The team a Black Flag Creative interviewed our group at key milestones throughout the web design process to thoroughly understand our industry and the goals we want to achieve with our new website. Ive been through a number of website updates with just as many web designers and Black Flag communicated with us in terms the layperson can understand, making it easy for us to provide content (both media and text) that would allow them to develop a website with the look and feel we wanted. They are just the right balance of website knowhow and flexibility in their thinking.

My experience with Corey and his team at black flag creative has been nothing but streamlined and stress-free. I particularly loved the checklist used so that I know what tasks/steps were being completed and when. communicating through email is always fast and efficient. The skill and knowledge his team possesses is unmatched, and I truly felt I was in the best hands. My new website was brought to life 10x better than what I imagined. After seeing the final result I was even more inspired than I was before, and I received nothing but compliments and praises from my clients. Professionalism, high quality, and friendliness is what I received throughout the entire process. Colors, styles, ideas, brainstorming, were all things I was involved in with them during each step. I have worked with Black Flag Creative for over 4 years now. They showed great desire to listen to our needs, goals and priorities and then developed a website structure to fulfill those requirements. When it comes to creativity, their team is knowledgeable and offers a great deal of design concepts too with examples that helped us visually see a concept as well. During our search for a new website designer, we came across Black Flag Creative. We immediately knew they were the one as their work was clean, simple and easy to maneuver. The initial planning meeting was extremely helpful, and they covered all bases including a schedule with milestones, industry standards we should consider and their vision for our site based on industry research they performed. Hallsten Corporation was founded in 1966 and specializes in the manufacturing of aluminum products for the environmental, marine & industrial industries. We manufacture, deliver and install our products nationwide. I personally serve as the Vice President of Engineering.We hired Black Flag Creative to completely redesign our website from the ground up. Although we had some rough ideas on what we wanted in a website, we didnt necessarily know exactly what we wanted from an aesthetic standpoint. Black Flags expertise was instrumental in providing several design alternatives for us to review, and then integrating our feedback into future design concepts. They were very patient with us throughout the process, and it was obvious they werent satisfied until we were.The end result is that we now have a clean, beautiful and effective website that works on all devices.
