This was a small store packed with so much fun art stuff. Alot of items were locked up and you had to have cashiers open cages and then they would hold the items at the counter. This is the second Blick store I have visited. The other store was easier to shop since none of their items were in cages. I will say the staff was super nice about helping but it was inconvenient.

Blick is one of those places dedicated to one thing; in this case its art supplies. This isnt what Id consider a generic craft store like hobby lobby, Michaels, or Joanns (nothing against them). Blick has just about anything youd need to do any form of physical art and the prices are quite right. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store well organized. Its a treat.

Amazing art store, would recommend over Hobby Lobby and Michaels if you are looking for a certain art supplies that arent very common to find. Bit on the expensive side, but would recommend getting the student discount and going on days when some of their art supplies are on sale.

I originally came in for the derwent ínstense blocks but they weren’t in stock, the young staff member with the pink hair was very sweet to check inventory for me. Eventually we settled on the 30 set of neocolor aquarelle crayons.Not only were these probably the best alternative but they’re JUST as vibrant as the inktense blocks. My goal was to be able to use these with colored pencils and I CAN !!!! I also got a set of some inexpensive watercolors for $16 and I got 24 tubes.All in all great day in deed.Also I got a massive discount today. Probably saved $30 in total.

One of the smaller Blick Art stores Ive been to but the staff was accommodating and professional. They had exactly what I was looking to buy; large 40×60 sheets of foam board for an art project. Plus I love the Montana line of colorful spray paints they carry. I snatched some of those up to.

Huge art store. Bummed there isnt one closer to my house. I think I understand when I was told that they carry certain things that are an online only purchase which I dont like at all. Its not easy finding this colored pencil touch up texture anywhere else. The staff is friendly, you need to find them for help. Overall its a huge art store. I didnt see like embroidery stuff but that doesnt mean they dont have it. Thank you again

Always a pleasant store to shop in. Employees are not only kind and helpful they are interesting people as well. Most are probably artists themselves and it shows in their knowledge of the products they sell. I only started shopping here a couple of years ago and I will be a customer for life. They even have some hard to find clays for FX artists. Great store!

Looking for art supplies? This is your place. Not a huge store, but they are extremely well stocked. Lots of knowledgeable and friendly staff. Can find other supplies cheaper elsewhere, but what they have is good quality at a fair price. Decent amount of parking, uncertain if there are restrooms. Parking, entrance, aisles, and counter are accessible.

I never heard of this store until my art teachers told me to buy my supplies from here. I didnt know what to expect. But boy is this a great store! All the employees are really helpful in finding the supplies you need, going to as far as even checking the supply boxes they have on top of their shelves just to get your product. Its kind of a small store, but I literally bought like 90% of my supplies there while the rest at art supply warehouse. What BLICK has better though are their offers. Discounts for students with their easy-to-sign-up preferred membership, web price match rebate, and if you look around youll find deals for supplies. Plus the overall experience was a great one shopping here. All the employees will go all out to make sure you leave happily.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a good number of people in there when I went and most people ignored the direction of the aisles, which are very narrow, making it hard to shop. Go at an off peak time if youd like to know more about the products from staff, otherwise I would just order and pick up.

Absolutely amazing store! Went in for some thin plastic sheets to make figure stands with and was blown away at the selection... thicknesses every .05mm. Ended up spending over an hour in the store even though an employee helped me find what I went in for within the first 3 minutes. Left with so much more than I bargained for but have so many planned projects for my home schooled boys. Great art store!

This place might be small, but dont let that fool you! Seriously, Im surprised how much inventory this store has! I went to Michaels for some art supplies to no avail, but I came here, and found all the things I needed! Also the prices here are amazing :DD They have a 10% discounts for students and that saved me at least $5!!! Its kind of in a weird location but it was worth the drive 😊❤

I went to Blick yesterday for the first time. I’ve ordered on their website before, but I was impatient to order again.They did a great job with COVID precautions. They encouraged masks before coming in. And then they had suggested one-way arrows on the floor. Everyone was very respectful of each other’s space. I’d say there was like 10 of us in there at any given time. Staff was helpful and not hovering. I could hear them helping other customers.I ended up buying this Moleskin Watercolor field book. Couldn’t find it at first, but then I did on the rotating display near check out.Also I was able to sign up for the 10% off non sale items with my teacher identification.Thanks Blick! They have a great selection of art supplies, great prices, and an extremely helpful staff. We drove there all the way from south Orange County, that is how good they are. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable, stayed with us the entire time, and was genuinely interested in making sure to answer all of our questions.

My local go to for art supplies. Blessing is a wonderful Treasure Trove of goodies things you never thought you needed until you saw them. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They serve the local Cal State Fullerton College so their inventory is pretty extensive. They also have classes and demonstrations. Great store!

