Incredible service!!! We worked directly with Ari and I have to say… I would recommend him to anyone. He was SUPER kind & gracious with his time. I recently purchased a used vehicle at Monrovia BMW. I trusted the dealership’s reputations and felt confident in my decision, but it has turned out to be my worst mistake. I am extremely dissatisfied with the inspection and quality assurance processed. I recently took it in to get advice but I only drove back with zero hope, well just with one suggestion to take to a body shop to have them look at it because their hourly rate is way lower than dealership. And no guarantee the “job” can be done on dealership base. Matt, One of your technicians, upon EYE inspection, pointed out the noticeable poor workmanship, that leads to why water leaks inside the trunk, travels in the panel fuse and ends right inside the tail light. He informed me that the entire passenger door, up to the tail lights and bumper, had been repaired/ removed . Additionally, the paint is visibly dripping, which is a clear indication of substandard work. If all these things were caught in an eye inspection by Matt on 06/24/2024 at 8:00 AM what other deeper issues Monrovia BMW has failed to report/ disclosed. Please save your time and money and over all don’t put your love ones at risk, is not worth. BMW of Monrovia has failed transparency, honesty and integrity. Please be aware. All the good reviews here do makeI recently purchased a used vehicle at Monrovia BMW. Had a great experience with the man at the parts desk.But there’s no reason your parts should be double the price of other BMW dealerships. Spent $45 on copper crush washers. I thought price gouging was illegal.I’ve called for quotes on other parts in the past and I’ve always passed on BMW of Monrovia for their excessive pricing on parts. It’s ridiculous. Not cool, BMW. Mark Aziz gets 5 stars for his courtesy and availability, and Brandon & Co. In finance were also very nice. However, it is this dealerships policies on financing that made the experience less than perfect. Apparently, cashiers checks are worth nothing these days, and we had to make a second trip to take delivery of our car. The car is awesome, but that part sucked.

I leased a car from BMW Monrovia and the process involved a Honda trade in and return of expired BMW lease. The sales representative Mr. Edd Minine and the sales manager Mr Edwin made the entire process so quickly and to my satisfaction. Edd is very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and with proper interpersonal skills. Edd truly made me feel that I am getting a fair deal whether with the lease itself, the trade in or the expired lease. I highly recommend this location. Do ask for Edd, he will get you what you need. The sales manager Mr Edwin is also client-service oriented and will not disappoint you.

Worst experience ever! Racism is real folks! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! They said they sold the car we called to confirm they had, AFTER they saw we were black. The car was literally parked in front, ready for the test drive we HAD JUST CALL TO SCHEDULE! They didnt want us to test drive any other cars and then when we chose another car he only let us spin the block. He asked what kind of car we had currently, like we cant afford a BMW cuz we have a Passat. THE MOST DISGUSTING TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

This was my first purchase of a BMW and also the first time I ordered a new vehicle from the BMW factory. I choose BMW Monrovia because their participation in the Costco Auto Program. It took a while for delivery, but worth the wait for the i5 M60 once I actually saw the car as I configured it. My sales representative David B. was great and kept me posted about the cars transit status and Costco member price updates. For me, this was one of the best, if not the best, vehicle purchase experiences Ive had because of the convenient location, nice facility, good coffee machine, excellent member price for the car (which was loaded with options) and the top notch staff who I found easy to deal with in closing the transaction. I would recommend BMW Monrovia to anyone else who wants such an experience.

This is my third Mini purchase from Mini of Monrovia. I always find it to be a relaxing and friendly place. While waiting for paperwork to be drawn up, I enjoy a latte from their “coffee, etc.” machine. Super tasty. The seating is comfortable and the showroom, offices, common spaces and restrooms are immaculate. I have bought my last 2 Minis from Javier, who is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. I highly recommend him. He’s honest and forthright, which I appreciate. The other people I dealt with on 12/31/23, Ray, Don and Abraham, were friendly and knowledgeable as well. There is no hard-sell at Mini of Monrovia, which I appreciate. I do not tolerate that, and would walk right out of the door if I encountered that. I want to share my unpleasant experience and impressions after visiting a BMW dealership in Monrovia. My pregnant wife dropped our car due to some electronic complaints related to the restraint system, which is a safety issue. especially service advisor Rocky Shaw who didnt write about the problems I told him the car had. And he denied and said that we did not talk or show him these problems, although I talked and showed this problem. And the problem was in the car, and it was on the dashboard, and it showed what the problem was with the car. I asked him to wash and charge the car, which he didn’t do and they didn’t give the car back without charging and I barely made it home

