Came here for lunch as it was close and recommended. The staff was incredibly friendly. Lots of TV screens so you can watch a game. Ordered the mozzarella and tomato salad on top of arugula. It was a nice portion for a side salad but order the balsamic dressing on the side. I don’t mind a lot of it on the tomato or the mozzarella but I don’t like my arugula swimming in dressing. Couldn’t decide what wings to get. My waiter suggested getting half of the lemon pepper (?) and the Nashville. The lemon pepper was amazing. The other one was a smidge spicy for me but I’m sure others would be ok with it. The skin was nice and crispy. The wine was a healthy pour.

The food here was good. The waiter was very kinda. There is a lot of comfortable tables here and space to park your car. The wait was 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the food here.

Jordyn, our server, was a joy to have. My Kickin Chicken Sandwich was very tasty, and it was so huge I could only eat half. The guacamole was amazing and fresh as usual. Admist all of our requests, she remained upbeat and accomodating. We hope to get her next time because customer service like hers is hard to come by these days.

Even my fingers are heavy to write after so many pizookies, its just not fair, lol...Alex was our waiter today and his service is just outstanding... I would recommend this guy any day... he made our amazing evening even better. Food is delicious and the enviroment is pretty cool, although when you are greeted and served the way Alex did, that will make the day.We had 3 amazing pizzas, I will recommend the BJs special, and the macadamia pizzookie, also the Buffalo wings were amazing too... Guys just come over and experience this amazing place.

The TRI TIP wedge salad is an excellent choice for those seeking a balance of greens with protein. I highly recommend opting for double protein. And for those looking to indulge a bit, you can’t go wrong with any of the pazookie options.

I called and spoke to Jorge, the manager and he was able to seat my whole family who was staying next door at the Hilton within a few hours. He made it happen. We enjoyed Michael our server. He loves to sing! While we were staying at the Hilton, my boyfriend and I went to the bar a few times and the bartenders there were friendly. Casey, the bartender was awesome. Phenomenal happy hour‼️Everyone we encountered there was great. 👍

Our waitress Sarah was great. The food was very tasty. The artichoke dip was fantastic, and the rib eye steak cooked to perfection. The host and the rest of the staff werent friendly. I thanked the bus boy for cleaning our plates and he seemed annoyed. As I was leaving the front table, staff were too busy on their phones and talking about their days off, I wasnt acknowledged at all. So if you come here, ask for Sarah.

The food is good. Service is good . Only one thing you need to take into consideration is that while you eat, someone is going to break into your car that parks outside.In one evening (2 hours), someone broke into 7 different cars. They broke the windows of the cars and stole belongings. When trying to complain to the restaurant manager, the only thing he did was to give to the victims phone number of the police station and claim that the parking structure does not belong to BJs yet there is sign that instructing BJs customer to park there.So maybe you enjoy the food and the service, but that will cost you a car window and stolen items from your car.

I ordered the Prime Rib Weekend special. I was so excited because I love Prime Rib. It was my birthday dinner. Unfortunately whomever cooked it was so heavy handed with the salt it wasnt edible. When I requested a new one I was told that I couldnt get another prime rib slice as they only had a certain amount which is crazy because I didnt pour the salt excessively, the cook did. They offered me something else but I didnt have a taste for anything else. I brought it home. The experience ruined the dinner for me. I brought it home. Im going to rinse it completely off and put it back in the skillet in hopes to salvage it. Wish me luck.At least our server was friendly and very helpful and apologetic for what happened. Thank you Gaza. The cook was apparently off because he/she also messed up the pizza order of the table behind us.

I came here with my friends for the first time. The staff was very professional and our server was nice too. We had a nice time here.We ordered the chicken Mediterranean tacos, they were so tasty.The tomato basil soup was also good and the bread was roasted perfectly.Cheese tarts were also good.For entree we had the mix veg pasta which tasted very nice, a little different taste.The lemon thyme chicken was so so nice, it was the best!Only thing that was not that great was the pazzuto as the cookie didnt come as warm as we expected but we had a nice time here!

First & last time here. I ordered the pizookie trio to go. The girl taking my order was friendly & helpful. My order was ready quickly. I got home & the chocolate chip pizookie was inedible. It was burnt & hard. The other two pizookies were better but still a bit overcooked & looked trashed. I got chocolate & vanilla ice cream & that was the only good thing about the dessert. I dont mind spending money on something, but I do mind not getting something good in return. Wont recommend.

