The smoothest purchase I’ve ever made. Jesus G was patient through the paperwork process and explained things before I signed. I appreciated the deal Jesus helped me to purchase my 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE.Javier Lopez was really great in breaking down all the costs, documents and fees and was transparent about money since it was the biggest factor in this deal. He made the process as efficient as possible to get me into my vehicle the same day.Needless to say, the vehicle I purchased turned out to the best purchase I’ve made in a vehicle.The reliability in the Toyota brand, the 3rd row seats, the fact that it’s Hybrid, the exact exterior and interior color, and the technology all hit the mark on my list.Thank you all at Bill Wright for the experience. Had 90k mile maintenance for our toyota hylander hybrid with an appointment. My adviser Mr Medka has always been very helpful as usual. I have planned to wait in the lounge but my family came for me to have lunch, otherwise I could have stayed as I always do because the waiting lounge is so comfortable. There is an eatery in site, and also free coffee and cold water. I wish toyota would bring back the free doughnuts, if ever it would make the loyal customers happier, keep our fingers crossed. Their app and my adviser kept me updated through the steps of the service. Excellent service at a reasonable price. All staff are friendly too.

I had my 10k mile service work done recently. All the service department personnel were professional and easy to work with. They give you realistic time frame for the work to be performed. Mine was done earlier than expected because the two recalls showing on my vehicle the actual parts involved didnt need replacement. They checked serial numbers and inspected the recall areas and my vehicle parts didnt fall in the recall parameters. Very good overall experience. Two thumbs up!

I took my truck in for a required maintenance. It did need additional service which came later than what I expected. My Service Advisor was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Instead of having me wait there for things to be done I was taken home. They also provided me a ride to the dealership when my vehicles service was completed. I am very impressed by the treatment I received through this process. I will not hesitate from using their services in the future.

We had our minivan towed in after it broke down just outside of Bakersfield. Bill Wright got our family to our hotel in their shuttle and were able to complete a big repair within a day so we could get back on the road. Jose Zuniga in the service department went above and beyond by calling our warranty company and getting thousands of dollars of repairs covered under warranty. We were very appreciative of how quickly and professionally Bill Wright worked.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was not the best when in within an appointment actually arrive a few minutes before my appointment time was told that the weight was anywhere from one hour and a half to one hour and 40 minutes I was there for about three hours, I understand things happen Count in or they don’t have enough staff, which I totally understand but when none of these things are mentioned to me, It makes me think that they have poor customer service. Unfortunately, none of this was brought up to my attention, and I had to call in to complain, and that’s when everything was mentioned to me about them being shortstaffed. I had on a Saturday morning and the wait was not as bad as This past Friday that I went in. I was attended by Thomas Unfortunately, my experience was not The best. As I am driving off the lot, I get a call from Dodge who I had just gone in to get my husband‘s truck serviced. I was pretty upset due to the fact that I had gone in to Dodge without an appointment and their customer service was on point they were very attentive and understanding. I was pretty upset this has not been the first time That I myself had gone in with Thomas and was not treated properly. I got a call from my husband, and I explained to him what had happened and I was giving him details on what I had gone through. He mentioned that he had also gone in with the same person which is Thomas, and was not satisfied with his customer service at this point, I no longer want to be attended by this person since he is not understanding or does not, give us details on what is going on . I called back and asked to speak with Drew who is the supervisor or manager he was very understanding and I explained to him on how I am aware of every day isuues, but what I don’t understand None of this was brought to my attention. I could’ve had a different perspective, and been a bit more understanding on the circumstances. But the biggest issue is the lack of communication that this employee had with me. Since I had gone back to him and asked him a time when my vehicle would be ready, and he seemed to be annoyed. I understand people have problems going on, but my point of view is that once we cross the door to our job site we should all leave any problems or personal conflicts at the door. I am my experience with this person in general, not the Toyota company.

