My daughter and I rented leisure bikes for 4 hours, and the gentlemen at the facility were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get signed up and get out to bike! Had a lot of fun just cruising some if the side streets and enjoying the scenery!

Great bike tour through picturesque neighborhoods on the way to Indian Canyon. The canyon is gorgeous. Our guide was Kolin, who was excellent and super knowledgeable about all things Palm Springs. So much fun!

Tony and his crew are AMAZING people.I own a business down the street and my Family was visiting Palm Springs and wanted to do a bike tour. Tony hooked them up and they had such a great time exploring Palm Springs on the cute colorful bikes!It really is the BEST way to explore our beautiful resort city, as you get to make stops at all the gorgeous houses, allowing great moments for memorable pictures!The bikes are well equipped, SAFE and FUN.Definitely a MUST-DO when visiting Palm Springs.

Great experience! Rented two bikes for a full day and my only regret was not doing that earlier in our vacation! We followed the maps provided to explore the Colorful Door Houses, Moorten Botanical Garden, shopping district, and meals along the way to and from our hotel. At $35/full day (includes bike lock, helmet, and fitting), you can’t go wrong! Will definitely return next time we visit Palm Springs!

Loved this place with lot of bike options including for kids. They have helmets as well for free. All the equipment is thoroughly sanitized and super clean. They gave a cool bike map that leads to posh Palm Springs neighborhoods. Great views. If you are in Palm Springs, this bike rental is a must.

PROTECT THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This review is long overdue (sorry, Tony!). My wife and I visited Palm Springs in June with a bike ride through the MCM neighborhoods on our buckets list. Tony greeted us at his store with top-notch customer service. He set us up with our bikes, took extra time to make sure we had a perfect fit, and gave us all the complimentary advice, tips, and tricks anyone could ask for. It was a hot hot time of year and we really appreciated his direction. Unmatched hospitality by our main man Tone. We will most definitely return.

They were very friendly and accommodating to me when I brought in my rental ebike with a bulging tire. They took time to help me and even showed me how to use the ebike properly, however, they did caution me about riding on that bulging tire. I really appreciated the concern they showed me in a new city. They are LGBTQ friendly and also had a doggie bowl outside which made them special in my eyes.

Ben was a fantastic tour guide with knowledge of all things Coachella Valley and beyond. It was a low hassle experience and learned a lot while enjoying the outdoors. We did the earthquake downhill bike ride which was a leisurely scenic ride with great views and even saw some wildlife (Hawk catching a snake). Would recommend for anyone wanting to be a little active but see and learn a lot!

5 Stars from Experienced Cyclists - Both of these gentlemen were super helpful. Were experienced cyclists so we knew what we wanted and they were able to address our questions. Tony did the initial set up and also gave a variety of route suggestions. Rocky made sure we got out of the door in a timely manner. The service was swift yet personable. What more could you want? We managed a nice leisurely 20 miles or so with the City Wide Loop and a few detours, by choice, to explore the architecture, and discover a few celebrity homes. Well be repeat customers for sure.

Wow, I’ve never felt so inclined to review a bike rental company, but my experience was so good I had to share! I came in with a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism. We all had a different fun colored bike in no time, and were given a clear map of all of the fun routes in the area. The bikes were in flawless condition as well, which is hard to come by. We rented two bikes here, we just went in without a reservation. Everything has worked great. The bikes are like new and very well maintained, they offer very nice service. Free of charge in addition there are helmets that are disinfected after each use. They also offered us a free water, there was free parking right by the store. In addition, there is also a map that shows possible routes and highlights. Absolutely recommendable.

Biking was our only mode of transportation in Palm Springs after our traveling companions left a couple days before us. Luckily, our VRBO host let us use his bikes one day but unfortunately, my husband had a run-in with a Goats Head Thorn about 2/3 of our way home. Because we had talked with Rocky earlier in our trip our immediate thought was to walk the bike to BIKE Palm Springs Rental to see if they could help us. It was just 30 minutes before closing time but Tony invited us in and quickly replaced our punctured tire. He was very friendly and kind and, after a rough morning, talking with him lifted our spirits. We are grateful for his help and for his kindness and positive outlook. I would recommend this shop and its team leaders to anyone who has questions about rentals, tours and repairs.

