Billy and his wife Tamara Wynn are an amazing dynamic duo of the LA real estate market. Tamara (with her lovely assistant Laurel) were very supportive of our home search, surfacing different properties almost daily, and making home visits on our behalf, recording video for us if needed. Once we found a property we were interested in putting an offer in for, Billy takes over with his experience honed relationship and negotiation skills. Being first time home buyers in the very competitive LA market, they were extremely empathetic as we went through the rollercoaster offer process. When we found our home, Billy pulled out all the stops to get our offer accepted before the open house. He walked us step-by-step through the inspection process, and provided valuable guidance on where we could negotiate on the final price and closing costs. Billy and Tamara are amazing. Period. My entire family - wife and 2 small children spent 5 months looking for a home in L.A. in one of the craziest markets at the end of 2021. Tamara was always flexible, the kindest human being and spent 8 hours a day each weekend, showing us a total of over 75+ homes. She is the sweetest and most loving person you will meet. She is a phenomenal listener and always gave her expert advice to help us make decisions. Their associate Laurel is also incredible to work with and spent the time sending us detailed videos of homes we werent able to visit live. There is NO WAY we would have gotten our offer accepted had it not been for the connections Billy and Tamara have in the Valley. They know EVERY realtor and were able to tell us exactly what price to pay to win the house of our dreams. Billy was incredible! We found him about 7 months in to our search, and I only wish that we found him sooner. Billy found me the exact house I was looking for, in the exact location I wanted to be in, and for the exact price I wanted! He helped me write an attractive offer, and when the seller made a multiple counter, he advised us on how and when to respond. He even figured out some really interesting wording that made our offer better than anyone elses, while also not forcing us to go above anyone else. (Im a lawyer, and that part REALLY impressed me.) Billy found me the perfect rental for a single retired guy, a newly renovated pool house.Better than that, it’s reasonably priced and includes utilities. Better than that, it is just outside the crush of LA traffic where I can drive in when I want but is no strain getting to and from the grocer. Selling our family home of 60+ years Billy advised and guided us through the whole process. He went way above the call of duty with his team doing all the work. Even cutting his family vacation short to deal with the buyers who wanted to walk away from the deal, a week before closing, because of a water leak. Billy and his team had every resource we needed to get the house ready to sell through closing. They brought in someone to help pack and empty a house with 60+ years of stuff. Found the mover to move the furniture or donate it. Brought in the painter, plumbers, etc to get the house ready to sell. Brought in the stagers and then did all the marketing to get us four offers.