I have been a customer since 2006 with my first purchase Toyota-Tacoma. Since day one I been doing service here and advisers’ have always have taken care to the end of each service . I also own a 2011 highlander that was purchased here and has some miles but both vehicles are in excellent condition since service has been keep up. For couple of years Mr. Meka Thompson has done an excellent job as our service advisor and excellent customer service with our vehicles. I was there to do only an oil change due to time constraints. I told them not to wash the car and asked them to move my car through as fast as possible. They said it would take 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was disappointed but said ok. It actually took them 2 hours.I am not taking my vehicle there anymore.They are so in efficient with their time and yours.

Excellent service. Had a on road incident that needed attention and I was on a tight timetable to be in Las Vegas at a certain time. My wife and I and our 3 month old baby waited for more than two hours, just so they could do an inspection that would usually take about an hour tops! And our service manager, Chris, left without seeing us and having a discussion whether we’d like to have it service or not. And we ended up being the last customers there! I live up in the mountains where it’s currently snowing in April, having my truck is a big deal and part of the reason I went with Toyota has been their reliability and service. We took our 4 Runner to Bill Wright Toyota for brake check who found that our rear parking brake shoes were covered in gear oil and also a leaking axel seal was found. It was also later discovered that the car’s right bearing had to be replaced. Medka who was our service representative was very detailed in explaining what needed to be replaced and the function of each part. He was very personable, compassionate and also cleaned our engine compartment to thank you for our business as we did spend a lot of money that day. I would highly recommend him and Bill Wright Toyota Services for your next car repair.

I was charged $180 for a diagnostics and I did not receive a full diagnostics, the Vehicle was only given a simple smoke test and I was told that the purge valve needed a replacement but unfortunately that was not enough. I told the advisor prior to the inspection that I had codes for the fuel system, and even with that information, they did not check it because they said on their system it did not pull up the codes which doesn’t make sense to me if it’s in the vehicles history and now they’re telling me that to check the fuel system They want another $180 to check it. I understand that there’s business costs and the world is not fair but charging $180 and not even checking the entire evaporation system which does include the fuel tank the fuel pump and the fuel filter ect, in my opinion is an unfair business practice I could not recommend anyone to get service here.

Appointment or not it seems to take 2-3 hours no matter what kind of service. Left the vehicle as I told them I would and they never called or text to say it was ready. They didn’t wash the vehicle and left trash in the cab from the next service label. They always ransack my glovebox for some reason. They didn’t clean the undercarriage as I had oil leaks after sitting overnight. Never had leaks before only 50k miles.

I was in California visiting a friend and realized I needed a 40k service. I wasn’t able to get an appointment but was told that I could come in as a walk in. It took a bit of time to go through the process, but I didn’t mind at all considering I was being squeezed in without an appointment. Nicole was so so so sweet and helpful. She brightened my day. First time servicing my new car! They were very busy but super efficient and friendly. The team explained the process and quoted me about an hour and 20 minutes for the service (oil change, general maintenance and car wash). I believe they finished all at approximately one hour. I was able to use their lounge and get caught up on some work. Makes it very easy to maintain my new car. I had 2 very nice gentlemen Joe Karibean and Jesse. I was not too thrilled with Larry. I was told that I had a rate of 5.75. Larry told me he got it lowered by a quarter point and added an additional year of warranty. Turned out it was still 5.75. So I did not save anything except add a warranty. He talked too fast and was always ready for an upsale. But I ended up with a ten year warranty so he did his job with upselling. I would have liked to see the rate he locked in and the price points on the car sooner in the transaction.

