Alex and Max were simply amazing. They assisted me in selling one home in Central California and purchase a new home in Northern California at simultaneously. They sold my home in 4 days of being on the market and found me a new home within 6 days. Both homes closed in harmony making the process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great realtor. They went above and beyond, they toured homes without me in Northern California and made videos and took pictures so I didn’t have to travel back and forth. The house I purchased I didn’t see until after my offer was accepted, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home.

When they say 24/7 they mean it. I work crazy restaurant hours, any questions I had Alex and Max were always available.I own numerous rental properties and I like to think I’m a smart guy but Alex & Max educated and coached me on the best approach. I am glad to have this opportunity to praise the most efficient, knowledgeable, and generally able pair of professionals I have ever had the good luck to work with. The Blake/Hill team of Real Estate agents managed every aspect of selling my home, from arranging for clearing and cleaning to beautifully staging it themselves, and to hiring a video service to make a spectacular visual presentation beginning with flying in over the nearby lake toward my house and then presenting it room by room. They even found a temporary storage facility, packed up my furniture, and moved it there, surely a part of the process that would normally fall to the seller. Having made the property more attractive in every way than I would have had the skill or stamina to do by myself, they then sold the house for $20,000 over my original asking price.But there is more! In addition to displaying superb professional skills and commitment, these two energetic young men, both with CSU college degrees and qualified as brokers, are respectful and very nice to be around. They truly delivered what they claim to provide in their promotion materials, a “concierge experience.” I sincerely recommend the Blake/Hill team to anyone considering the normally fraught process of buying or selling a house.

Where to begin, I started my home-buying journey back in February 2021 with the Realtor Bros.
