Blue Diamond is an excellent company and we have used them for years. They are friendly, professional, on time, and extremely conscientious about doing an excellent job. When they leave our house we feel like all the windows are open (theyre not), because the screens and glass panes are just so clean!!!!!! Stellar work, Adam and Heidi (owners) are just wonderful. We would never use another company, and we highly, highly recommend them!

Cleaning... •..* 5 hours agoWe were extremely pleased with the service we received from this company. Andy showed up on time, explained all his services, and was very thorough with the job! Our upstairs windows hadnt been cleaned for years and they look brand new!!He also cleaned the tracks and window sills. We needed 12 screens re-screened. He took them with him and was back at 7:00 AM the next morning and installed them all! We highly recommend this company if you need your windows washed and/or screens re-screened.

Let me first say, Im not a big social media poster but this experience with Blue Diamond Window Cleaning warranted it. I was in need of solar panel cleaning on a rental property. My neighbor was having his solar panels and windows cleaned. I casually observed how meticulous the two gentlemen (Andy & Frank) worked together in perfect harmony. I decided to use their services and have no regrets at all other than not using their services sooner. They far exceeded my expectations with their service, professionalism, and knowledge. The 12 solar panels on the rental property look like new again. Our windows on primary residence look fabulous! I kid you not, the clarity is absolutely amazing! Looking out into the front courtyard and backyard from inside the house take on a whole new perspective. And from outside the house there is a shine from the windows that radiates clean! Great experience with Blue Diamond! Reached out for an estimate on power washing my backyard and window cleaning in the entire house. Andy provided an estimate over the phone with a small range, and then scheduled the service. He let me know he was on his way, arrived, and the estimate was exactly what he said it would be. The work was done thoroughly and *cleanly* haha. Looking forward to having someone to take care of this annually at my home!

Heidi and Andy have cleaned my windows and shower doors for a couple of years now. They are always friendly, professional, treat my home with respect and do a fantastic job. This Christmas they installed exterior holiday lights for me and I am over the moon. The lights are ultra bright LED, they are centered on each facade of the house, the wires are hidden, lights perfectly straight and I was able to chose a custom color scheme. They provided a timer so I do not even have to think about turning them on. It was an investment but well worth it and as I look at other lights in my neighborhood, my lights and installation are far superior.

I can’t remember the last time I have been so happy with a service I received! My windows are absolutely sparkling, and the sliders are so clear that when they’re closed they look open! Andy is so very personable, he feels like a family friend, AND he is very busy and efficient at his job! I met him as he was power washing the outside of my neighbor’s house, and he was booked out for a month! He’s well worth the wait, and I have already booked my 2024 service call! One other thing I should mention is there were no “surprise” or unexpected costs. He gave me a rough estimate based on my window count, explaining he’d take his own count when he arrived and give an exact count with cost before starting. He was right on!Addendum: Andy was here for our 2024 service! Still very satisfied!!

Blue Diamond is a fantastic company that provides quite a few outstanding services to keep your home in top condition. They cleaned my windows inside & out (power wash with no streaks) which included taking off all of the screens and cleaning them too. In addition, they vacuumed and wiped out the window tracks & sills.They also cleaned my 36 solar panels. I have them cleaned every 6 months to maximize solar production and to keep them maintained. This is the first time I used Blue Diamond for this service and they will now be my #1 choice.Based on the excellent window & solar cleaning, I hired them to come back next week to power wash my driveway, patios and garden walls.In addition, they hang holiday lights. They will also come back next month and supply & hang holiday lights. I reviewed pictures of last years lighting they did for other customers and it looks great. My family is excited to have a professional holiday look this year.I discovered them by internet searches and reviews. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you!I highly recommend them. Honestly the best window cleaners around. I come home to what feels like a new house after Blue Diamond cleans my windows! From the windows, to the tracks, and even the blinds… I don’t know what magic they use to get my windows looking so good. Andy was referred to me by the company that did some painting for me. The owner said he did their windows ..so I called & Andy came out & we went over what I needed done. I liked the fact that he was the owner of his company & did all the work on my job himself. He did a great job of cleaning the underside of a long patio cover along entire back of house. It looked soooo nice & clean when he finished. He also cleaned the 3 ceiling fans which were long overdue & wrapped it up with power washing back of house & doing the windows !!Andy is a hard worker & takes a lot of pride in doing a great job, probably his miltary background !!If you are looking for a first rate company to do a variety of cleaning jobs ... Andy and Heidi did a wonderful job with the windows and blinds in our home. We have a two story home with almost 30 windows and blinds. They arrived on time and took all the blinds outside to clean in the ultrasonic washer. The blinds never looked this clean before. Now they shine like brand new. The windows and tracks were cleaned better than I expected. Before cleaning, I thought some may need to be replaced but now they all look as good as new. I also got all of the screens replaced as the sun made the old ones brittle. Im very happy with the excellent job Andy and Heidi did. I wish I had called them earlier.