The server was great. However, we were very disappointed with the food. We came specifically for pork chops, and they were dry and overcooked. The double pork chop was not as thick as it was supposed to be. It was like a single pork chop with two bones. It tasted like a leftover from yesterday that was just heated up. The lettuce in the salad was old. The only thing that was good was clam chowder. Also, we ordered pizookie to go. When I opened it at home, it was not round. It looked like they did not have enough dough to fill the cooking container.I usually udter peach or green tea iced tea. However, they were out of both of them.We used to like to come to BJs for pork chops. But now, we will think twice before going there.

I ordered a pizookie to eat at home and when I ate it there was a bunch of green onions all over it. It make me sick and literally have to go to the doctors for food poisoning. When I called about it, the manager was very cut off and didn’t seem sincere for the mistake. He kept cutting me off and giving me attitude like im the one who did something wrong. This should never happen, what if I was allergic? This is unacceptable! Don’t go here if you have food allergies because you’ll most likely get it served to you with no remorse. They’re not careful with their food preparation. Only place this has EVER happened to me.

Great place to take the family. Gluten free menu is a plus. The drink selection is amazing. My family always leave happy eating here... The only thing I would say is I dont like that you have to give your phone number so that they call you, I feel like its a privacy violation for me.Went for mums day here and we had the Deep Dish Ziti pasta and the Double bone in pork with a side of white cheddar mash potatoes and roasted garlic veggies, a sandwich.. all was sooooo yummy! Somehow disappointed with the pick up process for takeout orders. I was standing in front of the pick up area for about five minutes with three employees passing by me none of them asked me if I needed any help. After the five minutes has Best Buy I have decided to approach one of the employees and I asked how can I pick up my order. Then we had to go all the way to the back into the kitchen to call the person who supposed to take care of the takeout orders. I believe management of this restaurant need to put a Twitter process in place to direct and take care of their pick up orders

It’s a good place to hangout, the food is good and the restaurant is very big, but normally you still need to wait for your table.The clam chowder soup is sooooooooooooo good and a must have.I also like their pizzas and flatbread, just know that the portions are very big.The Santa Fe salad is also very delicious 😋

We ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta with BBQ sliders and didn’t like any of them. The pasta lacked flavor and I could barely taste the Alfredo. The BBQ sliders were cold when we got them and the meat was dry. Our friends had ordered their deep dish pizza, which looked more like store bought pizza instead of restaurant pizza. They also mixed up my friends burger and gave them something different than what they had originally ordered. The restaurant looked very cheap; I didn’t like the vibe. Overall, not very impressed. Felt like I was dining at Denny’s rather than BJ’s.

People are friendly and food is terrific!I had the chicken Alfredo minus the chicken and there was a generous portion of broccoli. Served hot and the presentation was very appealing. It is nice when they serve the entree in a hot dish.We also ordered the parmesan crusted chicken. The dish was seasoned with a lovely parmesan cheese taste. The mashed potatoes also had a wonderful buttery flavor for your tastebuds.It was a busy night so our server seemed a bit overwhelmed. We do wish we had more attention because I hate sitting around when Im done with a meal just waiting for the check.

Food wasnt good. I was looking forward to have a good meal but the chicken wings I ordered were not tasty at all, most of the pieces barely had chicken but whatever else they put on the wings. They even came with a couple of French fries. It was a little disappointing.On the other hand, Cassidy, our waitress, was definitely very nice and happy. It’s a hit or mess every time I come here. This past time I came on a weeknight and had a much better experience than on the weekends. Tuesdays is $4 Pizzokies so I definitely had to get one of those for sure!I came with three of my girlfriends and we share the nachos and the ahi tacos appetizer. The nachos should have had more cheese in my opinion but still delicious. The tri trip on it was cooked perfectly. The service is on the slower slide but I was happy with our food and drinks.

