. I just hope i dont continue to have problens with my new car. Already had to have the camera replaced.

I had such an easy and professional experience from driving up to leaving. You’re greeted by kind reps who check their team is ready for your appointment then you’re escorted to a member. I had Casey and she assisted me checking in and my rental. She listened to me question how loud I thought outside noise was in bmw vs my older car and she went out to look herself then added that to notes for someone look into it (unrelated to why I was there). She kept me up to date by texting with me. After picking up my car the following day, I’m in love with it all over again because the cabin has never been more quiet. This was overall the ideal situation. I’m much closer to a different BMW but I prefer this location due to my experience alone.

I was not happy. I had a 8:30 appt (as confirmed via email) but Jeff said my appt was 8:40 (he challenged me on this & basically said I was wrong) & took another customer in front of us; making us wait over 20 minutes. He spent an exceedingly looong time with that customer (some of which involved chatting). Jeff finally handed us off to Darren. Darren (& Rocky) were very good. They listened & tried their best to accommodate our concerns (windshield washer fluid was not spraying on the front windshield). They said we needed to pay a$260 charge just to tell us why the washer was not spraying and then more to fix it. Outrageous. Our goal was to get it fixed and then look at purchasing a new BMW. We will now be at other brands.

They were great getting me my vehicle. Unfortunately the speaker was blown and the motor blew up in 6 days and the battery quit working. They would not tow my vehicle or give me a rental or loaner vehicle while it was being fixed. They have since said they would pay two months of car payment to make up for the 800 + I spent on battery tows and rental vehicle.They also said they’ll fix speaker. I was told they would have it figured out by march 17 2024 it is march 23 2024 and I still haven’t heard from them. I’m still hoping they are going to make things right. I’ll be calling them Monday to see. I’ll keep you all posted. So only a 2 star rating if they don’t keep there word it’ll drop to a 0.

We had a great experience from the start to finish. We worked with Peter Phoung. The whole process was stress free and very pleasant. Everyone we met were knowledgeable and professional. All our questions/emails were answered promptly. When Peter was away, Justin the sales manager, was able to effortlessly pick up where we left off. We have been customers at Roseville BMW for 15 years. During that time we have had many service advisors. We have had exactly TWO excellent ones, Nghia Nguyen being one! Nghia was super friendly and pleasant, listened to all our vehicle concerns, outlined a service plan and executed that plan to perfection! Quite possibly the worst car purchasing experiencing Ive ever had. Initially I went in to sell my car but found a car I liked on the lot. The dealer was very nice and we started negotiating on the new car. I was at the dealership for hours and only when I decided to leave (late in the evening) did they agree on terms. This is when they mysteriously came back with the offer paper that was agreeable, they didnt even have time to print it.When I returned a few days later they didnt want to honor what they put in writing and it took several hours to go around in circles to get to that price again. Then the dealer strangely came back with another paper that had a better deal on it. I had been there for about 5 hours at this point but this price was too good to pass up at this point. When I went into finance, the finance manager said that they wrote it up incorrectly and the payment would be several hundred dollars more than I agreed to. They showed me their error, where they had listed the down payment twice. I was about to leave but they dropped the price a little and I gave them a little more cash down and upped the payment slightly.It felt like a used car dealership, very sleazy. I was the last one there and everyone was acting very unprofessionally, talking negatively about the customers they had that day even though they could see me sitting there.I will never buy another car here again and dont recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday, I dropped off my 2019 430i regarding my exhausted valve problem. He advised me if it is covered by BMW extended warranty, I only have to pay $50. Unfortunely, it is not covered so I have to pay over $600. Finally I decided not to fix it at this moment since it wont affect the performance of my car except the rattle sound if I can tolerate. I found a car that I liked located at a dealership a few hours away. I asked if they would do a dealer trade, they agreed. I tried to negotiate a deal over text with Athena. Once I started to negotiate the price, she ghosted me. Never texted me back, when I was waiting to hear from her. I called her, texted her, and also called her manager. No one responded. So I decided to drive to Fairfield to get the car. Fairfield was prompt and treated me with respect.I have no clue why someone who wants to sell a car would not respond to someone who wants to buy a car. I initially visited the dealership with the intention of trading in my car and placing an order for a new vehicle through the sales department, which clearly understands the essence of customer service. However, before transitioning to the sales floor, I stopped by the service department to schedule a service appointment due to an issue I was experiencing with my car—specifically, vibrations from the steering wheel at highway speeds. I was blown away when I was informed there would be a $250 diagnostic charge to find out what is wrong with my car. One might wonder why I was so surprised, but allow me to share some pertinent facts:- I have owned the car for less than 10 months.- The vehicle has accumulated fewer than 5,000 miles.- The car had been in the dealerships service department less than 200 miles before this issue arose.- During the prior service visit, I was advised that the rack and pinion needed replacement, but the dealership couldnt provide a loaner car, suggesting I rent one from Enterprise. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this solution, as Enterprise wouldnt provide a comparable car, they abruptly shifted their stance and claimed that fixing the brakes would resolve the issue.As a BMW enthusiast who has consistently had one or two BMWs in my household, I want to make it abundantly clear that you have lost me as a customer. I prefer to patronize establishments that value and comprehend the true essence of customer service.

