Awesome gym good equipment, staff is great and the gym is always spot less shout out to the cleaning staff. There’s only two things that would help this gym be a 5 stars which is having wipes for equipment. Everyone is courteous to wipe down equipment but supplies are lacking to keep up with demand. Especially with the large volume of people that go in and out. Which sometimes it’s hard to find parking or find gym equipment to use .

Honestly, best gym in Gardena (I know because I was a member of all at some point or another). Between the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, amount of equipment and cost you really can’t beat it. Was never dirty or too busy to not be able to do anything and their membership services (signing up, cancelling,etc) is soooo much easier than other clubs. Zero pressure or sales pitch, they listen to you. I say all this as an ex member as I’m moving out of the country but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place!

Honestly was just beginning my workout as I been doing for over a year. However at this Gardena location this blink worker approached me. Asking me to turn my music off. Forcing me to listen to the trash being played by them. I will not being visiting that location anymore. Thank the great God of the universe they not the only gym available in L.A. Thats very unfair. And I dont use headphones due to the radiation. This is very unfair. I would of lowered the volume. I couldnt complete my exercise due to this dilemma. Music is what give me that extra push. And to have it silenced isnt right. Such petty policy. Such petty gym.

I loved going to this gym. It has a great app, reasonable prices, good machines, and an adequate weights area. The lockers and the bathrooms were always clean. If you want a no BS gym experience, this is it. The best part was when I had to cancel my membership. I just went up to them and they cancelled it with no questions asked. The process the seamless and I never felt like I was being sucked into anything. Highly recommend this place.

Blink is right! Every time I come in here something is on the blink. They only have one weight machine for inner and outer thighs only two weight machines for leg lifts. Every time I come in something is broken or not working. Convince true it’s in the neighborhood but they have enough members in here where they can expand and have at least three machines and fix the equipment. Oh and their sanitizing wipes are always out of stock, the bathroom is nasty and the air dryers for hands are on the BLINK!

The afternoon gets busy, but thats normal. There is a good selection or workout machines. Theres no water bottle filling station, only ba water fountain, so thats a bummer. Overall I enjoy going there.

We were in Gardena for a week on vacation. We visited the gym to mostly access the treadmills. It was great to get a free first session. We came back the next day and paid for a day visit. The gym had lots of available equipment. The place was spacious, well kept, and clean. The staff was super friendly and informative.

Great gym, very very clean. I was looking to join a gym and blinks was one of the top 3 choices, and Im glad I picked blinks. Its never at capacity, the staff is friendly and very tentative to customers questions and concerns. I love that no matter what there is some kind of equipment available for you to warm up while you wait for a big machine. The only thing I would like is for the gym to install a purifier water bottle fill up station, its touch less and will definitely help with getting hydrated.

I used to go to the 24 hour fitness North Torrance, but they closed it down. I decided to come to Blink instead because it’s close by and it’s only $10 a month. I wish I’d done it a long time ago. This gym is 100X nicer and 1/3 the price. It doesn’t have all that extra stuff like a sauna or jacuzzi but I never used that stuff anyway. The equipment is all new and the gym is SUPER clean.

Blink! If you want an affordable, friendly, upbeat gym this is the place. So clean, bright, and spacious. During this time you need to reserve your workout time through an app. I like to workout at about 5am so I do not have any problems reserving my time. Staff are very welcoming. Great attitude is always a plus. Lots of cardio, free weights, and strength machines available.

The gym is very nice and clean but the staff is very rude the assistant manager at night is just rude and doesn’t care about the customers all he does is complain he’s loud and he just stands in the computer watching movies or a show his name is marcos and we’re still not sure if that’s his real name and when we asked for his last name and he said you are good with that. he also lied about being a manager he said hes the manager of the whole gym but later on we asked one of his co workers and they said hes the assistant manager. just wish we could have worked out in peace but he kept on bothering us

Enough variety in cardio machines - stair master, elliptical, and treadmills and weight lift machines are spaced out so there is good distancing. Highly recommend to wipe down the equipment before using because I do often see people not wiping it down after using it.

I have been coming to this gym since it opened, its a great gym always clean and they have wipes to clean the equipment as well. The staff is friendly and the restroom are always clean. They have showers but no sauna, its a very compact gym. The dumb bells go up to 95 only. But all in all it a great gym. The only issue now is that there is no parking especially on Mondays. Its best to go around 8 to closing thats when it less pack.

I just started going to the gym due to not trying to get covid. This gym was clean for a minute, but now that dont even have sanitizer wipes to clean machines after workout and staff make jokes about it. 99 cents store is next door, they can biy some real quick. I dont know if i will continue going here. And not enough machines, so its pretty small.

This gym is very clean. All of the members participate in maintaining its cleanliness. There are multiple machines of the same kind so there is very little waiting. If youre serious about working out, and not standing around on your cell phone than this is the gym for you.

I love this gym. They have pretty much everything you need for bodybuilding except and incline bench press. You can take a bench to the squat rack and still achieve it. Theres also no pool or Sauna but thats fine since thats not the purpose of this gym. The hours are good too

Ok, so the gym is well equipped with all the necessities to get a great workout in. The staff is friendly and keep the place clean and equipment maintained. Parking is usually easy since it share a large lot with Starbucks, The habitat and 99 Cent Store amongst others! Carefully not too make the illegal left out onto Normandy though, its a trap spot and a big ticket ! All and all I like it and recommend checking it out, well worth the small monthly fee.... I pay $15, I think and can bring a guest TOO WORK OUT, not to be hard sold like at 24..... alright thats all! Cheers 🍻

There’s never enough parking and be where your car will probably end up getting scratched by the $.99 shoppers next-door. Carts everywhere and the people here are not courteous they will park right next to you and open the door and immediately hit your car.The gym is clean for the most part the people here are nice but fees are not as described they will go up after three months. The equipment is brand new. And the overall satisfaction is relevant.