If you like pizzas and burgers then this is the place for you. I have never been disappointed by the food here. Its always fresh and made exactly how I want. The crust in the pizza was soft but perfectly cooked on the outside. The burger and fries where perfectly cooked. Overall a very good meal. Have frequented this location for a while and the experience is inconsistent. Had an awful experience with my family last Wednesday. Ordered 4 burgers well done and they came back looking like this. That is definitely not well done. I told the waiter about the issue. He apologized and went to speak to the manager. He returned and said that the manager unfortunately cannot remove the item from the bill. Asked if I wanted a new one, we said no because it took almost 30 minutes to get the first one. They offered to give me dessert. Now Ive never worked in a restaurant but when the chef makes a blatant mistake like this, first order of business should be to ask to replace it, if not remove it from the bill. Not offer dessert. I insisted that the waiter ask the manager again to remove the item from the bill, he finally came back and said that he did. We left there hungry and an hour wasted of our time. It was also $10 burger and unlimited fries day. I asked for a refill of fries, and I was charged 6 dollars for it. Shocking experience. Absolutely awful. Especially during this time, restaurants should be more vigilant about serving their clients as accurately as possible. If you cant do it at 25% capacity, how can you possibly do it at full capacity.

Its rare when I write a review like this. I just do not enjoy writing negative reviews. I try to find the good in most things, including chain restaurants, but this time it was difficult finding the good here.I get that BJs has a large bar area. I understand that I went with my wife, 3 year old daughter, and my parents during Monday Night Football and the Dodgers playoff game. But BJs is a pretty large restaurant, and there are areas to eat outside of the bar section. Please tell me why we had to wait 30 minutes to sit in what I still consider the bar area (tvs above the tables, people yelling and cheering next to us) while the rest of the place was completely empty? Where we were seated and the wait time isnt even why I am writing this review.The food. I have eaten at BJs numerous times and can honestly say that I have enjoyed pretty much everything they put in front of me. But this time, was way different.Ordered the nachos with tri-tip as an appetizer. How can you mess up nachos? Its literally chips, melted cheese, and whatever toppings you can throw on it. BJs figured out how to mess up nachos. They were brought to us and placed down on the table with the warning that it was hot. One look at them and we could tell right away they werent hot. The cheese wasnt even melted. It was like shredded cheese on chips.My medium temp burger arrived well done and cold. It was like they werent even trying to put out decent food.So that was my latest experience at BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse. I wont be going back there for a good long time.

Such a disappointment, I honestly don’t know where to begin.. we had a larger gathering (10 of us), made reservations on a slow night, yet we were there for over 3 hours because the service was that slow!! As a previous server I know it’s difficult to accommodate a big party so I really don’t like to complain but simple things like wine and the check should not be taking over 40 minutes. Half of our food came out cold and the avocado egg rolls were brown! The one server also just threw the plates down in the middle of the table and basically said for us to figure it out ourselves.. we went over the bill with the server twice and he still was getting things wrong (he was really nice and trying his hardest) but he got zero help from management. At least the pizzooki’s were good other then that I wouldn’t return..

We’ve always liked BJs for the food and atmosphere. Although it has a bar, it is always a fun family environment.The latest time here, the service was great (as usual) but a computer error caused the majority of our order to never make it to the kitchen. They caught the mistake as quickly as possible, took ownership immediately, and had the manager at our table to apologize. The meal was still delivered quickly and, in the end, they comped it all. They couldn’t have handled it better.I highly recommend checking it out.

BJs is something of a landmark in Woodland Hills. Its been a go to for special events, happy hour and to watch the game. For a place that has so many options, youd think it would not do anything great, but it does!Great food and great atmosphere. Of course its a brewery so expect a nice selection of beers. From the best root beer Ive ever had to lagers and wheat beers that really hit the spot.The menu is very diverse so there will be something for just about anyone. The pizzas are good, the tri tip is amazing, cherry chipotle salmon is really good.....I could on and on. So many dishes that knock it out of the park.The only slight I have to mention is the staff. Now for the most part its good and I know they are trying. However, fairly often I run into issues. From the take out desk dropping the ball and forgetting something, to confusion when being seated. Over many years of going to BJs, Ive heard sorry far too often. Now that being said, its not bad, just not great.With that one exception, I would highly recommend BJs. I will always make my way here at least once a month.

Super disappointed with my visit. Our waitress was not nice, she made it seem like we were not wanted there. Our food was not right and nothing was done to fix the situation. When walking out another person asked how our visit went. We expressed our concern and he stated well we are doing something right if we are number one. Another guy said please give us another chance next time and as soon as we wanted out our other party was coming out of the restroom and overheard the conversation being super negative of us including the waitress stating “how was that my fault if the food was not right”. We didn’t say it was your fault but you could have made the situation better by offering to fix it rather then just taking our card and walking away. On top of that it took forever to get our food and we weren’t asked for refills or checked up on until we were done with the meal.

