Annoying, persistent marketing emails that are completely irrelevant to my business. They demand a response to unsubscribe. If this is how they try to grow their own business, I would in no circumstance hire them to grow my business. I am the CFO for Adjoin, a nonprofit organization in California that provides services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and veterans experiencing homelessness.Billing for our IDD services is very labor intensive with strict submission deadlines. I am a non-technical founder. The hardest part about my business is that it is very difficult to find good quality programmers that can take my vision and turn it into a reality. My business is a startup with an entirely subscription-based business model via mobile app. I was initially searching for web and software companies in San Diego but I was referred to BitCot through word of mouth and from the very first conversation with Raj (the CEO), through the discovery phase, building, and testing of the app, the entire process has been nothing but professional, courteous, and high-quality.His team is wonderful to work with, extremely communicative, and experienced professionals. My app required a combination of multiple technologies/functions to integrate seamlessly (including social interaction, user content generation and posting, photo/video upload, e-commerce purchasing, subscriptions, search functionality, relational databasing, friend requests, privacy settings, and more) and they made it happen ahead of schedule. I made several change requests along the way, which they were able to integrate and accommodate as well.I could write several paragraphs of how great this group of professionals is. We recently contracted with BitCot for a complete new site design and development and it was the best decision we ever made. We had just went through an EXTREMELY terrible experience with a previous development company that had really put a bad taste in our mouth for this whole process. So we were skeptical of everything, worried about everything, and honestly tired of poorly managed teams. Then we engaged with Bitcot, and WOW. They one by one handled every worry, concern, and skepticism we had. They met with me almost every single day and provided a clear 2-way communication channel that allowed for an effortless exchange of ideas, and expectations. We were kept in the loop at every step and were consistently impressed with the amount of progress made DAILY! When we had a change…it was implemented immediately. RadioMobile has been working with BitCot for several years on smaller projects. The main project that I was involved with personally, was an iOS application for first responders, specifically firefighters. The end-to-end communication system is based on mobile data computers (MDC) mounted in fire engines communicating over several different wireless networks to a back-end server which interfaces with the 911 computer aided dispatch (CAD) system. The iPad application attaches to the same system and provides an alternative, more portable, end-user device.Since our software development team was already busy with other customer projects, we contracted BitCot to prototype and eventually build the entire application for us. They were given the communication protocol, screenshots of the windows version of the application and a set of requirements. The project was managed using Agile methodology with 4-week program increments. BitCot performed majority of unit testing and system testing while the RadioMobile team tested each individual incremental release against the live system and provided immediate feedback. These findings were combined with the pending set of requirement for the next phase.The total project lasted 4 months when RadioMobile deployed the beta version with a test customer and fine-tuned the application to the exact end-user requirements.The bottom line is that the application developed by BitCot was delivered on time and is now deployed in the field and used by fire departments on daily basis.BitCot delivered well documented code of high quality while being responsive to unavoidable requirement changes. They also suggested and eventually implemented the user interface to be in line with the iOS user experience. Furthermore, BitCot documented the use of open-source libraries and their corresponding licensing obligations.This was a very successful collaboration and we will certainly select BitCot for the next project that requires outsourcing.

BitCot has been a miracle find for our company.We had previously been using contracted designers from Upwork with very little success.The constant back and forth was wasting precious time, and more often than not the image designs that we signed off on were not adequately transferred to WordPress.We needed a revamp of our WordPress site extremely urgently and BitCot was the right company for the job.I reached out to the company at midday on Thursday and asked if they could have changes implemented by Monday.On Friday morning there were three separate links with various implementations to choose from (None of the back and forth with images).By the following Monday we had exactly what we needed and have continued to use BitCot services since.They have been able to implement exactly what is required in record-breaking time with fairly low input, all for an extremely reasonable price.WordPress is a starting point for CMS-based websites, so I can only imagine that their core services are even better.I would highly recommend them to any businesses (small, medium or large) for WordPress website development.
