Blanca Dover and her real estate team are top professionals. Blanca represented us as our buyer’s agent and showed us properties in three neighborhoods that we were interested in, and helped us quickly submit a successful offer when we found our dream place. She was explained everything to us every step of the way. I tend to be a bit anxious and Blanca had such a warm and calming presence throughout the escrow process. She is highly professional, caring and attentive to her client’s needs. We highly recommend Blanca if you are interested in selling or purchasing a home in Ventura County.

Exceptionally professional and customer-oriented. I met Blanca by chance, and it was a match made in real estate agent heaven. She took care of everything, gave me a lot of extremely valuable advices, and was fighting for my deal, tyeing loose ends, and going with me through stages. I cant recommend her highly enough, and Im certain if not for her I wouldnt have been able to pull through and get the property I wanted. 10/10 .

We could not have asked for a better agent to work with than Blanca. Blanca Dover recently represented us in the sale of our rental property. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She guided us through the process every step of the way from evaluating the market and pricing through the escrow and the closing process.Blanca went above and beyond helping us and making recommendations on remodeling options, and staging the property herself just beautifully. Her marketing was top notch and as soon as we were ready, she held an Open House that weekend. Blanca was great, really helping us and going the extra mile in our fairly complex house purchase. Beyond the help she provided in finding a highly desirable house at a reasonable price, she was instrumental in getting our offer accepted and the escrow closed. In order to make our offer more attractive against competing offers she helped us structure it with a lease-back so the sellers children could finish the school year, which is what ultimately led to our offer being selected. She deftly handled some unique situations through escrow, and held our hand throughout the closing process. We wouldnt have our dream home had it not been for Blanca.
