I was here for the first time to meet one of my colleague- friend. Their service is great, I loved the Cafe latte and the pastry Matcha mochi. The ambience and the vibe is great. Theres seating inside and outside as well. I really enjoyed this place and definitely recommend it.

Blue Bottle Coffee is one of my favorite commercial chains of coffee, along with Peets. I usually go to the one in Santana row which has a nice setting with an outdoor fountain patio and tree covered area, but this one in Los Gatos also has a nice location and is easier to get to from my home.It is in the downtown area between upscale shops and restaurants with interesting architectures, there is a great view through the bay windows. They also have nice outdoor seating as well.They make some great coffees of all kinds, I would recommend a pour over but their lattes and mochas are very good as well. They have a number of nice pastries but I always look out for their tear-apart everything croissant.The service is always excellent and attentive though the wait can be longer since it is a popular place and often has a line.

Very nice cafe. We stopped in for a quick coffee and pastry after a ride. I can highly recommend the ginger and molasses cookie (reminded me of my favorite Jamaica Ginger Cake from the UK). Coffee was excellent and the expectation was set at ordering that it would be about 10 minutes, makes such a difference!Look forward to returning soon with the family. 🍪☕🥐

These folks are great, I trust them more than any other coffee shop for cleanliness and quality— some places don’t even rinse out the milk steamers in between dairy and plant-based. I love that Blue Bottle defaults to oat milk. Microfoam is always perfect and the avocado toast is vegan too!

Lovely cafe with great views, nice coffee, delicious croissant and poppy seed pound cake! I usually get their black cardomom latte. Unfortunately, it wasnt there. Nevertheless, their regular latte is equally good as well.

Of the three highly rated coffee shops in the nearby area this place was the only that had pour over coffee. Also, the different toast they had on offer were amazing too! If youre a coffee aficionado then I highly recommend Blue Bottle Coffee.

Cute little coffee shop. They have happy chicken eggs and a wide array of specialty drinks and wonderful pastries. The establishment is clean, including the restroom. I will definitely be back and my mom, who is a local and had never been here before, says she found her new coffee shop!

Super chill spot, but it does have its surges of people during peak times like on Sunday mornings with a farmers market nearby. Theres plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for you to work your work or chat with friends. Accessibility from Parking is better here with the public lots right behind. I welcome this new neighborhood spot as another coffee option in town!

I was watching a barista brew a cup of pour over. It was like watching a Japanese tea ceremony. It felt really good seeing everyone just slowing down. I had an iced macha with saffron, amazingly refreshing! Have a little time in your hands and watch them make the drinks and youll also feel their passion.

One of my favorite Blue Bottle locations in LA. It gets a little breezy outside. Though the cups and lids can be blown away by wind, it has its charm. Its located right where the old Hughes Airport runway was. So much history here!

Blue Bottle is great if youre rich or you hate money. Awesome drinks, but man do you pay up for it. $5.50 for a small cold brew. And for the price, I expected slightly better service. It wasnt atrocious or anything - I just had to wait a little while and remind them that I ordered a croissant.That said, if you stop by, I recommend the mocha. Very well done!

Blue Bottle serves a great cup of coffee, theres no question about that - and the flavor is consistent from location to location. My main challenge is the wait time - I had to wait about 25 mins for a capuccino at 8:00 am - and I wasnt alone. I realize that you can order ahead, but they had 4 people working and it was shocking that they all seemed to be working on 1 drink (together) at a time. I think they could radically improve their efficiency at this location.

This review is solely on the food not coffee. The only one I had from here was the matcha latte. It was okay but I would say amazing.The food I usually get here is the avocado toast and ham and cheese sandwich. I came here a lot to work but wish their food gets better soon. First of all, the food is really expensive given that its avocado and bread, and deli meat plus cheese. The taste is inconsistent so you gotta hope you are lucky that day and get good tasty ones.The last one I had: avocado toast was burned and there was less and less avocado 😞. The ham and cheese bread was really really hard. A lot of ham and not enough cheese so it makes it quite salty to eat.The seats can be packed early in the morning so sometimes you might not get to sit down and eat.The baristas here are super friendly.

Blue Bottle (network) is one of the rare places in the US where you can actually buy decent coffee. Super happy to see the network expanding and opening the shop in Los Gatos.Cant say that I agree with the decision to make oat milk a default option. Note to coffee drinkers - now you need to specify whole milk.The Belgium waffles are really good too.

I love everything about this place, but when you charge “Nordstrom” prices it should come with “Nordstrom” customer service. I bought Blue Bottle’s winter coffee gift set as a Christmas gift for a friend. He tried to exchange it for a bag of decaf coffee (I didn’t know he wasn’t doing caffeine anymore). Blue Bottle wouldn’t exchange the gift set without a receipt! Are you kidding me?! It was still December. They still had gift sets to sell. There aren’t many other Blue Bottles around. You definitely could exchange a gift set for a bag of decaf coffee. Come on! And top that off with the fact that you can’t call them to make sure that they have decaf before you shuffle over there post-surgery to fix dilemma. The whole experience has tainted my view of Blue Bottle. It’s a beautiful establishment and the food is good, but buyer beware.

The interior design was cute. The Indoor seating is a little narrow and crowded. The outdoor seating was in direct sun without any shade.1 cup of latte after tax & tips end up almost $8. It tastes like it’s a single shot. I know Bay Area is expensive but this is by far the most expensive coffee in Bay Area.Also the waitress who clean the table was rude.

If you are looking for friendly service, Starbucks portions and prices, and extraordinary coffee…then this is not the place for you.It is Apple computer prices, with a cold/awkward welcome, inflation portions, and just an overhyped brandAdding an option 18% tip 20% and 22% is just obnoxious.