Thursday morning my vehicle was towed to Toyota for service. Javier said his men would try to find out what was causing it to make all the loud noises. I called Javier that evening he told me they couldnt duplicate the noises. Javier asked if it would be okay to keep the vehicle there over night. I said yes please do. He said he would call me back if the found it had a problem. Friday went by and I never heard anything from Toyota. Saturday I called Toyota and spoke to a manager he said Javier didnt come to work. I then spoke to another manager who was very pleasant. He put me through to Drew he apologized to me. Drew told me the company couldnt find any problems. The company never called me to let me know what was going on. Drew did tell me that the car was there waiting to be picked up. I think its time to find another dealership. North Kern service, was good. There are still good people there, but management needs to wake up and hire better service advisors and techs.They dont listen, like at all. They dont listen to anything you tell them. My vehicle on two separate occasions had inspections done that I specifically said dont do, but they did.I know this because, on my first appointment they messed up my engine air filter after I said do not inspect, then stained on my seat after checking my cabin air filter on my second appointment.Its kinda sad. I used to really think Bakersfield had a good dealership, but as all things here, they have failed.

Disgusting service and attitude towards customers: long wait, rudeness.A month ago, they offered $7,000 for my car for trade-in, and a couple of days ago, when I had arranged my visit in advance (I live 150 miles from this city), they discussed with me the amount of selling my car to the dealership, I was deceived and was not offered $7,000 at the meeting dollars, but 700. Dont do business with these people!

5000 mile checks were performed on my vehicle satisfactorily. However I asked the dealer not to run my vehicle through the car wash because I had just hand-washed it and from prior experience I knew their car wash would leave residue on my paint and windows. When I picked the car up, they had run it through their car wash so I had to wash it again at home. Also, I track my fuel economy on each tank of gas, and they reset my trip odometer so now I am unable to check the fuel economy on this tank of fuel.

Thank you Erick (service rep)for taking care of me and my Tundra. I leveled my Tundra with new shock and ran into alignment issues (pulling right & crooked steering wheel) after picking it up from the shop that leveled it. Took it back for them to fix and was told all better but it was even worse than before. Took it to big brand tire 3 times. They made it better but still couldn’t fix it. Spoke to Erick on the phone letting him know my problem and how desperate I was to not drive around with a crooked wheel. I brought it in the next day, they took their time and nailed it. Erick even went on a test drive himself with the tech to make sure it was good before he told me it was. Thanks again for the great service

Your service advisor last helped me isnt a great asset to your company. I would never say a thing like this about a person but I left my Toyota Tacoma for two day with your shop. Yet never never received a single call to tell me a thing or update me on the finds. On the second day sometime in the morning I called asking him for some type of info. He told me nothing was Hurd to be wrong with my vehicle. That the mechanic was going to check it out and that he would call me. Not once did he call me so I got a ride from Earlimart to pick up my truck seeing it parked up front yet never called to go get my vehicle. I told him that was very unprofessional because my vehicle was parked upfront ready to go yet I wasnt called and told so. I need my vehicle in order to move around just like everyone else. Ive took enough my vehicle there for the same nasty wining sound in the steering but when there it doesnt make the bad sounds. While the oil change and service was speedy, the condition of my car was upsetting. After a “carwash” was performed, there was a huge spot on my windshield, on the inside, looked like something had been sprayed and never wiped off and was now dry. It also looked as though something was sprayed on my steering wheel and never wiped as well. Dried droplet marks were everywhere. Honestly it looked like my car hadn’t even been washed at all. My windshield wiper on the passenger side is also now broken. I was running late to a doctor appointment therefore couldn’t stay behind and wait to have these things addressed.

My wife and I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback Premium at Bill Wright Toyota on Sunday, December 10, 2023.Ruben Castillo was our salesman. Ruben was very busy but attentive on all three of our visits between Friday evening and Sunday, until we were handed over to the financial officer.As Ruben was releasing us to the financial officer, he stated he was sending the car back to be washed and the gas tank filled.There was a long wait to see the financial officer, but once in, it went smoothly. When we finished with the financial officer, we saw Ruben and he said the car was still in the back.Nothing was said or done by anyone (woman sitting in the reception desk), Ruben, the financial officer or any of the other staff inside or outside to make us more comfortable while waiting. We wandered around the lot and the lot next door checking out cars for our next purchase. We looked for Ruben again and he said there were only 2 people in the back and they were backed up (but didn’t offer us water or somewhere to stay while we were waiting). We finally went back inside and sat in the financial waiting area until Ruben said the car was ready.At that point we had waited almost a couple of hours from the time we committed to buy the car until we received it.What was most frustrating was after waiting all that time, it turned out to only have been washed. Ruben said they weren’t allowed to gas up used cars!!!!Basically, we felt that once the money had passed hands, we didn’t matter.