Almost nothing is less that 18.00. Way over priced. Small 6 pizza, 18.00. Virtually nothing on the menu is even slightly fresh or healthy. No side salads. No salad meals without meat or heavy cheese. Wait service was one of the worst in receinet memory. Although very effusive and pleasant, waiter was inept, forgetful and generally woke type creepy. He only had 4 tables but managed to take 15 minutes to take a drink order, 15 additional minuted to take a food order and forgot to get water 3 different times

Tonight was just my last time at this place. They made us wait more than one hour to be seated. Every restaurant I visit you always at least get acknowledged and they tell you who your server is. Tonight we were completely ignored. We had a party of 8 and a poor girl that looked very busy took out table when she noticed that we were completely ignored. So that’s the only reason I’m giving some stars. Our drinks took forever as well one of the older guys that was helping our waitress had such terrible attitude that no server should have. You could tell how mad he got just because we asked if he could take the extra cups we didn’t need! Anyway it wasn’t out night tonight. HEADS-UP EVERYONE DONT PARK ON THE BUILDING NEXT TO BJS. OUR CAR GOT BROKEN INTO AND THEY STOLE AND IPAD AND MY PURSE. For starters the host who sat us was rude and cold, but I let that go.Our server, who informed us she was new to the staff (which we understand) took our order and we didn’t see her again until after the food was brought out. She returned to our table one time after that to refill drinks. While the table next to us (who were primarily Caucasian) she checked on them frequently. We still were understanding as she was “new”. However, when it came time to pay we had to get up and find her to ask for the check. I informed her we were in a rush as we had a movie to catch.She brings the check, and disappears again. We had to get up again and ask her to come take our money. My husband (who is African American) handed the server a $100 bill, our total was $47. She was hesitant, for some reason to take the money. I watched her walk over to the “to go” counter to ask her co-workers to check the bill. Fine! Big bills have to be checked, I understand.Where it made me angry was, the server returned and asked “this is going to take a while, are you sure you don’t want pay with a card instead?” My husband stepped out to have a cigarette. I told her no and I needed my change as I we had somewhere to be. I watched the server return to the “to go” counter and ask her coworkers again to “check the bill” after one told her it was fine she continued to ask “are you sure it’s real?”I asked for my change and a manager at this point. As I was completely offended at this point, I felt her actions were totally related to the color of my husbands skin. We watched as she attended to her other table with a smile, and treated us like we weren’t there. I had to once again leave my table to find the manager for myself since it had been another long stretch before she returned. I told the manager how I felt and that I was completely offended, even more so for my husband. He gave me a bunch of excuses and did not even address the issue and then walked away.Racism is real and as guests who frequent this location I have NEVER experienced this treatment until last night. I will not be returning to this location to have my husband humiliated ever again. I am mortified! What a horrible way to end your dinner!

