Bin Fang has helped us refinance our home twice with low interest rates. She shopped around different options and picked the best one for us. Throughout the entire process, Bin demonstrated the utmost professionalism, knowledge, and patience. As first-time homebuyers, we had numerous questions about buying a house and obtaining a loan. Bin was always exceptionally patient and prompt in responding to all our inquiries.In the beginning of the process, we were not very familiar with the market situation and ended up making several offers that were considerably below the market value.
