Cant say enough good things about our interaction with Blue Diamond! After our previous AC tune-up Company suddenly did a hard pressure sell on us to update our doomed AC and quoting the price of a small island we found a recommendation for Blue Diamond.Brian visited and not only gave us a great quote but checked our current system and gave us a much more realistic view of its status. We did go ahead and purchase a new system (Diakin heat pump), and it was very nice to have a quote that listed out all the products we were buying along with very clear pricing. It was great to be able to ask questions and have someone take the time to explain things who is passionate about their work.All of the employees were top notch! Working from home they even kept noise quiet when I had a important meeting, above and beyond there!Always get quotes, but be sure to add in Blue Diamond to the list!

Donovan was the BEST. My Wife was home to meet Donovan so he could tune up our Ac system and give us advice on any other needs it might have.He was smart, explained everything and left our unit running better than it was before. My Wife said she wanted to give Blue Diamond 6 stars👍. We will def call them if we have any issues in the future.

Donovan was amazing! He responded quickly and was able to come to my the very next day. He diagnosed and fixed our AC,in just a few hours. He also let us know about a problem he saw in how it was originally connected. We appreciated his information! Great service!

After countless hours of research and quotes, I went with blue diamonds who gave me the cheapest prices in San Diegos. Charles was very hard working and took photos and explained the whole process of what was going on and what needed to be done. Couldnt have asked for a better service! Fixed my AC and kept the house cool again for the summer

Charles came today to service our AC unit & furnace. First, he was on time & let me know when he was on his way. Once he arrived he told me all that he would be doing today. He spent all the necessary time to thoroughly inspect, test, monitor & clean my systems & to answer my questions & explain all that he observed. When he was done he gave a complete rundown on how my system was performing & any additions that could improve function, and I never felt pressured to make any purchases.Charles was kind, respectful, very informative and professional. He brought his own shoe covers which is a huge plus! He was very mindful of my walls when he brought in his ladder & he was careful through my whole home. He was very conscious about ensuring gates were secured & making sure my dogs did not get out.This WHOLE CREW is amazing & I’m so grateful to have found Blue Diamond Heating & Air!

Brian Armstrong was professional in every way. He was thorough, knowledgeable, on time, and he explained things well. He left the area clean and swept up. He also had a very pleasant personality. I would recommend him and Blue Diamond Heating and Air to everyone!

CJ was great! He quickly identified the issue and was able to easily fix it. He gave us instructions on replacing the filter and made sure to write everything down in case we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!

We have had our heat pump unit one year now and love it. The initial installation went well and team cleaned up afterwards. Prices are affordable (its all relative). The company stays on top of scheduling maintenance and on time, and staff is friendly. They make recommendations, but no hard sell. The only issue was that the heat pump leaves condensation in the winter and no system to catch it was installed. So, it pools on the driveway since the concrete is not even. Its not their fault but wish we had known that before and perhaps with something out. Overall, very pleased so far.

Office staff was extremely professional. Loved the communication, I received texts and emails with status updates. Brian, owner and technician, was very knowledgeable and walked through each step. Highly recommend and would use them again.

The Blue Diamond team was terrific! They were timely, professional and paid attention to detail. Had a new heater/AC put in. I highly recommend them!
