Finally used my coupon for an 11 inch fully loaded pizza. This location is very nice, super clean and a place to sit and enjoy your pizza. They have great menu options and fresh ingredients, pizza well cut and nice and warm right off the blazing fire oven. I stand firm on my review for the downtown location but this location is a win for service quality and taste.

I recommend passing up on this location. Service from manager and supervisor was extremely rude and not helpful. They both looked like they didnt enjoy their job. I recommend that Blaze Pizza hire some mystery shoppers for this location to help improve quality of service and friendliness.

Exceptional service makes this place my favorite over other blaze pizzas. Food is awesome. And pizza fire baked and hot out of the oven. Edgar provided exceptional service following all the requests I had for my customizable pizza. I like to think I make a good pizza but the baking is just as important. Plethora of ingredients to choose from. Highly recommend this place.

The pizzas here are delicious. They are assembled in front of you so everyone can get exactly what they want. The crust and ingredients are fresh. The service was fast and friendly, but the prep area was a little messy and the crew seemed to enjoy socializing more than cleaning and prepping. The guy who cut our pizza was pretty distracted because the slices were all different sizes and some weren’t even cut all the way. Even so, we enjoyed the food. Also love that they have reduced some waste by having sippy cuplids.Update 07/29/19Came in tonight and the place is absolutely filthy. Counted six people working and fairly few customers. Sad (see photos)

Blaze was a great joint when it first came to pass. As time has passed, the quality has gone down, no consistency in the amount of items you can place onto your pizza. Its just whatever the workers want to do. Which is what I want, since its a build your own and Im going to eat it. Pricing is decent but they are better pizza joints in the same location that are way better. Try tomato pie if youre wanting this place instead.

After I pick up my wife from work we headed to Blaze Pizza to get dinner and dine in the restaurant. We have been to a Blaze Pizza before its been a long time we cant remember what we order. We decided to come this Blaze Pizza in South Pasadena close to my wife job. We step in the restaurant the interior look very nice but cool.then we look at the menu display and see what to order. We decided to order the BBQ chicken pizza with a side salad and their new items meatballs come in three and we order a cheese bread and dessert smore.This Blaze Pizza gets really busy with orders to go and people come in to order the pizza to go or dine in. They call our name we pick up the pizza and open the box the pizza smell fantastic with aroma of fresh pizza coming out of the oven. We took a bite the pizza explore in your mouth with flavors like the BBQ sauce,the chicken,banana peppers we enjoy the pizza very much. Then try the meatball they werecvery good very tender and sauce was excellent good with the right amount of spices that this sauce good with addition of banana pepper it good taste.Then we use the pizza crust to dip in the meatball sauce it was so good also use our cheese bead amazing good. The side salad was very good. The Smore was good. We need to come back again to try a different pizza.

Zero stars. Sign on their own door clearly says open until 11pm. Arrive at 10:01 and they insist they are closed, and annoyed that we even point out the sign on the door says otherwise by an hour, and offering zero apology or explanation for the situation. I’ve had issues with other franchise locations (never this one before) but with this I’ll never go to a Blaze pizza ever again. Sad day as they used to be a good reliable choice.ETA: Seriously Blaze Owner? Why would I go to another website to help you further with an obviously screwed up situation that I’ve already taken the time to describe? Use my review or don’t, but either way I’m very done.

I tried this place out for the first time a couple weeks ago, and it was great. They have a great helpful and friendly staff. The pizzas have an amazing flavor at a good price. They dont take that long to make. It was a great place to grab a bite.

The food was delicious. The service was great. The place was Immaculate! The only thing that I have a problem with is the price. I remember when it was around $7 something. Then went up to $9 something because of inflation. Now its $11 something. To me thats kind of a lot for a personal-sized pizza. At least make it a combo with a small drink.

Fairly reliable oven-fired thin crust pizzas. Eat in or carry out, simple orders prepared right most of the time. When staff maintain focus the food can be very good but service levels vary at this location. Free parking in own lot and on street. No table service. No reservations. No plates. Plastic utensils and paper napkins deliver a casual dining experience. They have high chairs for kids. Outside tables but alcohol only for inside tables. Indoor tables cant be moved around so not for big groups. Round Table Pizza had been right across the street which had group seating, a party room, TV and video games, none of which are at Blaze Pizza, but Blaze Pizza drove them out of business with faster service and better pricing.