I am an extremely HAPPY customer. Our windows have never been cleaned. We are the original home owner for almost 8 years and this is the first time the windows have been cleaned. I feel like we got new windows when looking at our house. Not only do they look new, we have had rain the last 2 days from a quick down poor to on and off drizzling and there is NOT a spot on any of the windows. They offer a 7 day weather guarantee, but I won’t be calling because they still look beautiful. They were extremely professional even went above and beyond. Will definitely be using them again.

I would give 10 stars if I could. First, Andy called me to let me know they would arrive early which I really appreciated. I have 41 windows that were all very dirty. Andy and Chris worked all day meticulously doing a phenomenal job. Every window and screen was hand washed inside and out. They also cleaned the filthy tracks. I hated opening my blinds before and now am gazing outside my clean, clear windows and want to leave the blinds up all day. Blue Diamond Window Cleaning has earned a lifetime customer in me. This company is so great. To start out they (Heidi) responds to you right away plus sends you a beautiful smiley greeting. I was sold on that alone! The day of our appointment the representative arrives exactly on time. Andy (Rep/Owner) is such a kind, professional gentleman. He didnt rush his explanation of what he was going to do, he took his time making sure we were clear of his window check procedure for an accurate count then he slowly went over his proposal making sure we agreed. Once agreed he proceed to do the work. He was careful and got the job done in 4 hours. It took a while to get around to this review, but I’m glad I did. After getting our windows cleaned, we were amazed on how great they looked. Fast forward a month later and I thought that was money down the drain since a “historic” storm was on the way. Well, it rained hard for a whole day or so, but once it dried the windows still looked amazing!! You can’t go wrong with having your windows cleaned by Blue Diamond any time. We use Blue Diamond for window cleaning ultrasonic blind cleaning and this year for Christmas light installation. 100% turnkey.They provided the lights (design and colors were our choice). They maintain, take down and store. What a luxury! Heidi and Andy are professionals, making them unique in this business segment. Of course they do great work but of equal importance is my comfort level with their care for the property. I could easily leave a key if scheduling was such that I had to be away. To start with, what great people to deal with! Andy & Heidi have the work ethic that isnt common anymore. It was easy to get a estimate and set up a appointment with them, they showed up on time, we reviewed what was to be done and they got started. They never stopped moving the entire time they were here, it was like watching a well oiled machine!The job was to clean with their Ultrasonic machine and repair as need 31 vinyl slat mini blinds. I had never used this type of service before but I will again in the future. The blinds came out beautiful and the additional cost for the repairs for the ones that needed it was much less than I anticipated.Great communication throughout the entire job from start to finish. Ill be using them in the future for sure!

Blue Diamond came out and not only washed our windows but also replaced all of our screens too.Andy of Blue Diamond had also went the extra mile and was able to get all of the hard water build up from the patio misting system off of the glass. I had used Blue Diamond a few years ago and forgot the name. It came back to me in the middle of the night. I got online and was pleasantly surprised at the comprehensive website they have now. Easy peasy to enter exactly what we needed and get an instant quote (Wed). Not much later I received a call from Andy. He knew it was me as they saved my number from before. I know we were asking a lot when I asked if he could clean our 8 windows and two sliders before Monday. Hes booked out several weeks but he was doing a big job in Woodcrest on Thu and he said bc we were retuning customers, hed come afterwards though it would be later in the day. Heidi and Andy did an excellent job with my windows and screens so I scheduled them back to clean the blinds in their ultrasonic soak that cleans the entire mechanism vs. the slats only. They now look new and I was pleased about how carefully the blinds were handled to avoid damaging old hardware. They did an awesome job on my windows, which they did before cleaning and re-hanging my blinds, (by their other company, Dirty Blinds), at the same appointment. They also cleaned my glass patio dining and coffee tables, which had hard water marks from the sprinklers, and made them look like new! They were extremely helpful, courteous, and very professional.
