Big Wave Windows crew is absolutely awesome. It’s always a pleasure working with Jack by phone who immediately will respond for an appointment. Same day once rained stopped, Carson came right over and washed all my windows, seals and screens inside and out for a fare price. As always, Big Wave delivered! My gutters were cleaned (and just in time, as it rained the next couple days) Our windows, inside and out, glisten! They even cleared leaves off our two story roof. I googled solar panel cleaning becuz my panels were not producing .. I picked three companies for quotes .. two answered and the Big Wave had a lot more than just solar panel cleaning .. so i got the gutter cleaning and window washing ..OMG wholly Cow !!! Luis actually showed up early because hed finished his previous call, which was appreciated. He kept at it all afternoon (sorry, man, I should have gotten a warning to you about how long it had been since wed had this done) and wrapped up without a trace of ever having been there except for the immaculate roof and gutters. He did a great job and Big Wave has excellent pricing, so it really felt like a value. Shoutout to the office/dispatch for getting him out the same day there was another issue that most other places would have used as an excuse to just push the appointment. I appreciate it all and happily give Big Wave a HIGH RECOMMEND.

Ive been using Big Wave for a couple years now, and theyve always done a good job on my MCM home. I have A LOT of glass, and they typically tackle the job successfully in a day with little invasiveness for me or the family. I have to say though, that this last time they cleaned the windows, was beyond my expectations! Luis did such an exceptional job and even cleaned my massive double story glass entrance BY HAND. Wow! We have many unreachable bay windows in our 3-story home, as well as multiple patios and lawn areas with glass-panel walls. I found Big Wave Windows in a Yelp search and they had many great reviews so I called for the free estimate appointment. They were able to book an appointment quickly and came back a few days later to start the job. Zack was friendly and professional and the result was sparkling clean windows and screens for an affordable price. Their communication before, during and after the service shows they really care about their employees and clients. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future.

Great experience with the team. After reaching out for a quote, I had someone stop by to review the property and provide an estimate. We have a tall home with a fair number of windows and a lot of spider webs. On the day of service, we worked with Cole, who was communicative about his arrival time and how he was going to go about cleaning the building. I was able to re-advise what we needed accomplished, so it was helpful that I worked from home and could check in. He spent a couple hours on the house and it looks so much better than prior to the service, even on the third level, which is tough to reach. Well definitely be working with the company again.

I am really disappointed. We spent over $900 to have the windows in our 2800 sq ft. home washed prior to a photo shoot for listing our home for sale. Because we have a two story home I thought it better to hire a professional even though it was a lot of money, rather than have our housekeeper do it for us. The man who came was very nice and cheerful with a happy attitude. He said he loved his job. So I felt confident he was going to do a great job and left him to it. But when he finished there were streaks and residue on more than 1/2 the windows. I didn’t see how streaked they were until he was gone. I took photos of how they looked and called the office at Big Wave Window right away. The woman who answers their phone was short with me and told me to send the photos via email and if they thought the windows weren’t clean enough they would send someone out the following week to fix them. I explained that pictures were being taken the next day and that was why I scheduled the cleaning when I did so they would be freshly cleaned and sparkling. She said she couldn’t do anything about it because they were fully booked the next day but to send the pictures anyway.I did but it didn’t help me with the photos and when I spoke to her again she said I had only paid for the basic cleaning. I hadn’t paid for the “after construction” package. I explained we didn’t have any construction except in the kitchen, but it had nothing to do with the windows and those windows were the least of the problem anyway. She was just plain rude and completely uninterested or unconcerned with the fact that I had just spent $900 and could have used some Windex and the garden hose and the windows would have looked about the same. I may be wrong but at $900+ I didn’t know I would need to “pay extra” to actually have my windows clean. I suggest if you are thinking about using Big Wave Window you look elsewhere.

It took a full week of them going back and forth telling me they could come for an in-person estimate, then saying they couldnt. Finally ended with them saying that they could not come for an in-person window washing estimate but could come for an in-person estimate for holiday light installation (I contacted them about window cleaning only). Meanwhile I was bombarded by promotional texts and e-mails. Still getting them. Folks, focus more on follow through and less on self-promotion. Very unimpressed.

The team that came out to our house was very thorough, professional, and responsive to our requests. Their equipment broke down early on in the process but they were prepared to pivot to hand-washing the windows and did a very thorough job of cleaning the windows. They pulled a lot out of stuff out of the gutter too. The exterior power/pressure washing was less noticeable, but maybe it wasnt very dirty to begin with; prices just worked out favorably for us to add that as a service. Would definitely hire again when this is needed. Not cheap, but well worth it.