My email was incorrectly entered in BMW Roseville system so important information is not getting to me. For example, I did not get my Electrify America code until I called and got it over the phone, I did not get a timely encore session, etc. Even the request for this survey went to the wrong email. The only reason I finally got information was by creating a new gmail account with the wrong addressWhen I purchased the car I noticed on the very first form presented to me at the dealership that the email address was wrong. The sales person and financial person both said it was not an issue and they would make sure the right email was in the system. Part of the problem is that the form BMW Roseville used to collect information has very small boxes so the buyer has to write very small and in some cases, there wasn’t enough room to enter the data. It would make it easy for the data entry person to misread. In another example, the financial person came to me and said he couldn’t find my SSN in the system; he was reading one number as a 3 when I had written 5. So in addition to making a better form, BMW Roseville should have buyers validate information before it is sent to BMW North America.I’d have made many attempts to get this situation corrected. In addition to asking for the email to be corrected as I purchased the car (well before I had talked to the finance person or written the check). A week later, I called BMW Roseville to get the Electrify America code, they said they saw both emails on my account and he deleted the bad one. I also emailed my salesman to get the email corrected. Two days ago, Dana phoned me to remind me to fill out the BMW North America survey and I told her I hadn’t gotten it and asked her to make sure the email was correct. I am very frustrated!

Ive had quite a bit of costly repairs on my X1, considering the mileage, albeit two of the major repairs were covered by warranty and/or by obligation (I had a drive train malfunction message right after picking it up from service that they initially implied I was responsible for replacing. The service manager ended up taking care of it, with the help of Laura).She seems to be a true advocate for the customer and demonstrates rare qualities for a dealership (and the world, for that matter) - empathy and integrity. Making the appointment and dropping off the car was fine. Pickup was a disaster. Firstly I wasn’t greeted by anyone, two young girls were sitting by a little outside desk but said nothing to me. Walked a bit away from the desk to another gentleman, and asked where can I pay for my car? Not realizing he was on the phone, he stated I’m on the phone and will be with you shortly. So icy reception for sure. About 5 m after than a young gal from outside finally walked in and she stopped to help me. I was able to pay for my car and get going. But even after all that. You guys didn’t even wash the car or anything. Just sad to see the level of service going down. I expect a lot more from BMW, from a customer service standpoint. That level was just not met this visit. But checkout and payment was fine. I received a video estimate of the car before the work was done and payment was easy once someone actually took the time to help.

I feel bad saying this but Roseville BMW has the worst service department Ive ever had to work with. Ive been here several times over the last 5 years and Ive never had what I would consider a good experience. As a result, Ive been taking my car to other service centers but decided to give them one more chance because theyre the closest to me, its been awhile and I didnt have the time to drive to/from Niello in Sac. I immediately regretted my decision. I showed up in the morning, with an appointment, and no one greeted me. Ive never driven up and not had someone walk out to accept the car and point me in the right direction to get my service person. I went in and stood by the service reception desk and stood there, not greeted, for a good 10 minutes. A few people walked by, all but one just walked by without acknowledging me at all - thank you to that one guy for at least saying good morning. Finally, a gal that walked by me a couple of times stopped to ask if I had been helped. I told her I hadnt been and she did go tell the person I was there to see that I was there. He still didnt come greet me. I had to go find him. He was friendly enough by time we got started, but didnt acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting so long. A simple apology for the wait would have been appreciated. I guess they did what they said they would, I was there for a recall + overall inspection. I question the inspection a bit because they didnt point out that my fluid warning light is on, nor did they offer to take care of that for me. I only realized it was still an issue as I was driving home. Every other BMW service department Ive been to (Im a long time BMW owner) have always made a point to tell me theyve checked and even topped off fluids for me when I pick up. Next time, Ill make the time to take it somewhere else.