Place is always busy. Which is good. I normally order online and pick up . I do have to wait about 5 to 10 min after Ive arrived on my time. But its fresh out the oven even if I havw to wait so I dont mind the wait. Place does get a bit dirty in the evenings. But thats only because the trash bins are not replaced with fresh bags. It piles up. Must work on that. But since I take it to go I dont have to sit and see that grow. 😏 good is amazing and service staff is friendly.

The pizza was pretty amazing. It was tasty and made to order. It was packed when we got here, but it looks like this place runs like a well oiled machine. The line was to the door, but the wait was not awful.The only real shortcoming was that I didnt ask for more toppings on my pizza. It could have used more. The first splash that staff put on my pizza wasnt even close to enough.

I really like the food at Blaze, especially the South Pasadena store... but its frustrating waiting for an order made ahead of time... thats not ready until an hour later... while I watch people ordering in the store get there pizzas first. The order was made at 6pm... the email said it would be ready at 630pm, but I had to wait until 710pm. Same thing happened the last time.I will still go back to Blaze, but I dont see the point of ordering over the phone.

A new place,I had never been. Of course a person could read the menu, but no I just got on line and attempted to order. My method was not the best. But the staff quickly caught on and helped me through it. So the idea is a personal size pizza made the way you request. A wide assortment of toppings. So the only way it can be messed up is if you create some combination that is just bad. I do plan on returning and sharing my experience with others.

Every single time I order through postmates they mess something up. Ordered a BYO w/ 3 toppings and oregano and they only gave me 2 of the toppings and no oregano. If it was a one time thing I wouldnt really care but this happens every time I order from them. Their employees also have a bad attitude alot of the times that Ive gone in person. Skip this location if you want your order done the way you asked and expect decent customer service.

I actually love Blaze Pizza all the ingredients for fresh all the ingredients for organic and all the ingredients put together were done over the internet I didnt have to go there to order it I paid for over my app I downloaded the app paid for and ordered for through the app and then I went there when they told me my pizza is ready through a little text alert on my phone and then it was already paid for picked it up and went out the door to go only 1 minutes to pick it up do you have to deal with the fact that I need to order it cuz I already ordered it and for the first timers if you download the app you get a free pizza with your order of another pizza so you buy one get one for the first time free so its a BOGO of a pizza so the first time its really fun because then you get two large pizzas and yelling to pay 410 months free!

This place is a garlic lovers dream!! Look at my photo, that whole pile of garlic was on half of a pizza. Sadly for me, thats way too much garlic. I placed my order online, all my ingredients were correct, except someone decided I wanted way more garlic than anything else. After removing it all, the pizza was great! So be careful what you ask for.The brownie was ok. Nothing special, very middle of the road if not a tad dry.Despite all that, I think the pizza is 4 star worthy!

Welp its been two weeks and I have already been twice. It’s nice to have something cheap and high quality in South Pasadena. If you like blaze this place is good. Don’t worry about the line, it moves very quick. Where they make the pizzas, its very dirty. I went last night, got pieces of meat ball on it. The meat was spoiled I had to pick it off. Still, I got food poisoning. Usually, once I see thats its dirty, I usually walk away, but I needed to eat pizzas quick for the kids. We had to throw most of the pizzas away. Never coming back here again. The pizza is good but good LORT the wait. Ive ordered pizza twice the last few weeks but every time the pizza isnt ready, even way past the estimated time of pickup. Ill usually show up five minutes after estimated time wherever I go, just to give servers extra time if they need it. But this place, I can get there, STILL have to wait, and itll be ten minutes after they shouldve been done and theyre still not doneWHATS MORE, theyll send the notification through the app that the pizza IS done. So you get the notification, think your pizza is somehow done early, then you get there to pick it up and its still in the ovenThey dont even have that many customers, so its not like theyre just swamped. Its a mess. Dont go here try literally any other pizza thats nearby

This was my second visit to this Blaze and twice I was disappointed. Im not sure who is training these people but some of them seem clueless and they certainly dont work in sync with each other. The worst part came when my pizza came out of the oven and the guy cutting and boxing the pizza was so darn slow. I watched him prior to my pizza coming out and it literally took him 5 minutes just to cut and box the pizzas. He then walked away and I went up to the counter and asked another guy to please box my pizza uncut just so I can get out of there. I think next time Ill go to the Pasadena store.

The food was good and ready fast, but it was made sloppy and the customer service left much to be desired. All of the employees looked mad and seemed distracted. The pineapple on for my pizza was first sprinkled on my husbands then plucked off and the same fruit was thrown on mine. Lucky we dont have allergies to any ingredients on each others pizza. The Rancho Cucamonga and LA Verne locations are better.