Normally I don’t write negative review, but this time I am extremely angry about the service from BMW of Monrovia and made me have to write about a negative review of the experience with them. A year ago, July 2023. I brought my car to Monrovia because of the recall. They didn’t mention about the problem of the recall that much but suggested me to do a regular check for my car and gave me an estimation of the service fee which is 304.88 usd. The It takes about two hours so I decided to go back home and wait for the result. Few hours later, the service adviser “J” called and told me my car had some severe issues need to be fixed immediately and he said the cost would be about 600 or more. Since there was a huge gap between the actual cost and the estimation. I told him I need time to think and asked him to wait for my decision. 20 mins later, I try to call him. Unfortunately, he never picked up his phone anymore and no one was picking up his direct line either. I am sure I tried call him more than 30 times for about two hrs. After like 4 hours later, he called back and said my car was ready. Wait? I didn’t even tell him to fix my car, how come my car was ready? He explained there was misunderstanding between us and since they already provided the service so there is no choice for me but to pay the bill of 626.64usd for tires and 4 wheel alignment. I was so mad that I actually got forced to pay the service fee that I wasn’t supposed to pay. At the end, he never explained to me why he didn’t pick up the phone and why he provided the service without my order.Part two, 05.01.2024. I brought my car for regular checking at different motor shop. The staff said one side of my brake caliper is missing the retainer clip. I have never brought my car to motor shop between July 2023 and May 2024. I only went to BMW of Monrovia once and now I found out there is something missing from my tire brake… I doubt that the staff from Monrovia forgot to put my retain clip back to my break while they were doing the alignment…This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with BMW. I am so angry that I must write this review to warn ppl. I have all the bill and info for reference.

I wouldn’t even give this dealership a 1star. Terrible customer service. Every time I called I was told someone would call me back, NEVER got a call back. I am out of state and wanted to purchase one of the vehicles they had for sale up on auto trader. I Was told every reason as to why I couldn’t purchase because I’m out of state, I then told them I would fly down and purchase and they still refused, they stated it had to do with registration, (vehicle is not going to be registered in California). They were a pain from the start. So if you are from out of state don’t waste your time. Go find a different bmw dealer. I found one not far from this location and they said it would be no problem to have it shipped to a different state. 🤦‍♀️

My experience with BMW of Monrovia has been disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to purchase a vehicle from them, I’ve encountered multiple roadblocks and inefficiencies in their sales process. From unresponsive staff to unclear emails. Ive even tried contacting Sales Manager David Seaman to no avail. It’s been frustrating trying to secure a purchase. Having done a few months of research and family budget alignments I finally walked into the dealership expecting to go to war. I was totally wrong! The Monrovia MINI team was informative, accommodating and made the entire experience stress free! Working the number took one hour. By the time I finished test driving a few cars, they even pulled two out of the showroom floor for me, we had a deal and the paperwork was done in time for lunch. Only 3 stars only because we went on Labor Day and no one greeted us. All staff seemed busy and so we sat down for about 25 minutes until my husband flagged a staff ( possibly manager) until then we finally got helped. No one was sitting in the front desk at all. NOT a good customer service . However, they have a coffee and pastry set-up which was good.The person that helped us is nice however, he is super new. He assisted us as much as he could. Got a new X3 and its great. We had to come back the following day to pick up the car although he offered to drive it to my house but I wanted to be the first one to drive it off the dealership, also hoping for that red bow. To my disbelief they do not have a red bow. Also when we got there in the morning at 10:00AM we finished signing documents roughly around 1030 . they started setting up the coffee and pastry section again but this lady said she is not done setting up and that it starts at 11am- Lady I just got a car and you are denying me or my kids some pastries because its not time yet- while all the pastries are all perfectly laid out.BMW of Monrovia you need a better customer service. Any vendor you guys will hire should be aware that they are getting paid to treat customers right.