Unfortunately, my experience at BMW of Roseville has been very poor.I bought a pre-owned 2018 Ford F-150 from them in April 2022 through their partner Autonation. After test driving the truck and being assured by the salesman that it had already been through a full inspection, I purchased it.Within a couple of days of ownership I realized that there were some issues with the truck that were not ever disclosed to me. These issues should’ve been discovered in their so called presale “inspection” - An old mismatch, nearly bald dry rotting tire, a side mirror broken in half internally, windshield wipers that were falling apart (even though the ad specifically said new wipers), etc, all of which are potential safety issues! I realize that some things may slip through the cracks and I’ve been very understanding, but the dealership’s lack of communication and willingness to work with me has been extremely frustrating.I purchased this truck with the assumption that everything was in good condition (as reflected in the price), not expecting to have to spend several hundred dollars right away to fix the things they missed… After sending thorough explanations of these issues and sending multiple photos, I’ve been told the “I’ve passed this along to my manager” line several times, without any attempt from the manager (or anyone else) to actually resolve the problems.The salesman and finance guys were nice during the buying process, but after 3+ weeks of trying to get the issues fixed I’ve had enough of the run around. On top of that, their detail department is a joke, they even laughingly agreed with me after two failed attempts at getting the interior decently clean. Like come on guys, you can’t even give the windows a wipe down?Overall, I can’t recommend them to anyone. If they stepped up and made any attempt to try and work with me I might’ve had a different opinion. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Im so happy with my new BMW from BMW of Roseville. Initially, I built a car online and provided build codes electronically to the dealership. I test drove a Porsche Macan S and wanted to compare it to a BMW X3 M40i before making a firm buying decision on what my next vehicle would be. I headed to BMW of Roseville since they were fairly close to the Porsche dealer and had the M40i in their inventory. I walked into the showroom and approached an employee, Shannon Babby to ask about the X3 and to take a test drive. The first thing I want to emphasize is that he couldnt have been more pleasant and straightforward. The entire experience from the greeting to leaving with the X3 (yes I did buy it) was truly excellent. On a side note, I really wanted to love the Macan S but the X3 was tremendously better in many for both me and my wife. Shannon took time to explain the tech equipment on the car and the differences in the all new X3. He sat down and listened to what price I wanted to pay and assured me he would work with me to meet that goal if possible. Before we completed our agreement he made sure I got all incentives that BMW was currently offering. We asked Caitlyn what was going on with it, and she told us that the vehicle could present some small faults, but that it was covered by a 90-day BMW warranty, and we shouldnt have to worryWe trusted her word, I sign the documents and we happily took the X5 to our house.September 4th, I talk with BMW customer service in Roseville to solve the car problems, a person asked for my phone and email and told me that during the day someone would call me, nobody called me.September 5th, I spoke again with customer service and again they asked me for my contact information and nobody called me. around 6:30pm after my work, I went to Roseville to talk to someone, but it was too late and they told me I should return the next day.On September 6th, I spoke with Jonathan Demchuk by email and he told me to go to the dealership and he would help me, until that moment he was the only one who really offered help and sense of urgency, he explained the problem to his manager and told me to left the X5 and they would fix my vehicle and they gave me a service car to be able to return to my house.September 11th I receives my first bill for the first payment of my carSeptember 18th, almost 2 weeks after I left my car at the dealership, Chris from the parts department calls me and tells me that