I took my vehicle in to the service department and again after being told by service representative that my vehicle would be washed after service, to find it not washed again. When the service rep. asked me if I wanted it washed I inquired If the wash was working, he stated it was working. The service advisor was very poor in knowledge regarding the process and policy of repairs.Because of this we were over quoted a significant amount.After several minutes of back and forth discussion and line-by-line walk through of the quote, the advisor said the material cost wasnt included in quote as explanation as to why the numbers werent adding up.He then asked another rep about the process of a specific repair and realized he added an unnecessary cost.The quote went down nearly $500.We were referred to this dealership because of the savings and good customer service but unfortunately we received neither. Great mileage. Great price, Fair trade in. Got my Hybrid. All great. Until Larry in the Finance Department: shell games. Free oil change for two years!! And free tire rotations for two years. Wait? What? On the contract: $400 and $500 for the free things? He said he had adjusted down the gap insurance accordingly, but he couldn’t show me the adjustment. Then he said “you don’t want to start over with the paperwork, do you?” I told him he was crooked and slimey, several times. Then he wanted me to sign dozens of times on a small signature pad. I asked him what I was signing? He said everyone does it… I left furious. He wasn’t too happy either at being called out: DO NOT DEAL WITh LARRY. Read contract careful, line by line. Grateful to leave that day in another great Toyota, but got bit by the dealership practices dealt out by Larry.

First and foremost, prior to this, I’ve had positive interactions with sales representatives at Toyota; however, Dennis Zuniga absolutely ruined that streak. I understand that we are all human beings and entitled to have bad days; however, in this instance, his smug; condescending; and disingenuous demeanor was unwarranted. I walked inside his office to a forced/artificial “Hey.” and any questions I had for him appeared to agitate and inconvenience him evidenced by his facial mannerisms and tone of voice. The individual who took my car key asked if I wanted my car washed and didn’t follow through on it. To add insult to injury, upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed my side mirror appeared to be loose/broken. I immediately informed Dennis about the situation and he sighed deeply and shook his head, while simultaneously having a disdainful look on his face as he walked towards my vehicle to inspect it. His response was, “That’s not us bro! We didn’t do that! That’ll cost you $600. That sucks. Sorry bro!” as he proceeded to walk away in a sloth-like manner conveying that he hates his job and customers. I don’t wish any ill will on anyone and I don’t want him to lose his job, but if this unacceptable behavior continues with other individuals, the end result may be different because not everyone will be as understanding with respect to human emotions as I am.

Dad has had serious cognitive decline over the last few years and is an easy target for people trying to take advantage. They did a good job of servicing my truck. The battery had to be replaced but I can’t complain…it was an 84 month battery that lasted 111 months, which is unheard of. Amazing. A repair was needed too (haven’t had many of those in the truck’s 345,000 miles). One of the valve cover gaskets was leaking oil so they changed that…I had them do both gaskets. It still runs well 👍

It took approximately 15 minutes before service advisor to see why I brought my car in. Then it 2 hours to rotate tires and look at all the fluid. When the car was done no one text me or leave me a message it was done. The diagnosis on that is $189.but it turned out it was the battery.. while I was sitting inside, watching the TV Toyota has some information about getting your battery checked for free. I had taken my RAV4 Hybrid XSE to a tire shop to get my tires rotated, and they told my my rear shocks and struts must be bad because of the uneven wear on the rear tire (so bad they wanted me to replace all 4). I have an extended warranty on my car, so I decided to get the professionals to check it out. When Dennis checked me in at Bill Wright Toyota, he said if there was a problem not covered under warranty, theyd charge me $180. My platinum warranty should cover everything, so I didnt dispute him. When my regular service advisor, Erik, got back from lunch, he said not to worry about the charge. His technicians checked over everything and said there was nothing wrong with the shocks or struts, except for a little noise coming from that uneven wear, and recommended an alignment. Im glad I didnt take the tire shops word. Erik is my favorite service advisor at Bill Wright Toyota. Even my sister from Clovis drives down to Bakersfield to get her RAV4 Hybrid XLE serviced here by Erik. That says something!

