I would highly recommend Ara of Blue View Garage Door Repair Los Altos for garage door repair! We have a garage storage unit and I stopped in after work to get a quick pickup. The automated door opened, but it would not close. After I rigged ropes out of my car to push the door shut so that I could return home, the issue became more difficult. The top garage door panel was sagging and slid inwards so it was possible for someone to reach upwards and take out the opener and then take all of our possessions. We were anxious to get home, and attempting to avoid becoming frustrated, I located Blue View Garage Door Repair Los Altos on Google Maps and Ara arrived in about 10 minutes. Ara was as efficient and friendly as any technician could be. He quickly worked through the various issues he quickly identified and resolved, and was able to clearly communicate with me throughout his work. He arrived ready with tools to replace the rollers, as well as tools to shape and reinforce the door and brackets so that it can function once more. He suggested replacing the door as the best fix but he also made sure that his emergency repair worked great too. Highly recommended, thanks for all your assistance Ara! Smith did a wonderful job! He was quick, efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and gave us the best price. I would highly recommend using this business. The garage door was opening very slowly and he identified the issue right away, and since then the door is opening much faster through the replacement of the springs, as well as a brand new hinge. They didnt try to sell us something or make us feel as other garage individuals and explained to us precisely what was required at an excellent cost. Call them!

Excellent service! I called to have a garage door spring replaced and they scheduled me for two days out. There was an opening on their schedule and they were able to finish the job on the same day!! Within two hours of the time I originally called. They were also able to take care of it without me having to be there. Its a rental property and I simply granted them access and they took care of it. Excellent communication, timely text updates and easy to pay. The entire experience with the business was easy and smooth. They answer their phones, are responsive to their customers, and have a system in place with professionalism. As a business owner, I understand what is required to manage such an operation. I am very pleased with the service and will continue to use them as my primary vendor for any future garage door needs. We are very pleased.

Very fast response, my garage door torsion spring was broken, I contacted Blue View Garage Door Repair Los Altos and got reply after one hour with the inspection appointment fixed on the same day. The following morning Roman came, very courteous, friendly and professional. Not only fix the problem within very short time but also spent time to explain other questions I have and showed me the way of maintenance. This company is NOT who they say they are. I called this company and got an answer from a very nice lady who answered general garage services. This obviously confused me so i told her i needed to do more research since i thought i was calling Blue View garage based on the 5 star reviews. So eventually i called back and got another gentleman who was also very pleasant. He admitted it was actually just an answering service and lead referral business that was actually a subcontractor for another answering service. A very complicated web indeed! 5 minutes after i hung up i got a call from a man stating he was from blue view garage door and even went so far as to tell me the address they have listed. After asking lots of questions and his answers allaying much of my distrust i allowed them to set an appointment to repair my garage doors on my rental property. However once on my property they quoted me 1150 each to replace both garage door motors. Being in a bit of a rush as i have renters moving in tomorrow i decided to just bite the overcharge bullitt and agree to the price. Thats on me and is not my complaint. In fact it appears they did good work. My one star review is actually based on the fact that once i received the invoice it was from Palms Garage Door! In fact once i inquired about this discrepancy the tech stated that Blue View is a marketing agency they work with. With this (what i believe to be) false lead generating it makes us consumers unable to properly vett a business and run their contractors license and check reviews. Essentially they negate googles and others reviews so you have no idea whatsoever who is coming to your home! That, plain and simple, is what i believe is a false advertising and bait and switch scheme based on what i believe are fallacious 5 star reviews which i no longer believe are real. Hence 1 star.

Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing were hallmarks of excellence at Blue View Garage Door Los Altos. When our garage doors wires snapped around 8:30am, leaving it unable to open more than 6 it became an immediate priority - calling four other companies immediately was futile until we reached this company who were quick in response time - they came within 30 minutes and repaired our garage and bettered its condition than before the wires snapped - freeing us up from any further garage repairs! Definitely will use them again when the need arises in future!

Big bang in the garage. Spring broken, trapping our car behind an inoperable door. Called our usual garage door company. They didn’t have any springs and wouldn’t until Thursday, four days away. Called Blue View Garage Door Los Altos. Anthony said his spring guy was overwhelmed with work but he’d try to get him here. An hour later, Steve the spring guy showed up, installed a new spring in 20 minutes flat, and we were, literally, good to go. Can’t ask for anything better than that.
