Took my 2022 M3 Comp in for routine maintenance to BMW Monrovia and they always deliver. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They received my car in a prompt efficient manner and gave me a loaner to use while my vehicle was being serviced. I’d especially like to acknowledge Jovani Solis for being incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. Matt is a very considerate and helpful service advisor. I told him that I was looking to save some money and not looking to perform the whole service regiments. After the initial inspection he gave us clear explanation on what services are absolutely required and even managed to give us savings on the multipoint inspections. He was there to welcome us when we pick up the car and even opened the door for my wife. His level of professionalism and hospitality is truly rare and we want to thank him for making us feel welcome

I am currently in the last few weeks of my purchased service warranty with my 2019 BMW 330i. A service notification light showed up so I drove to the dealership just to see where I stood with the terms of the maintenance contract. Tim West, who has been my go-to guy since we bought the car new made a few checks and considering my dilemma on a Friday morning took the car in and provided excellent service providing an oil change, filters all around, and a tune up at no charge. I wanted to kiss him, but made sure he knew how much I appreciated his top drawer customer response for me. Tim is the best and so is BMW of Monrovia.

The service department is very professional and Tom how was helping me made everything very easy. Even getting my loaner vehicle was quick and fast. Only reason for the 4 stars is due to the fact that the issue has not been fixed and I would need to schedule another appointment again, which takes up most of my time driving there and back.Which is not BMWs fault since this seems more like a faulty system

Finished my day at work early and wanted to service my 2022 530e after around 1:30, thinking there was no way I would be able to get my car serviced, the service center was flexible enough to fit me in their busy day. Then Steve, the service advisor went above and beyond to ensure that I was in and out within the hour which included a wash! Thank you BMW Monrovia service team!

Took my Mini Countryman in due to check engine light and noticeable rise in temperature. I didn’t have an appointment and did not expect too much. Was greeted before entering the building and was assisted immediately. Service advisor explained all the steps and that my car would be inspected prior to the end of the day. I received text updates and was kept informed every step of the way. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

BMW of Monrovia has a friendly and professional staff. Wait times are very short, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Jovani Solis was right there when I drove in, ready to help me. The service writers have computer stands in between the 3 lanes. The set up is designed for fast service—and it works. It’s really great to drive up to the service door and have it open right up so I can drive in—so much better than pulling up outside. BMW of Monrovia has the nicest service department I have ever been in. They make having the best car to drive the easiest car to have serviced!!

However, not sure what was going in the back, I had gone in for an oil change & cabin filter change… I was told it would take 2 hours (which seemed odd as the service department was not busy). We ended up leaving after almost 3 hours for a job that should take just a few minutes.

Customer service is good. But it’ll be great if they offer EV charging and car wash service before picking up the car. Based on my past experiences with other BMW service centers, they always provide EV charging and car wash with no hesitation. I hope BMW of Monrovia Service Center would do the same to improve better service quality. Thanks!

Our loaner was clean and new, and very much appreciated for this prolonged period. BMW Monrovia does NOT care about its customers. I scheduled a simple oil change and it took over 3 hours to complete. Completely waisted my afternoon. Im not sure why they even have appointments if they cant take care of your car when you make the appointment. Had a similar experience when I bought the car there too. They have lost my future business.

The work is quick and the price reasonable (for a dealer). The only advise I would give them is to be kind enough to return my car with the same battery chargei left it. This is my 3rd time I have taken it and all three time my e charge is low when I pick it up when it is was full when I dropped it

From being able to get an 11th hour appointment to mapping out which work was the top priority to handle to offering a discount…I couldn’t be more pleased.If you’re in the SG Valley area and have a Mini Cooper that needs servicing, I highly recommend you take it to Mini of Monrovia. I was not happy about dropping the car off with an appointment for a recall issue and having to wait 4 days for it to get fixed. I couldnt even get a loaner or rental car from them. Then to top it off, they scheduled a time to pick it up and said it would be ready and washed and when my wife went to pick it up she had to wait for it to get washed because it wasnt ready, during her lunch break. Will not go back.

To be honest, I was a little flustered when I saw other peoples comments. My car needed to be replaced with a tire. When I entered the service department, I really waited for a long time before someone came to ask about the situation. Until I got my car the next day, my experience was not as bad as they said. I was surprised that they actually helped me replace two under the condition of insurance reimbursement. After all, I just asked for a replacement. They were really too responsible, although it was a bit embarrassing at first. I prefer it here.

When I pickup the car, my wife said she found some scratchs on the engine cover. I knew sometimes we would ignore minor things when youre seeing it everyday. asked the technician to show me the drop of video and was trying to explain to my wife. But that guy became very emotional, he said come on, be honest, do you want to accuse us? What kind of attitude he was!!! Unacceptable !!!!I was being nice to them, however, he was showing his gruff personality to the customer, in the meantime representing the Mini Store.

I had my tire replaced at BMW of Monrovia on 01/12/24. Despite not having an appointment, I was immediately welcomed by Service Advisor Tom Ryan. Tom was quick to order the tire in and have it picked up off-site. He kept me apprised of the progress and made the experience less stressful for me. I found Tom to be genuine and enjoyed speaking with him. The service itself was about 3 hours, just because they had to go pick the tire up. Additionally, the inside of the waiting area is nice and clean and there is a tv to help pass the time. My overall experience was great.