My maintenance light came on, I scheduled an appointment to take in my 2023 Tacoma to Bill Wright Toyota, and Toyota failed to complete my service. They did advise, they conducted a multi-point inspection (checked fluids, wipers,rotated the tires..etc). However, they did not complete the oil change & filter. They did place a sticker in my windshield that shows, your next service is scheduled 7/24 or at 10,906 miles. I read the service manual and it clearly states, that the oil should have been changed when the service was completed, which was not done. The service advisor even said that it was not done, and it wasnt necessary to have it done... WTH, seriously! After reading and finding out the oil maintenance should have been completed, I called to speak with the service manager, of course, one was not available, I did leave a message regarding what happened, asking if he could call me back and explain what was going on. Of course, I never received a call. I dont trust this place after this experience. I will not come back here again. Horrible customer service and service.

Was told the vehicle had a power steering leak and oil leak with nobody available to show us the proof of these leaks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DO NOT CARE. I towed my 4runner yesterday to bill wright Toyota service dept. because my car would not start and i have no codes. I initially took the car in for a 150$ diagnostic. Today they called me and said they don’t know whats wrong with the car but if i pay them another 400$ They will try to figure it out. So i said no thanks because thats just way too much for a diagnostic. So they let me slide on paying the 150$ after they could not diagnose my first car the first time. I got my car towed back to my house. As soon as the car showed up i noticed my gas cap was open.Then i proceeded to go through the car to see what if they did anything at all. They broke my gas cap lever, My brake pedal cover was missing, my battery was dead (which was not even close to dead when i sent the car too Toyota),my lower arm by my driver side front tire has engine oil all over it( Which it did not before i just so happen to have a picture looking at a transmission leak from yesterday), and my hood lever is completely broken off which it was 100% fine before i have been opening and closing that hood for weeks while i trued to work on the car myself. I am completely frustrated and disappointed by the service they gave me. If i had what it took to sue them or whatver i could do i would. But now i am left on my own to fix my car and now fix whatever toyota broke

Based on my experience with Bill Wright Toyota, there are no issues with the service, such as tire rotation and oil changes. Its quick, and they even arrange an Uber for your transportation to and from their service center. However, I noticed a couple of problems – my battery terminal cover was missing from the engine compartment, and there were insufficient nuts screws on the engine undercover. During an oil change, I observed the absence of an oil plug washer. I hope the technicians will take their time when reinstalling removed parts. Thats all, thank you.

Service in terms of quality of work is great. Just had issues with their finance department and services department they don’t communicate well. I was sold a 2 year or 2 synthetic oil changes package. When I go to the service desk they said my car takes conventional and I should get 4 oil changes in 2 years. I was capped at 3 lost an oil change, got the run around they didn’t honor it. I suggest don’t buy the package pay every time you go not worth the hassle. They do a great job work wise.

Kaitlin worked with me for a decision I had to make in terms of buying a Prius or another vehicle. We have purchased 2 Priuses over the past 12 years from Bill Wright Toyota. We love the look of our 2024 Prius, and it glides along the Highway with an air piercing aerodynamic front end. However it did not come with a spare tire or a 2nd key set. The 2nd tire (spare) was ordered, and the key fob - no one seems to know when it will get here. My wife is 80 and collectively we worry about mid placing the one key fob, and not being able to start the Prius. This is a major concern of ours, and the Japanese messed up on this issue. It is terrible not having an extra key fob. Otherwise, the Prius is stylish, comfortable and a total joy to drive.
