Bionki Interiors did in excellent job staging my house in West Covina. They were very professional and had great design ideas to bring the space to life. Pantea is a very client centric, creative and affordable interior designer. She helped us with bathroom, media room, living, and dining rooms redesign. Her key strength is that she is very client focused. She did not hesitate to spend time to listen to the needs, vision and wish list. She spent over 2-3 hours to just measure and to take pictures and to listen to what we had in mind. She came up with design options for us to choose from. She ensured all our requests and needs were incorporated into her design options. The best part was that she had samples and nice visuals for us to see and understand her design. She did not rush us into making decisions. She worked and reworked on her designs until we felt comfortable. Her design options were modern yet simple and she also ensured that we got the best pricing while shopping for accessories. As a couple in our late 40s we were extremely anxious and at the same time excited about our renovation project. We planned on remodeling 3.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. We looked at many home shows on tv and pictures online and were confident that we could design this on our own. Oh boy, what a challenge it was! We spent hours at various tile shops, and home decor places and tried various sample pieces. We were more confused than when we started! We found Pantea’s Bionki Interiors through our long-time friend and she suggested we see some sample work. We liked what we saw and asked Pantea for an initial design review. She came in and spent two hours taking pictures and discussing our needs and the colors that we wanted for the theme. She right way told us the things that we can do to design the bathroom and laundry room. Pantea met us in the tile shop to help us pick the different tiles, patterns, grout colors, and wall colors with a great eye for detail. She sent us ideas to pick mirrors and lights as well. She is fantastic and has a great work ethic. She even managed to get things coordinated while on vacation in a different time zone! Very patient and responsive to all our detailed requirements. We ended with fantastic bathrooms and a laundry room with her help. All my friends love the design work of the remodel and the details of the workmanship.Looking back at all the work and where we started, we think the right design, color choices, selection of the mirror, lights, vanity color and shape coordination of all the small things that Pantea ensured we have in our space made a huge difference.After a tiny break to recover from all the remodeling work:), we will be using Pantea again when we start our kitchen remodel project! She did another great job with my kitchen, living room and family room redesign. She helped with color of the cabinets to size and color of the cabinets. She helped to size all the cabinets and doors as well. We spend three session with her to get the counter top and flow of cabinets and kitchen back splash. She made sure we made the right material choices as well for our floors and countertop. She helped to identify the right source better alternative from cost perspective and we saved quite bit going with her recommendation. We did not compromise on any quality while staying within our budget.We did the Pooja remodel as well with her and it came really good with the correct backsplash and aesthetic.We had many friends visit us over the last three months and they were amazed with the transformation and the budget under which such high quality was accomplished. Thanks to Pantea and her Bionki Interiors team for doing this great work.

A. Absolutely positive. We rebuilt (literally) both our guest and master bathrooms (the latter being a major two month, undertaking). Throughout the consultation, Pantea was attentive and insightful regarding all aspects in the redesign. So much more than colors, materials and textures, it included layout, spacing, lighting, cabinetry and a myriad small detail (the “jewelry” of the rooms). The result was truly remarkable and far beyond our original conception.2. What did you appreciate about our services?a. In a word; attention. Rather than preach to us about style and fashion, Pantea first listened to what we wanted in the space; how we wanted to use the space, the conveniences we desired and the “feel” we wanted. She went on to suggest ideas that were harmonious with an infusion of style and beauty.One other point to make, Pantea worked very well with our selected (and very fine indeed) contractor SBK Design & Construction on this complex job, the harmony was obvious and played extremely well in the result. We cannot stress enough how important this relationship was in the final product.3. Did we meet your expectations? If so, how?a. Our expectations were far exceeded. It must be said that our experience with a professional interior designer were quite limited up to this point, so we expected that the advice we would receive would be all style with little substance - hyped-up in fancy, and (for us) impractical, unaffordable stuff. This was NOT the case; Pantea was all about function with style, suggesting ideas that were practical, affordable and in keeping with our budget and our desires.4. Would you recommend us to others? If so, why?a. We would heartily recommend Pantea and Bionki Interiors to others. Indeed, our advice to anyone looking to redecorate would be to get a consultation with Pantea and see for yourself. Be open and frank about what you want (or wish) for in the space and let her guide your through the process.Home decoration is so very personal. Of course, you can most often pick out paint or window coverings or anything else, DIY it and be pleased with the result. But as we found (after having “redone” both these bathrooms ourselves over the years) there is a big gap between what you see in a picture, a paint chip or a sample and what things look like in YOUR space. Getting a bit of guidance (especially if you are engaging a contractor) goes a very long way.

First off, Im a real client (Broker) and I dont have a relationship with this company other than hiring them to stage.We recently used Bionki Interiors (Pantea) at one of our multi -million dollar listings. I cant even begin to describe how her staging totally transformed the house. Before, potential buyers walked in and felt confused about how they could use the space, after her staging, we had great feedback and an offer.Her furnishings are top notch. Nothing tacky or out of date. Everything looked new and clean. The company came in with their crew and staged in one day, which was VERY impressive considering they didnt leave a single wall or floor space empty. Pantea created a consistent theme throughout the home. I can only imagine the amount of inventory they have available.My advice, as a broker is to stage. The first price reduction we did without staging would have paid for it 5 times over.Pantea is a gifted interior designer. You will not regret choosing this professional staging company. I will be using her again.

After some major water damages to our house, we decided to do an overall upgrade. But we were really overwhelmed with all the details that should be considered when undertaking such a big project. We can’t be thankful enough for learning about Bionki Interiors at the right time. Pantea came to our rescue immediately. She was very quick in understanding our vision, needs and necessities. Her inputs about how to improve our living space were exactly what we needed. She was always very honest and helpful, especially whenever we were stuck or confused. We escaped from making many expensive mistakes under her guidance. Pantea was always available and responsive irrespective of her busy schedule. She made sure we were happy with every decision made. We remodeled our entire kitchen, laundry room and powder room. We replaced flooring across the entire house and painted it all as well.
