My MacBook pro got water damage on the keyboard and mouse pad. Instead of taking it to Apple, I knew I could get the same repairs if not better from BitChip. Alec was great at communicating what parts needed repairs and kept me updated when parts were ordered and shipped. He is reliable and trust worthy!

Alec upgraded my old Macbook Pro 2014 after several years of neglect and some problems with the battery shutting off randomly. Alec reached out to me for feedback on the problems I was experiencing, and provided recommendations for hardware updates that were within my price range. Once they arrived, he installed them within a day and returned it to me blazing fast. Alec also did an courtesy cleaning of the laptop innards, and ensured that I was satisfied with work he did (which I was!). Now my laptop can handle anything, from making music to streaming games with ease. Its never been this fast haha.I will definitely return to Bitchip Tech Services in the future, as I have some older laptops and devices I want to revive and see whats been forgotten on them. I plan on referring any of my friends or acquaintances who want a quick, responsive, and pleasant way to manage their electronics. Renewing old computers is not only cost-effective, but reduces the environmental impact that comes with buying a new device entirely. Alec is awesome, thank you thank you! 😎

Alec is literally the best! Super professional and response super fast. I gave him my old outdated laptop that needed some fixing and updates. He was able to make it almost brand new again 🙂 and for a really good price!

I kept getting error messages when setting up my webcam and mic for my MacBook, and decided to give these guys a call. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and solved my problem remotely in less than 15 minutes! I will definitely be going back to BitChip for any computer problems I might have in the future, their remote support service is super convenient.

They’re very fast and efficient! My office was down 2 computers and when I called in they sent someone to inspect within an hour! The person who helped fixed the computers definitely knew what he was doing. He explained everything to me promptly, and was able to get one computer up and running in less than 30 minutes. He took the other one back to their office to fix and it was ready the next morning. Reasonable pricing and they made the experience fast and easy. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I met Alec and almost immediately began using him for my small business needs based on multiple referrals about his expertise. I couldnt have asked for better service. They were FABULOUS and very efficient. I have an early 2014 Macbook Air that I was considering trading in. This computer is practically my life and I wanted to see if I could salvage anything to clear storage. They found a lot of unnecessary files and clutter, deleted serval files, and changed several system settings. BitChip Tech Services came to my rescue and my computer runs like new! They did an AMAZING job with my really old computer I’ve been using since like 2014...They were able to bring it up to speed which is definitely needed with my remote work. They threw in a virus removal for me as well because I guess I needed it very bad. I highly recommend them and their great service!