I took in a 2015 BMW i3 REx for a diagnosis due to a drivetrain issue no other mechanic could figure out. At BMW Monrovia, Technician Tim West followed up promptly & explained to us the service procedure that was going to be performed. He also informed us that our i3 had a 150k warranty that covered any check engine related faults. We had no idea of such warranty when we initially purchased the car second hand & were delightfully shocked to hear the great news as we did not have to pay anything out of pocket to have the vehicle diagnosed & repaired. In addition, they washed our car & offered a loaner car for the time the car was going to be in service. BMW of Monrovia goes above & beyond for its customers. My wife & I are so satisfied with them that we are considering purchasing our next BMW from them in the future.

Sent vehicle in for yearly servicing. The service was a great experience. Received a detailed report on exactly everything that was going on with the vehicle, even accompanied by a video explanation. They offered a very fast service time of less than 2 hours but we find that picking up the vehicle the next day better and that was also an option. Great experience overall.

I brought my 430i in for routine service and learned that my car had serious issues involving multiple leaks in the cooling system. Given the reputation of BMW engineering, I was surprised to encounter such a problem given the relatively low mileage on my car. I brought the matter to the attention of manager who assured me he would follow up with the manufacturer to determine if this issue was widespread or just an outlier. In addition, reasonable adjustments to the repair charges were made that softened the financial expenses. I very much appreciated the fact that I was able to air my concerns to management in a timely manner, that I was treated courteously / respectfully, that management listened and initiated a review to further investigate these types of complaints. I also appreciated the adjustments to the cost of repairs. I highly regard organizations that are honest, responsive and that stand by their products. Monrovia BMW, in my view, meets this standard.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. The service department employees were rude and misogynistic, specifically, Steve Coreas, who was my assigned advisor. He sent an incorrect estimate and when I questioned the $1,000 increase and asked him to call me, on the phone he said to me, Do you think its 1994? Tires cost more than $40 each, HONEY! I have never been so disrespected and treated so poorly, clearly just because I am a woman. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Dehuan Choi, Dehaun did not really seem to care, said he would listen to a recording of the conversation between Steve Coreas and I and talk to Steve. No apology or any real resolution. When I picked up the car the next day, as it was not finished by the promised time the day prior, I tried to speak to Dehaun Choi in person. He seemed confused and told me that he was, still looking into the matter. Three days later, Dehaun Choi finally called me back and stated that only incoming calls were recorded, so he could not verify what happened. Nothing else! No real resolution or apology. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I will not be going back to this dealership and advise any women to be careful. These men working there will belittle and disrespect you. This is 2024 and this behavior should not be tolerated!

He had my car inspected and found problems to my radiator and valve cover gasket. I had him replace them. 5 stars because Matt rocks but not very happy to be told by techs I needed brakes but then it wasn’t “good” enough to cover under warranty and then stating I needed a tire alignment when I had just had one done. If you looked at my scores on the alignment little to no changes were made. Seems a bit shady overall.The last two times I brought my car in I told them I was losing radiator fluid. They said there was no leak found. A week later I came in again after 2 quarts were lost over night and it was dripping on their service bay floor. So now out of warranty so needed a new radiator.Update 2 years later. Another bad radiator but luckily it was under warranty with 5 days to spare. Still didn’t leave without having to replace the reservoir tank and two new tires.Love my beemer… hate having to pay so much to keep it running. Tim was AMAZING!!!! He was very forthcoming with everything and made me feel he is TRULY wanting to HELP me.The car was returned to me dirty. Thats the only complaint I have.

BMW of Monrovia has the best customer service and the best service department. My service advisor is Tim West and he is the best! On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best, I give him 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, 5 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone to the moment we said goodbye after my appointment he was professional and attentive. I noticed that he was the same way with all the customers. I received top service for my car and I would like to commend the mechanics too. I moved around the store to wait while reading a book and someone who works there told me about the wait area with coffee and tea! How very nice! 😇 Thank you BMW of Monrovia! Keep up the great work!

Service experience at this dealer for both my 2009 Mini Cooper S and my current 2020 S convertible has been very good. Rudy, Service Director, and Viktor, Service Advisor, are experts at solving problems and creating a great owner experience. Highly recommended Mini of Monrovia. Most recent experience with a service visit managed by Rocky Chow was perfect. Great communication throughout the time my car was at the dealer. Great customer service, my service manager is TIM, he is awesome: very communicative, knowledgeable, and does his best to ensure customer satisfaction. The only reason I didnt give them a 5-star rating is because the car itself seems to be stubborn and I have to keep having to take it in, which is really inconvenient.

THE MOST WORST & MOST TERRIBLE experience ever in BMW!! After I turned down not to buy their (3 yrs oil change pkg), Advisor Steve Coreas immediately threw his LONG FACE and became EXTREME RUDE to me, he also repeatedly mention Im A $99 cheap customer. Exaggerate typed Customer dont want to pay more than $99 in his system on the service order paper. Advisor Steve Coreas and BMW of Monrovia both NEVER contact me when my car was completed. I have to called them multiple times to find out on my own. At last I asked how come my car wasnt washed advisor Steve Coreas threw me another annoying bad attitude he pointed at his parking lot said he delivering all those cars without wash so what else do I wantI already shared and posted this terrible experience from BMW of Monrovia on 4 car forum sites, friends youtube channel, google review, Meta and Yelp. WILL NEVER BUY AND DO BUSINESS WITH BMW MONROVIA ANYMORE!!