***Please DO NOT bring your vehicle here for service!!***This place has gone downhill! The management is terrible and non responsive, the service director is not very good at his position. His lack of customer service, attention to detail and care for the vehicles is a grade F!!Took my vehicle for a simple oil change, when I picked up my car it had been hit in the front and had small scratches all around the car.I was told to bring it in so they can check it and then was given an appointment for them to fix what they had done to the car.Brought the car back to the dealership 2nd week of September. I left my car thinking it would be completed in a week, nope almost 2 and a half weeks! When I went to pick up my car, there were new blemishes and missing covers on the front bumper. The back bumper scratches were still there. The incompetent service director Raul asked for the car to be left again. 2 more weeks pass and Im called to check the vehicle again, when I arrive to the dealer the back lights are not aligned to the car and Sticking out of the body, the back bumper has left over paint accumulated and the car just looks terrible. The mileage on the car had also gone up 30 miles!! My front seats were dirty and I mean black dirt dirty! The incompetent service director Raul apologized and said he would have car cleaned and bumper fixed.We are now mid October and Ive been to the dealer 3 times. The level of incompetence, lack of customer service, waste of my time is just absurd!Still nobody in the dealer showed any care for my vehicle! I continue to come back 2 more times to the dealer due to the front bumper not being aligned properly and it was due to a missing bracket!! Whoever they work with for body work is completely clueless and unprofessional!!I gave up trying to get my car to the condition it was in when I initially brought it. The service director is a complete incompetent joke of a man!! I picked up my car in NOVEMBER!!! Yes it was there sun September!!!I have yet to hear from the general manager Ronald Brown whom Ive been copying on all the email with all the pictures taken during this nightmare.Its sad that such a reputable brand as BMW is being represented by people who have no clue what their role is or how a customer should be treated!!

The sales very active helping me getting the car and I got the pretty good deal financing a used car at this time . But the car came with both fob key blades missing without telling me upfront and the trunk cover missing too . When I sent the photo of missing keyblades, they just told me it look like that originally … And asked me to pay it out of pocket by myself . And I politely asked for inspection form a week after I bought the car the sales manager just ignored my message . The attitude just changed so much before and after I bought the car.

Without going into detail about the emotions my wife and I felt yesterday after dealing with the Monrovia BMW dealership, I’ll just say, the experience was by far the worst car dealership experience I’ve had in the last 15 years. I tend to buy 1 or 2 cars a year, simply because I enjoy driving cars.We showed up to the dealership knowing what we wanted, we test drove the vehicle in a different color then what we showed up for because the one we wanted was in the showroom. I discussed financial figures with the sales manager, Charlie, and I informed him that we would be in touch with him after we ate lunch.We left the dealership, grabbed food, and I submitted my financing application online, as I said I would. I did this within 30 minutes of leaving. My fico score came back at 867, I was putting 25% down on a new car. I contacted Charlie, and told him the application was submitted, he informed me that the deal we discussed in person is guaranteed being that they confirmed financial snap shot was top tier. I asked him to get the paper work started and asked if he needed me to wire funds or bring a check with me when I picked the vehicle up. He told me a check is fine and he was going to get the paperwork started. Everything was going great so far, just needed him to complete his part, and I was going to come pick up the car. He then calls me 2 hours later to tell me someone just walked in and bought the car….How did that happen? Why did it happen? Any properly ran dealership would have marked the car sold after I submitted my application and agreed to the deal in writing with the sales manager. I asked multiple times over the phone and through text messages if I needed to do anything on my end to secure the car and he said no, I was fine.I don’t know why we were treated this way but I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Integrity and respect is all that we ask for when we’re conducting business and we didn’t get either with BMW Monrovia.

