We have been with State Farm - Bill Gomez since we moved to the area almost six years ago. Everyone has always been incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. We currently work with Sunshine in the office and she has always been available when we needed assistance. She has taken time to review our homeowners policy and discuss our best options moving forward to provide ample coverage. I appreciate how quickly emails are responded to and policy changes are implemented. They are consistently great to work with.

We recently transferred all our policies from All State Insurance to State Farm Insurance due to a huge increased in our insurance premiums and also with poor service I wasn’t able to get help over the phone with my old insurance agent. I went to Bill Gomez Insurance agency in Moorpark, CA. I met with Sunshine and I was so impressed with her knowledge about insurance coverage and she made it so easy for me to understand what I need to buy so all our policies would be adequately covers and since then I couldn’t be happier with State Farm. First class team and service! I have been with this agency since 1996. When Bill took over, I got shuffled to another agent. Took about a minute to get switched back to the A Team when I found out. Bill, Lori, and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Even when I may not like the answer, I trust they do the best they can to be an advocate for my family. Hint: Lori is a rock star. If she answers the call, feel fortunate.

Sunshine who does not work in our local offices went above and beyond to help. Moved auto policies over for a multi policy discount.
