We recently decided to buy a house and as a first time home buyer, we were not sure how this process works. We did a Google search of all experienced real estate agents and we contacted a few. Bindiya was a clear winner amongst all with her exceptional customer service and an eye for detail. She asked us what was our requirements and quickly designed a plan of action. She was very communicative and presented us the houses that suited our needs. We quickly established that Bindiya is always looking out for her clients interests (Not easy to find with real estate agents). Bindya did an awesome job for us. It took us a long time to find a house we liked, and she was extremely patient. She worked hard to understand what we were looking for in a home and got better and better at finding houses to show us that we would like. She is extremely responsive and will work hard for anybody she represents.

Bindya helped us purchase our first home in Fresno and she was truly wonderful to work with! She is such a kind, honest and positive person. This was the first time we were selling our home so we were very new to this process.  Bindya N was our agent. She got professional pictures, drones videos and descriptive information about our home, got our home listed on all social media. Bindya is a very patient, positive person.  She works very hard for her clients.   She provided answers to our many questions and helped us through this stressful process. She is always available even when on vacation. She was very very patient with some of the buyers even when they came multiple times.

Bindya has been one of, if not the best realtor I have ever worked with. She made the purchase of our new home a painless process. Despite me moving from across the country, she made time to accommodate me and would step in as my proxy throughout the purchase process the many times I could not. Bindya was great to work with, always only a text/phone call away for all of our questions. She made the whole, convoluted process of looking for and buying a house so easy and smooth.