The car is amazing and you gave me a great deal but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I arrived earlier than I said I was going to but it took 4.5 hours for the car to be purchased and that didnt even include a tutorial on how to use the car. I had to keep asking what was going on and was told a certain amount of time and then it was 5x that. For spending that amount of money, I would hope that you would prioritize the customer to expedite the process and more importantly teach the customer about the car. It shouldnt have taken that long. I wasnt even offered a bottle of water until 3 hours in. Very disappointing experience.Updating my review on 11/28. Called the general manager as requested below. Ari at BMW of Monrovia was so professional, nice and honest that I was able to purchase my brand new BMW X5 over the phone without even having to see the car in person. Ari was so honest with me that he even let me know of a tiny and unnoticeable scratch that was on the vehicle, which I would not have even seen. Talk about an honest salesman! Would have been a decent experience, but after purchasing a new M3 Competition from them for $2500 above msrp this summer, the car was delivered two months later without a front tow hook cover. No problem, the dealership said they would be shipping one over ASAP (I live out of state). This was in the beginning of September. Three months later, after countless phone calls to the dealership, multiple associates saying they would call back once they spoke to their superiors (which none ever followed through with), I still do not have the part. When I picked up my car I noticed there were scuff marks along the top of the steering wheel that were not there when I dropped off the car that morning. It looks as if someone tried to clean the leather with some sort of abrasive material. Now I need to get my steering wheel replaced because this is unacceptable. He did explain everything to me during the process of running the credit, & he showed the car and everything in it. He will make you smile and feel that youre an important customer. INSPECT YOUR CAR AFTER *REPAIRS*!!!My wife took her BMW (Serviced at BMW all of its life) in for inspection for a water leak on the drivers floor mat. They took apart the door panel and found that the leak was from a faulty door speaker housing.They tried charging us full price to fix the leak even though the extended warranty was purchased with the car. We refused and told them to put the car back together. They called us back and magically got BMW to cover the majority of the repair. We still had to pay out of pocket, but it wasn’t as bad as full price.After the repair my wife picked up the car and took it home. I looked the car over being an ex-mechanic myself and there was damage to the window switch and door panel that she did not see when she picked it up. We went back and spoke to the Service Manager and he was only willing to put in a used window switch and “fix” the damaged door panel. We requested only new parts be installed to fix the damage they had done and he refused. Stating that it wasn’t brought to their attention before the car was taken home. We finally gave in and accepted the used window switch and door panel repair. The service adviser was instructed to call us to schedule a drop off date, and we have yet to hear from anyone!!!***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY SERVICE!***

Got X6 on Dec 5! Sales guy was professional!Our issue was were where never informed there was a paint job done in the passenger side door! You can literally see two different shades of white ( we didn’t notice at the time of purchase, after we took the vehicle home we notice the problem)Call the dealership after no response, we decided to drive 1hr. This is a very frustrating experience. My car was total loss due to the recent accident. I was seeking for assistance to get my maintenance package refunded. 1st of all, no one ever answered the phone after numerous calls and voice message. They sold me a piece of junk X3 then wanted to offer us another car and wanted more money with less warranty. You gave us nothing but trouble for 3 weeks. Anyone who purchases a car should not have to worry about it breaking down before you even make it home. Then I was told to pick it up and it had broken motor mounts again I got a loaner. Watch out for sales and finance, I leased a 2020 7-series from them a couple of weeks ago and we specifically agreed to the buy rate for the money factor and then I paid 7 multiple security deposits to bring it down further. When I got home it turns out that they used all 7 MSDs and gave me the buy rate snd pocketed the difference in interest. I asked finance to email me and then asked my rep to tell finance to either refund my security deposits or cut a check for the difference in interest. Have not received a reply, I guess they rather keep the extra couple thousand than to be a reputable place.Update, tried to call the number in the response and left a message, no call back as of yet.

I had an intermittent drive train malfunction check light. Before getting to dealership I was told by an outside technician that turbo will need to be replaced. I decided to take it to BMW Monrovia dealership and my service advisor Greg Hernandez told me that the issue is with pressure convertor and not turbo. After repair I asked him again, if he is sure this is not an issue with turbo and he assured me that the repairs are guaranteed for 12 months. Drivetrain malfunction light came back same day and the advisor washed his hands off by saying this is a new issue and now I need to replace turbo.But this is not the worst of it. When they took the car in, it had an intermittent fault code but at pick up my car was burning excess oil and smoking so much you can drive it at all. Next I am told the radiator is busted and is leaking coolant. Apparently they had stress tested my radiator and caused a rupture. I spent next 7 days trying to get an escalation and resolution over the phone but I am ignored. I couldnt go on without a car any longer and had to let someone else fix my car. After this sour experience I will keep away from BMW cars just so that I dont have to deal with dealership.Lesson learnt. 1) BMW Monrovia prices are 2-3 times but quality of work is no better than local workshops. 2) Their 12 month work guarantee is a hollow promise 3) Service advisors can ignore customers.

The reason why I didnt give an excellent rating was because my car wasnt spanking clean when I drove it off the lot.