I can go get my car, the warranty does not cover the problem of the rear camera. Update: 9/6/23Rocky is personable, very knowledgeable, and super helpful in getting my car fixed. It needed washer fluid refilled. Rocky suggested a complimentary check on my car as he did not feel that it should have needed a refill so soon. He suspected a leak somewhere. Turned out he was right! Do NOT buy from this dealer! I had a pre-approved loan and the car in mind, an easy buying experience one would think. I purchased a 428i with XDrive and love it, its been my favorite vehicle. I only wish I could say the same about the service received in Roseville.The buying process took over 5 months to finalize. The first application was misfiled and not received within the 30 days after I left the lot with the car. Therefore the loan was no longer active. Chuck, the accountant, was very apologetic and asked if I would apply for another loan, as it would be faster than him contacting the capital one rep. about the dealer error. Wanting to keep the car with no issues, I applied for another loan with Capital One. After I was approved they sent a Salesman up to Tahoe for a new signature on the second application.3 weeks later I call Capital One to arrange a car payment, only to find out they still have not received an application. I immediately reach out to Chuck, to find out hes on vacation and the only one in finance who could help. Once he returned, a 3rd application was asked to be signed. After 5 months and 3 applications, the car was mine. The loan was pre-approved and needed only one hard inquiry on my credit from the dealer. However, due to a misfiling of their paperwork, 4 hard inquiries were made. One for each of their applications they misfiled and one to check my credit for other loans when I specified not to.I only wish the buying experience was the end of my issues with this location. I was overcharged on my sales tax and issued a check Jun 2018 that expired 90 days after the issue date. The check was dated and sent in December 2018, 90 days after it expired. Needless to say, no one would respond to me via email and every time you try by phone, only sales answers.So please, save yourself the headache from their poor filling system and keep your credit score from obtaining unauthorized hard inquiries. One would presume when paying for a premium car you could expect the same for service, that they would fix their mistakes if any, and in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, that is the least of what you will receive at BMW of Roseville. I was very understanding and flexible the whole process, never asking for a discount or extra services in return. What I could not find forgiving and the final straw is their response time. I purchased my car in June 2018, just recently received my over payment check, the appropriate email response time is between 2-3 weeks, and the same goes for phone calls. Even if I could not demonstrate the problem in person at the dealer, the service advisor took it in and gave me a loaner. I would NEVER recommend Roseville BMW to anyone.The purchase/buy-out of my lease resulted in over seven weeks of agony due to a lack of communication and incompetence from the finance and sales teams. It resulted in me canceling my business with Roseville BMW and returning to my lease.After the credit union in my original deal returned at a different rate, I secured a loan I was happy with and sent it to the Roseville BMW finance team, asking them to write the contract with that bank. The team decided to keep shopping for loans for me. I ended up with nine additional hard inquiries on my credit that I didn’t authorize over 20 days after the initial credit check. I had to freeze my credit with all three bureaus to stop the attack.While unable to get any answers from anyone at Roseville, I called the team at Niello, who immediately knew the ins and outs of the loan I was looking at and had a solution to the problem within minutes.The response from the dealer below will be to call the GM, yet when I called him multiple times and left voicemails and messages with the team, I was consistently passed off to other staff members. I finally received a call back when I made official complaints with BMW of North America and Auto Nation corporate.If you’re considering doing business with Roseville BMW, run the other way.

