A very TMI/personal review:While helping to spring clean her garage, my mom discovered her long unworn wedding ring and asked me if I’d like to have it. It took me off guard as I didn’t have any recollection of it, and I was surprised to see jagged cuts down the back of the guard and band. She explained that pregnancy caused her fingers to swell, leading her to opt for an all-too-practical solution—splicing down the back with wire cutters.Additional context: What I like most about the ring is these cuts. I think they really encapsulate my mom and her resilience. A war refugee, single mother of two, and self-made woman, I appreciate how this gritty representation mirrors how she’s truly just made things work. And although I wanted to keep the cuts as they were, unfortunately, the gaps were causing the ring to easily bend and slip off.And now, what you came for—a review of Blue Diamond Jewelers: Ravi provided clear guidance on what was possible and made authoritative recommendations. I landed on having the guard soldered together but only buffing the bands cut before resizing both pieces. Ravi exceeded expectations. I was able to pick up the ring early and was surprised to see it shining brighter than I could’ve imagined from a thorough cleaning and polishing. The ring already meant so much to me, and I love it even more now.I’ve always admired my mom for what she’s accomplished, and how she’s gone about doing it. And I have Ravi to thank for helping me find a way to wear this ring that serves as a representation of it all. 10/10

We’ve had the best experience here every time we come in! My fiancé got my engagement ring custom made here, I bought his band here (also custom), and now my band is on the way! Ravi knows how to make you feel like family the second you walk in. We thought we were “just looking” when we came in…3 rings later here we are! I can’t recommend Blue Diamond enough!

Ravi made my vision come true!! I had a pair of moissanite studs and one single larger stud. I wanted a pendant with a garnet halo and a ring made into a figure eight to match. Ravi had upgraded the stones to rubies which turned out way better. He has impeccable taste and offered a diamond cut chain. His craftsmanship is just gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier, it fits beautifully.He is a pleasure to work with and his prices are very fair. He has a wide selection of beautiful jewelry!I can’t wait to work with him again.He also shortened a chain bracelet perfectly,when I was unsure of what length. He really knows his stuff!Jewelry

Brought in several watches and a necklace to be repaired. The necklace came back better than new and my partner was so surprised and happy to have his old watches working again!Ravi and Debbie were an excellent team and so helpful! I had ordered a watch box for my partners watches and it was still over a week away by the time the watches were repaired. They held onto the watches for me until the watch box arrived and helped make the surprise perfect. Thank you!

This is a terrific jewelry store. I went there specifically for some repairs - a watch repair that they kindly checked out gratis and then came back with the cost and recommendation - frankly it was not worth doing the repair given the value of the watch for us - but no pressure whatsoever. It was clear they cared only about how I cared for the repair to be handled - what was best for me was best for them. I think that sums up the wonderful attitude of Debbie and Ravi who are in it for the relationships and realize that is more important in the long run than anything else. Thats super kind in my book. The other thing that happened is there was a miscommunication about a repair on my daughters earrings - one that quite frankly was possibly my fault and I insisted that I pay for and they literally wouldnt let me pay for it. I tried and tried but they wouldnt let me. I mean what wonderful folks - and I cant recommend them more highly. Thanks and you have a life long customer/family just from these simple interactions. One that they didnt even make any $ from. Wonderful folks and thank you.

Ravi and Debbie are fantastic. I bought my wife’s engagement ring here. She loved it and was totally surprised. Ravi walked me through all the steps. Ravi truly created my dream wedding band. I can not recommend Ravi and Blue Diamond enough! We originally went in to get my fiancé’s wedding band but as soon as Ravi saw my engagement ring, he pulled out a wedding band that he assumed I would like. Spot on. Obviously the rings, diamonds, items, etc speak for themselves. But in addition to the high quality items, Ravi is a huge reason why we stuck with Blue Diamond. He is incredibly friendly and honest. By the end of the process, we felt like he is our friend more so than a vendor. We have officially found our family jeweler and we can’t be more happy after working with Ravi and Blue Diamond!