The range of materials and supplies is astounding! They have tons of specialty items that I have yet to find in a Michaels or other comparable art supplies store. All the isles are nearly curated and easy to navigate. All the associates are super helpful and friendly!

They rip you off and try to say anything possible to make it seem like it’s justified. A product that is on the website (6 pack) is sold for 12.30 with a 6 dollar shipping cost. The same product that is sold individually in store is 17.50 x 6 =105 with the student discount. It seems like the bulk product was disassembled and sold one by one for an extremely high price. The managers reasoning after showing the online price was we charge for the shipping you would have gotten if you ordered online and that the in stores do not have bulk items, this still didn’t make up for the insane cost difference. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or buy only online.

Its a decently stocked art supply store; but their art mediums are not fully there and dont have a big assortment of brands like in the website. They dont really have a big supply of calligraphy, more like starter calligraphy sets, but as far as I see, lack specialty nibs. They dont have a huge selection of large craft type paper pages. But if youre looking for the usual professional supplies for sketching, oil paints, watercolor, acrylics, colored pencils, inks, and markers, etc, they have most of the popular brands. While I was there, I stocked up on a variety of sketchbooks and assortment of pens. If I lived closer to Art Supply Warehouse, I would probably visit there more for the much bigger selection and I think even better prices on paint.

Today I went to return an item over 100.00. Blick Art will return my money in the mail in 3-4 weeks with a corporate check. Which is ridiculous because when I bought the item I didnt say Ill pay you with a check in a month. I paid cash. I dont recommend shopping Blick Art especially college students. Their prices are too high. Hobby Lobby has better prices and return policies. In addition to arguing with me in the store, they were escorting out a mentally and physically handicapped teenager and his father. Terrible store.

I ordered Liquitex clear gesso. When I opened it the product was leaking and I didn’t know what to do. It was on my shirts and floor. I originally gave one start cuz nobody answered the phone but they reached out to me and took care of my problem. I was at this Blick Art Store in Fullerton for the first time and all the employees were so nice! Especially the girl with blond hair (I wish I had asked her name.) Ive used oil paints for many years as profession yet she was very knowledgeable and very kind.Im a little indecisive and it takes very long time to decide buying something, but she helped me to choose the right material with lower price, and she also recommend mediums fit my needs perfectly . (pricier but I ended up exchanging what Id already bought and I am so satisfied! Thank you! ) I wish she is there when I go back next time.**She is def. a oil painter and she said she has a cat who likes to lick everything lol. (was there at around 3:15-30 pm)

I wish I caught the name of the filipino employee who helped me for about 30 minutes color matching for a mural mock up I had to paint for a deadline when I had no experience with any paint whatsoever. They also sell packages that professors prepare ahead of time so students can find their course name/prof. name and buy the whole thing instead of searching for them one by one. Where do I start? OMG! This place is the absolute best, the staff here is just so incredibly friendly as well as helpful. They thoroughly ppanswered every single one of my question no matter how redundant they were. They were also was incredibly knowledgeable about the quality of their products, and even advised me as to where I could go purchase 1 or 2 items for a few bucks cheaper, now how many places do that these days? I am certainly not an artist by any means yet I left that place feling at ease with what I had purchased and peace of mind. I often get buyers remorse but I can honestly say that I wont be needing to return anything!

Chock full of art suppliesis this place... everything you need. Paints pens canvas pencils paper drawing books... all kinds of mediums. They even have spray paints too (under lock and key). Oils acrylics water colors and pastels... they have it all. The prices are not bad either... look for sales so you can get a deal. The staff is very helpful and can answer all your questions.

Its very nice clean place theres a good variety of materials and the staff is awesome. There is always staff walking around asking if you need any help. If youre a student and go to Blick to get your materials and you made a list or your professor has given you a list of materials they require, the staff will gladly find everything on the list for you, so you dont even have to spend hours trying to find something on your own.

I had originally given this store 2 stars due to a misunderstanding ( i thought i had bought some paint markers here that i had bought somewhere else) anyways i dont shop here very much just because they are a much smaller store than where i usually go and a lot farther, i however have family that shops here and when they get something that ( for one reason or another) doesnt work out for them they give it to me because i jump at the opportunity of store credit. Anyways today i went in and tried to return some items and the employee i was talking to just flat out told me no. The manager however offered me 50% of its original value and since i didnt have the receipt i think thats pretty fair. I would have been hugely disappointed if i had driven all the way to this store just to leave empty handed. So thank you manager lady, i think i will shop here more often.

Got art supplies for graphic design courses. Not the cheapest...but it is complete. One stop shop for all my class requirements. They even cut my foamboard to required size...1st cut is free, 2nd is 50cents. Theres some traffic in the area though. Had a hard time going out of the complex. Sign up for their preferred customer card...it gives you 10%off total purchase. Very nice people there too!