I went for a friends birthday and we were a pretty large party of about 15-20 people. We had made reservations so by the time most of our party was there we were able to be seated and pretty quickly too. The table had already been cleaned and prepared ahead of time. Came here on a Thursday night, after work for a going away dinner with a few coworkers. Parking can be found in the lot on the top floor for free or valet parking. You cant believe that how their worker in the host desk are impolite specific an old asian woman that are very rude. This past Friday (4/19/19) I called the restaurant multiple time during the day, trying to make a reservation for a large group. After multiple times calling and getting line busy, I finally got through to someone and they say they will transfer me to the right person. I get transferred and put on hold for the next 30 minutes. After another 10 minute wait, they find us a table.I feel bad for the waitress, as she had no support for the multiple big groups she was handling, but she performed well.I was also upset that I ordered food for the table as appetizers, but then informed 30 minutes later that someone else had taken it and if I wanted to reorder it. I arrived about 7:18, waited for 15min, cars next to me were getting their food before me, I tried calling in, but kept getting placed on hold, and tried to call back in again and could never get a hold of anyone.30 minutes later, After my wife to help texting me to see if I’m OK, and I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone, and multiple rounds of cars arrived after me have been getting our food, I finally get fed up and start to get out to go inside - a process that is challenging with my foot injury - hence curbside pickup. And our food finally arrives as I’m getting out of the car. No apology, just hands me the food and runs off.food is cold, wife’s pizookie is smashed, ice cream is melted, Drink is warm. Very disappointing for a Mother’s Day dinner.We want to continue to be patrons, however this was a terrible experience, and I’m requesting a refund on this order. Beware of using BJs gift cards at the Woodland Hills location! I lost nearly $70 on a card purchased from the company. I used the e-card once at this location, months later discovering that the balance was drained. It was used at a location in Texas, clearly not by me. Im not sure how the theft was orchestrated, but I will tell you that I spent many hours trying to get help from the company and the managers at the Woodland Hills location only to receive a courtesy card which doesnt even work the same way as a gift card. The company is terrible about responding to calls or emails. Guess they dont take the theft of paper that represents dollars of mine very seriously. They nearly laughed when I said I was thinking of reporting the theft to the police. I understand that these cards are to be treated like cash, and I was careful. I never thought that a company that actually sold me the card would, in effect, steal it back from me. Ive only bought gift cards from them when they offer promotion bonus cards, but they often expire too quickly to even use, plus have many strings attached. I would never buy gift cards for BJs again. The whole thing with BJs has left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I asked for recommendations and one of them was the Chicken Chimichurri for $17.90 (golden beets side substitute was extra although he didn’t tell you). It was new on the menu so I wanted to try it as he recommended it. It came cold, probably so popular that they have a few of them ready to serve you or it could have been a dish that was returned and I was the lucky winner. I was so hungry after a 10 hour flight and couldn’t find him, he eventually came back after I finished it. I didn’t want to complain about it since I was so hungry and obviously gone. Finding him to get our drinks refilled was like being at a dental office getting teeth pulled. If he was busy I could or the company can excuse him, but I could see him from a distance at the bar area with his friends hanging out and chilling. Yeah will not be back here again even if it was the last bar around.

Ive enjoyed BJs Westlake location for many years but will never come back to this Woodland Hills location or a BJs Restaurant ever again due to my experience with todays manager. Simply horrible, I have had better service at a crowded bar/club. Showed up on a Thursday night a bit before my guests arrived so I figured I would have a dink and watch the Kings game at the bar. Sure enough Im there just waiting 20 minutes for any one to actually make eye contact. BJs manager, step up your game and take a look at the bar staff.will take the apocalypse in order for me to go back for a second serving of being ignored.

My family loves this place! Great selection of food on the menu. Lots of good drink options. And you cant beat the pizookie as far as deserts go. Theyre always friendly and have great customer service.

Love the ambiance!!! Food was very good; server was ok... Could of used a bit more checking on our table for anything we might have needed but overall great place to eat.

Well it turned out to be a terrible birthday dinner for me. We ordered 2 chicken Alfredo pasta with blackened chicken and one more chicken Alfredo with no broccoli. The first time the food came out they had broccoli in the one that wasn’t supposed to have it. Then the other plate came out as a Cajun style pasta which no one ordered and the other one came out with regular chicken. Someone came out and said sorry and took our order. The replacement food was brought out way to fast so we looked at the food and the one that wasn’t supposed to have broccoli that did you could tell they picked out the broccoli because there was still a bunch of little pieces and the one that came out Cajun they just flipped the noodles upside down and you could see all the Cajun seasoning at the bottom of the plate so pretty much they tried to not fix there mistake the other plate came out ok so we asked to speak to a manager and he took all the food back for a second time and my plate the only one that came out right I asked him if he could just take it back and keep it warm and to not throw it away. So they brought all new plates back and forgot completely about the blackened chicken so we had to wait again for the blackened chicken and the plate I asked them to keep warm they ended up throwing away on “accident” this totally ruined my 30th birthday and it was sad cause I go there very often and this was the worst time I have ever been.

Service is superb!!! The food was out of this world...I ordered their sirloin steak medium well not dry...and they got it PERFECT!!! Our waitress Nicole P was awesome always alert to our needs!!! Really made our experience unforgettable!!! Please go to the Woodland Hills location...totally recommend Thank you BJs...Im hooked!!!

Friendly service, good food and reasonably priced! Plus theyre great partners with the community. They feed the Calabasas HS Football team prior to every single game this season. Great people!

I was going to give 1 star for having to wait so long to place an order but the manager, LeAnn came and save the day. It seems like when she came over, the line started moving quickly and people were getting their orders. Thank you LeAnn again for your service. I will be back because of you.