I bought a used BMW i3 from John L Sullivan Chevy and 1 week later the check engine light came on. Even though I was provided a warranty from Chevy they told me they don’t service luxury vehicles and I would need to contact BMW.Scheduling the service appointment was very easy. When I called they were very friendly over the phone and took no time in getting my appointment set.I was scheduled with a service member named Jeffery. I don’t have enough space and time to write all of the amazing things. He was patient and kind with his explanation of the process and didn’t try to sell me on anything additional while I was there. When the diagnosis was complete he was prompt in getting back to me and letting me know what was wrong with the car. Being that I had a warranty through Chevy, Jeffery went above and beyond to get them involved and did everything he could from his side to expedite the process.No fault to BMW, Chevy dragged their feet in making a warranty claim, but Jeffery kept in touch along the way and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. Once the work was authorized by Chevy, BMW had my car back to me within a day and a half.There is nothing bad I could say about this experience. They washed my car for me and even had it on the charger when I arrived to pick it up. Wonderful experience and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went.

This shop is about an hour away from us so it was a big deal to get the car there. We just bought a 2005 bmw for our new teen driver. There was a recall on the air bags so we took it in. Service Managers are always great and knowledgable. Repair work is/appears to be done well.The last star missing is the condition of the vehicle when it comes back. Cleaning the cars really well inside and out would be a reasonable expectation and the final touch to earn the 5th star. I have had 3 services where the car came back with no effort made aside from some water splashed on the exterior to make it look clean. Interior untouched.Service appointments are typically 1-2k or more in overall cost. We know this as BMW owners, no issue. Please do the simple things and finish the experience at the level of a BMW expectation.

First of all buying a car at BMW Roseville was a new and pleasant experience. The people that I worked with were nice and knowledgeable about the car and working out the details for purchasing the car. The clint advisor Andrew Slattery was nice answered all my questions. He helped me getting started with the paperwork. He set the tone for a good working relationship with BMW Roseville. When I picked up the car, he had it ready and made sure I was satisfied. I also had some questions for the general manager, Casey Cutts. He answered my questions and concerns about what the dealership could do and not do. At no time did I feel that I was being talked down to or asking a dumb question. My experience with him was terrific and professional. I appreciated his time and diligence when answering my concerns. Justin Connelly was super with the paperwork and warranty that must be filled out for the sale of the car. Every time there was a concern or question, he would have the answer. All three Andrew Slattery, Casey Cutts, and Justin Connelly made my purchase of a pre-owned Porsche just great.Looking forward to getting service at BMW Roseville.

Had a brake pad replacement/repair notification indicator light income on even though I had replaced brakes a month prior! It was just a reset to remove the illumination of brake pads needed! Got a great car wash while I was there 1.5 hours!

We really enjoyed our car-buying experience at BMW Roseville. It was very easy going and Ron was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. We also appreciated the non-haggle aspect of their business. We really appreciated how smooth the process was, Omar was able to work with our budget to get the car weve always wanted! He definitely made me forget I was shopping for a car and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable, well fed 😆 and enjoying my time shopping for a vehicle. This is my first BMW. One I got from a used car place NOT the BMW dealer (which I highly recommend you do). I came here a mess, not knowing how to use this car, the functions, the language, and I made an apt for the following week. I was glad to be paired with Nghia, who has been a lifesaver. He not only knows this car, he respect it. He was able to diagnose any issue within seconds of me explaining it. His ability to really feel and understand what is off is incredible. 2018 e330i w/43k miles. Dead 12v battery. $288 for diagnosis, another $500+ for battery install. Said its dead due to wear and tear so not covered by any warranty. Said the diagnostic fee would be waived if it were a warranty covered item. Must be my ignorance but I wouldnt expect a BMW battery to be dead in this time frame. Lesson learned. Both my wife and I in car buying process and BMW no longer an option. Regarding the no answers below: 1) I dont know the quality of work performed, 2) they gave no time frame, 3) they didnt commit to anything and 4) I thought the diagnostic fee would be waived if I had the recommended work performed. Not the case. Only waived if it was a warrant able item. Why wasnt this battery under some form of warranty? Technician said none of our batteries last more than 4-5 years.PART 2 - After receiving the message from the owner of BMW, I called the number provided. Oddly it wasnt the number to any manager, it was the number to schedule service, sales etc. When given the option to speak to the operator, I chose it. It then circled back to the original press 1 for sales, 2 for service etc. I went through this 4x before finally pressing a button for sales.The young lady told me the GM wasnt in yet 9:30am and wouldnt likely be in until 10:30. She took my name and number and said shed be sure to give it to him. Well, here it is at 6pm and guess what? No call back.This, again, is not what I expect from BMW. Hyundai, Kia, maybe. But not BMW.

Service Advisor Nghia & Service Manager Nick went above & beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This service department is top notch to deal with. I had somewhat of a unique situation, but between Nick & Nghia, they were able to handle it with no problems at all. Nghia did a very thorough job on communicating with me what the issues were and my car was ready to go before it was promised. When I called Nick to talk to him about a concern I had, he handled it immediately! Great job and we will definitely continue to have our car serviced at BMW Roseville.

Everyone was incredibly helpful at BMW of Roseville. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership and there is a reason I keep coming back. We went in the store with the intention of looking at their new electric vehicles and ended up driving away with a brand new convertible!We were instantly greeted with a friendly face, Tyler, who very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to work with.We traded a vehicle in and got a fair offer (higher than the one I had just received from CarMax).