I was introduced to this company while living in Palm Springs and a company I worked for utilized their services for a Pride Parade. Each time I go back for a visit roughly five or six times I always rent a bike from them to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere Palm Springs offers. Rented a couple road bikes for a ride out to Desert Hot Springs and the windmills. The guys here could not have been more helpful! Bikes were in great condition (met my bike-mechanic partners high standards) and they swapped out the pedals for the ones we brought. It was extremely busy when we were there, but things went very smoothly with pick-up and drop-off. Check it out -- there are bikes for everyone!

The guy was really nice and worked with us to let us return a bit after they closed and met with us, he was super kind and helpful! I’m in from out of town and my sons stroller got a flat tire early this morning from running over a goat thorn; they liter the streets and sidewalks of Palm Springs. Being Sunday and most bike shops being closed, “BIKE Palm Springs” saved the day!!! Called them and was assisted by the very helpful and knowledgeable staff at “BIKE Palm Springs.” Brought the stroller in and the staff removed the thorn, replaced my punctured tire tube with a new one, marked the puncture hole on the old tube and provided me with a patch kit so I could fix it and have a spare. They also checked all my other tiers and filled them with air. The staff was able to service me in about 15 minutes and my sons stroller was handling great. “BIKE Palm Springs” saved the day and my vacation, much appreciated and HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR CYCLISTS AND TO ALL THOSE OTHER PARENTS OUT THERE!!

Rented a bike online for the Tour de Palm Springs. Bike shop was very responsive and made the arrangements easy. Bike was in excellent condition...good quality road bike, cheaper and more hassle-free than disassembling and shipping my own bike by plane. Lots of parking around the back. Excellent place ! I went in with a group, even though I had some anxiety from previous falls, they listened to my concerns found a good bike and helped fit me well for a bike helmet. A couple of blocks into my ride a took a spill and thankfully not into a cactus ! I walked the bike back and they greeted me at the door, gave me bandaids and alcohol wipes. We’re sympathetic and even gave me a refund (which I was not expecting) and encouraged me to enjoy a coffee and put my feet up . I would definitely recommend and will bring my family to enjoy a ride.!

Stopped by to grab bikes for going around town. They had really cute and aesthetic bikes you can choose from, and the service was super friendly! They set us up with everything including maps and directions for close by areas and spots of note. We ran behind schedule and arrived to return the bikes a little after closing, and they were very accommodating! Gave us free water as well after seeing us struggling with the desert sun. Ended riding 23 miles all around the city. They also have a good variety of bikes, from cruisers to city to road bikes. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful and nice! I wanted to rent an electric bike for 4 hours, but because of the super hot weather, could only do an hour. They adjusted the fee accordingly. Tony got me set up quickly with exactly what I needed. My husband & I rented electric bikes to explore the city and it was amazing how much of Palm Springs we saw, while still peddling and getting exercise. Ive taken my electric bike to BIKE several times and the service is great, the guys are friendly, and the bike mechanic, Dillon (not sure if thats the correct spelling) went above and beyond my requested repairs. Even though he had several bikes to repair that day, he took the time to correct something that would cause issues in the future. I wouldnt consider taking my bike to any other place. Oh, and I got my bike back in 4 hours!

We had arranged reservations a couple weeks before at another bike shop (Triabike) only to find that the bikes weren’t ready and did not get what we were expecting. After awful customer service we cancelled our reservation.The next day, we called this bike shop and they were extremely friendly and helped fit us with rental bikes that were perfect for our rides. On top of that, we returned the bikes a little early and we were refunded some money back. Absolutely amazing customer service, friendly people, and what we felt were very reasonable rates. Thank you so much for helping us have a great day and making it super easy for us. Will only consider this place in the future for rentals even if we have to drive out of our way.

Have taken both my older electric bike for adjustments and repair and have had nothing but friendly fast and excellent service - even during the height of the pandemic. Yesterday I took my brand new e bike in to see what was wrong with my front tire. Within 5 seconds he saw the problem (it was an air adjustment that caused the tire to bulge) put the proper amount of air in and was done. It took less than 60 seconds start to finish. Couldn’t ask for better service!

