I was on a road trip and my vape tank broke. Bought a new one here. The guy didnt have the exact tank I wanted, but I bought something similar. He didnt have the correct coils in stock, but sold me a different one that he says works in it. Put the coil in, it seemed to work. About 2 hours away I go to use my vape, and the juice leaked out everywhere! I switched the coil to another one in the pack, same thing. I switched the coil to the one that came with the tank, no leakage. I wasted $10 on coils and another $40 on a tank I have to search for replacement coils for.

Love this store. Wish they had a bigger variety of glass pieces, and more apparel. Staff are pretty knowledgeable. Prices are a bit steep though theyre glass is thick and made from pyrex it still breaks just as easily as regular glass but for a much higer price. All the water pipes look the same just different colors. All the carbs are to one side only. So if your a lefty or a righty they dont care. The carbs on every pipe are on one side. I know im picky but i like my crb on the opposite side they have theirs. Great little place to check out other than that. Check it out! No other place like it in town.

One of my favorite places. I like this store better than Chico. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. They have a really good selection is merchandise, including local artists. The raffles they have are so fun.

Went in for black Friday sale ready to spend alot of $, however we were ignored!!! My wife is disabled and cant stand long, we dont mind waiting our turn but friends were more important than customers. When we walked in the young man working was checking out 2 girls and he talked to them for at least 10 minutes, then instead of helping us who were next and with my wife about to drop, the young man went on to help the guy who came in after us who was obviously another friend. I hope it was worth losing ALL of our future business!!

Had a great experience with a new employee. He was still learning but eager to do so. He was ready for hundreds of more questions to be asked just so you could learn everything he could. Show the Quality Inn management for picking that employee. First time to go into the store in Oroville but then going to the one in Chico for many many years.

Every now and then I go in there and dudes just sitting there being a tool. Other times I go in there and get helped by someone who is actually trying to help a customer. Bought a carb cap for my carta at their 420 event thinking i lost mine. I found mine inside my friends car and tried to return the other one unopen 10 minutes later and they said they dont do returns. I can understand no returns after a certain amount of time or if it been opened but it was never opened. Thats what stopped me from buying anything else from here.

Nice store to get smoking related items. However, the markup is not worth coming back a second time. Seems that is the norm for most 420 retail type businesses and 420 garden supply stores. I just cant see this as a convenience store knowing the same things can be bought online a greatly reduced price. Just have to wait for delivery. Over all, staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and seem to know stock in store.

If i could leave a -100 I would. Im from Chicago, visiting friends. Unfortunately, my delta 2 tank quit working. I needed one so I stopped in blaze n Jays to purchase a new one. The manager helped me pick a new one. I got back to the hotel, filled up the tank and thought all was good. Later I went out and i put in my purse. I went to vape and found that the top was missing and all of the juice had leaked out. Ok, I figured that I didnt tighten the top enough. I put more juice in it and put the top back on. It happened again and I realized that the top wouldnt tighten. Well within 24 hours I stopped back in to see what was going on with it. Zack told me to put the other o-ring that came in the package. I replaced it and had the same problem. I went back and Zach told me that there were no refunds or exchanges. Then he told me that I had to come back tues to talk to the manager. I told him that I was going back to Chicago in the morning. I had to say it three times because he kept telling me to come back tues. He called the manager to ask what to do. The manager told him that it was fine when he sold it to me on Friday Sept 11, 2020. So they insinuated that I broke it. Even if I had dropped it (which I didnt) it shouldnt have broken. Zack told me that it was a manufacturer defect and it wasnt there fault. They would have to send it back to the manufacturer. I asked if they could ship the new one back to me. Zack told me that they do not ship. Curiously they have an on-line shop.. when you buy a product how do they get it to the buyer?? hmmm? t is a manufacturer defect, however blaze n jays sell products that they wont stand behind. When i come to town again, I will never stop there and I recommend that others dont purchase products from them. I paid $45 for the tank that they will not exchange. Now Im out $45 dollars and have a pos that is defective. BUYER BEWARE!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLAZE N JAYS IN OROVILLE, CA. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

The open friendly atmosphere make shopping comfortable, and the product variety not focused on tobacco is refreshing with art, tye dye and unique clothing, and an amazing variety of different types of marijuana consumption products - all with knowledgeable customer service staff to help you get exactly what you need. Locally American made Pyrex glass pipes in beautiful varieties of design and color than additionally are unbreakable is real treat and just seeing the lovely glass art is worth the trip alone. Finding a cheap pipe will be challenging, but for a quality product or an unusual one at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Definitely a place to shop for gifts for your pothead friends, but it will be hard not picking up something for yourself while there.
