These guys saved my information from my old laptop and were able to put it on a backup hard drive for my new one. They even set it up so I can plug the external drive in every couple of days and it automatically backs up which is very cool.

BiTvision have always succeeded in expertly helping me with my various computer glitches. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I particularly love Matts calm, measured, clear manner when explaining tech things -- enables me to grasp it without ever making me feel embarrassed at the non-geek-dinosaur level of my computer knowledge. When I was stuck and couldnt figure how to deal with my hard drive being full I contacted the guys at bITvision and they helped me out right away! I am so grateful that I contacted them. Phew!