We did the “Bike Like a Star” historical society tour. It was a fantastic morning. Our guide Mike shared so much interesting information about places all over town. Sure you could drive around and look at these places but the pace on the bike is fantastic. Plus you actually can learn so much. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting PSP.

Two days ago I decided to make a reservation to rent a bike from these guys, I did not read the directions carefully, but the reservation needs to be a 24 hour preparation period. But these guys were able to accommodate me the next day. The owner was excellent, he took the time to tell me everything I needed to know. Goathead thorns are apparently very popular here in Palm Springs and Scottsdale where i live, so they recommended these tough inner tubes with a liner and Im confident flats will be a rare occurrence for me from now on..... thank you for the prompt and great attention!

Rented a mountain bike for the Labor Day week. Great bike and great service. Bret set me up and I had a nice conversation with him both at pickup and at the drop off. Hope the same bike is available during my springtime vacation. I was even offered the option of changing out the bike during the week to try a road cycle or an electric bike, but loved the one I had.My only suggestion would be that the bikes should come with a flat tire change kit. I road 165 miles during my rental, and was a bit concerned about possibly having a flat. I heard of tire changing stations, but I didnt see any (or maybe didnt notice).Great rental shop, keep up the good work!

Last month I was in need of a quick flat tire fix. I went to a shop close by and they were booked up, but recommended that I try BIKE Palm Springs. The door was closed/locked but I saw a number on the door (not realizing it was a delivery number) and called. Tony was there within 5 minutes even and fixed the tire. I’m a coordinator and had a week to put together a killer weekend full of exclusive experiences. I called and spoke to Tony hoping to rent mountain bikes or e-bikes for my clients. While they had the inventory, Tony spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me giving me even more tips and contacts. I had the whole trip figured out by the time I hung up the phone. Bike rental worked slick---rented for four days, which they computed from the time I rented (early afternoon) to early afternoon four days later (wasnt penalized for renting mid-day). We were given a map and were able to take our time to see the sights such as “the doors”, architectural wonders, and some of the historical sights! We were given excellent service! He gave us directions to to sights and information on what roads were safe which we should avoid. Was needing a tire and tube. Had never been there before. Stopped in. They sold me a tube and liner. After another flat found out I needed an adapter to fill the tire. Had to drive 15 miles to get one. Should have sold me the same type of tube in the first place. Now that you reponded. You guys were the ones who replaced the tube. Not me. Also when I came back, you gave me the wrong adapter.

It all came out great in the end for us with this place. The first bike we received for our half-day rental, the brake was rubbing against the back wheel and there was also a sharp spike pointing out where the fender attached. As my husband bent down to put our son in the bike trailer we rented, the spike impaled his butt cheek pretty badly. We returned within the hour, and the staff were friendly, gave us a replacement bike, and said they were going to fix the spike so no one else got injured. However they also said they would start our half-day rental from the time we received the second bike. When we returned, there was not a note on our file and a different staff member tried to charge late fee. After we explained the situation, he instead gave us a small discount. The equipment was of good quality, I would say just really make sure to inspect your bike before riding away and be sure to get your accurate rental time written down.

Rude and Unhelpful:Thanks for taking the time to reply to my review, albeit 6 months after I wrote it.I think you may be confused as to which customer I am, as I never had the opportunity to visit your shop in person. I called on the phone about two weeks before my trip to Palm Springs last April and was treated like an interruption, with the guy on the phone acting like he couldn’t believe that I had the audacity to call only two weeks in advance trying to reserve a bike. Maybe I underestimated the bike rental market in Palm Springs? Maybe you have waiting lists 3 months/6 months/ 1 year out. Fair enough, it was close to spring break after all. But unfortunately I was unaware of this gross disparity between the supply and demand of bikes in Palm Springs, and was therefore subject to the ire and ridicule of your employee (or you). Providing some alternatives or a “we’d love to help you next time” is all I would like.

Great place to rent! We were there Christmas week and even though busy, we didn’t have to wait. Employees very helpful and efficient! Suggestion: if you only ride a bike occasionally (like Christmas and other vacations) consider a hybrid bike. They are lighter weight and easy gearing. Have fun!