BLINK is a very under rated gym. Been a member of Golds, LA Fitness and Kennedy. I have to say for my trail membership, I was very impressed. Great equipment, members are prompt about keeping stations clean, and lots of open space for individual training.

Only about 10% of members wipe down machines after use. While staff do what they can to keep the gym safe the community often makes or breaks a gym and not wiping down machines would be troubling even without covid. The gym dies check temp as you enter and you will see staff clean throughout your time, the majority of members are not wearing masks once in the gym or are wearing them incorrectly. Anyone with vulnerable people in their household should definitely keep away for the time being.

Joined a smaller gym as its not so crowded, I can get in my workout without too much of a wait to use machines or free weights. Staff is friendly and most members wipe down the equipment after use with the wipes that are provided. I like it.

The greeters greet me when I come in. Its a nice environment. The only problem I have is with the bathroom maintenance. In the morning when I come in, the showers and shower area look like they havent been cleaned from the day before. Hair in the drains, dirty floors and walls, etc...The shower curtains are old and grungy and only one shower head has proper water pressure. To the manager: Dont get mad. Do your job.

Front desk wasnt going to give any sort of customer service without you prying it out of her with questions. You have to just explore on your own. Do not need help or expect ANYTHING from the staff, including your trainer to be there. My trainer took off. I had to reschedule. I also WISH there was a female trainer there on weekends. I dont know WHY there needs to be the most awful music blasting away either. I guess if you are not an eternal frat rat, good luck putting up with the slime that is blasting from those speakers. Really SUCKS too because I need a clean gym in this area. The cleanliness seemed adequate. So at least we had THAT.

Nice gym but pay attention to the fees they charge. I signed up before they opened and only had to pay $1 instead of 50, but they will charge you $49 after only 3 months into the membership as their yearly fee. ONLY 3 MONTHS INTO THE MEMBERSHIP! I signed up in November of 2017, they opened mid December and also charged me $8.23 for half a month.

No incline bench and the dumbbells only go up to 90 lbs, but they keep the gym clean and well ventilated. Youll sign up for $1 and theyll waive the $49 fee which they will charge you on the third month after signing up, so the sign up fee is only postponed not waived..

It seems that one member of management team has a problem with people of color. I joined Blink after suffering a series of strokes in the midst of the pandemic. My career as a teacher took backstage as I am still trying to recover. Working out is a form of therapy approved by my doctors. Of all the people in the gym she signals me out if I pull my mask down to take a sip of water or wipe my face. She is rude while so many people are walking around with masks hanging off their faces. As I tell my students, professionalism goes a long way. This employee is a poor representation of the establishment, and I would not recommend this gym if you are a person of color!

I really like this gym. Its spacious, clean, and have a variety of different machines that can get you to your goals (if you put in all your effort). However, if they make unvaccinated members wear mask after the mask mandate is lifted on June 15, unfortunately I will have to cancel. It gets really frustrating when wearing a mask. They make it hard to breathe in the oxygen you need when doing intense cardiovascular exercises.P.S. The virus is affecting those with a poor diet or other medical conditions that often have to do with a history of an unhealthy lifestyle. If you have a problem with us natural science individuals who take control of our health without the help of big Pharma, maybe you should stay home and set up your own gym, just saying.I hope this review goes to corporate. The fitness industry needs to stand with us healthy folks.

The customer service is second to none, Ive never walked into a gym and seen so many employees smile and were happy to see me. They dont get paid enough. Amazing facility, went in to check it out and I was blown away at how spacious it was, also the different assortment of equipment available. For that price point I was expecting just a lot of cardio equipment and a few dumbells and preset barbells, NO, there was so much more. They have 3 full squat racks, multiple benches for barbells and dumbbell work, multiple cable rigs (those always fill up and it’s terrible when there’s just one), slam balls, battle ropes, boxes, a full assortment of functional fitness equipment and what topped it off for me was that they had Olympic lifting plates 😵. I went in there not expecting much and they blew me away. For this price definitely worth it, I am willing to say this is/will be a TOP 5 GYM IN SOUTH BAY!

Turn down your A.C. or adjust the auto on and off. When I was working out on the elliptical, it got very hot. I normally use the machines always under the A.C. so the air hits me but in 1 hr of use the A.C. only came on 1 time. Other then that its a good friendly vibe gym. I like the open concept too.

Went there once to check for membership details during the pre-sale. The representative didnt tell the girl in front of me about the $49.99 annual fee until I asked over the girl signing up if they had one. The rep froze with a face of 😨 and after a few sec of tension building the rep was forced to explain the girl that they had one. At this point I already lost so much amount of trust. Especially for my bank account. Yet when things couldnt have possibly gotten worse, the rep said she didnt have any proof of membership contract information AFTER she 1st directed me to a web page that had no information what so ever on contract information. Yet she asked me to pay and sign either way and worst case scenario they would refund me the money. 😂. Yeah right! Check your contracts!

This gym is the absolute worst! You truly get what you pay for here at 99cents to join this is the more ghetto version of Planet fitness I cancelled in April I’m still being charged no one has an answer when I went to cancel they told me the kiosk was down and wrote my cancellation on a piece of paper ( a piece of paper) I’m to the point where corporate is doing nothing the store is doing nothing the manager is doing nothing steer clear of this gym when it rains the tiles drop from the ceiling it is the worst gym ever imagine curling and ceiling tiles start falling like a game of Tetris

They have the music volume very high and some employees are not very friendly. I dont feel very comfortable. As soon as my contract ends, I will change gyms.