I really wanted to give Big Wave Window an excellent review, but the best I can do is fairly good. I was disappointed that only 1 person was going to be cleaning the windows as we have a lot of them in a large house. The owner had said that the person would be at our home most of the day, but he was at our house for 3-1/2 hours, which we didnt feel was long enough to do an excellent job. The young man said he had another job pretty far away after ours and he commented that he worked fast, implying it would not be a problem. I will say that I think part of the problem is the technicians need to be trained better. The problems: screens are only wiped with a dry cloth (should be washed at the least with a wet cloth), insides of windows were not cleaned well, kitchen window openings full of debris and leaves, knobs for turning screens - many werent replaced, black water dripped on 2 places on our fairly new carpeting, due to no drop cloth being used for high places inside, and the water in a dispenser they wear wasnt changed nearly enough so windows being wiped with dirty, black water. Then when I left a message for the owner of Big Wave to call me, several days passed and when another person called me for the payment, they were surprised that I had left a message for the owner to call me.

We were having a Bridal shower the next day and hired Big Wave to do our windows inside and out. Clay arrived on time and once we walked through the house and saw all the windows he immediately got to work. He was great. He informed us of anything he found such as a tear in our screens or scratches on the window. Things that we didnt notice unless you look ed real close. Afterwards, Clay made sure to take me on a walkthrough to show me all the windows and actually noticed a smudge on the window that I couldnt see but he took care of it right away. This is the second time I have use Big Wave and will continue to use them in future. Very communicative and they make sure you understand everything over the phone before coming to the house.

I moved to a new two-story rather large home and had Big Wave come out a couple times. Todays service though was exceptional. A gentleman named Breaux came out with a 2nd person (sorry lost his name) and it was perfectly done.Most important is the attention to detail. I have a lot of expensive stuff in my house and I get nervous when I see people run around. They are super careful. Great team.Ill also mention I had another company do my windows and they used soapy water and no DI or SOMETHING. Whatever the problem, it left fogging and I knw that can happen if windows are dual-glaze and over 10 years old. Not with these folks.

This is the third time Big Wave did all my windows, inside and out. As usual, the windows and sills were perfectly cleaned, streak and spot free. The tech, Lyric, is a very nice guy. He was fun to visit with and has a great attitude toward work and moving up. He spoke highly of his company and boss. Big Wave consistently hires (or retains) top quality workers.Once again, some lamps, art pieces, furniture had to be moved to get access to the windows. Lyric was extremely careful and left everything right where it was (only cleaner).The pricing is very fair, highly competitive. Big Wave is my go to window cleaner. Found Big Wave through Next Door. Typically, I use my gardener to clean the gutters but its not a thorough job (which doesnt bother me). Since its been 5 years since the gutters were installed, it was long overdue to have them cleaned right! So when I saw positive reviews from other locals I thought Id give Big Wave a try. Consult was quick and easy. Price was what I expected. And scheduled based on what worked with my schedule. Took 2 hours -- also got my dryer vent cleaned out (which is extra $$ so make sure you understand the additional cost). Overall... very happy customer and will use them going forward.

If I could give Big Wave Window 10 stars I would!!! With so many competitors it’s all about customer service these days and let me tell you, these guys take the cake! They’re professional, safe (wore their masks and gloves), courteous and their work is awesome! My house has never looked so good!!! My windows look amazing and all the dirt and grime on my house is gone!! It was a very warm day but I didn’t feel like they wanted to just get the job done and leave. Three young men showed up for the exterior window cleaning job. They were friendly and energetic. They worked around obstacles outside the house and got all the windows well cleaned. 2021: Below is may review of Big Wave Window from over a year ago. (Covid delayed our having them return sooner). Based on their work then, I had them return this week to clean the exterior windows of my two-story townhome. Again, I had an exceptional experience. It was easy to set an appointment, they are very responsive to questions and concerns, and continue to be quite reasonable for the good work that they do. Jaime was prompt in his arrival, thorough and professional in his work, and very friendly. He was diligent in cleaning window panes, screens, and even window tracks. I also have two very pristinely clean front and back door decorative lamps thanks to his work. Again, thank you Jamie and Big Wave Window! A job well done.2019: Jack and Adam arrived a few minutes early then got right to work. They were efficient and thorough. They did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend them for cleaning both the inside and outside of your windows. I would’ve appreciated knowing that ahead of time when another team member came to assess my needs, yet the guys who came used caution which was appreciated. I needed an ASAP exterior wash and window cleaning of my 1400 sq ft Craftsman house prior an appraisal inspection. Jack answered my estimate request within 20 min after I messaged him on Yelp and was able to give me an in-person estimate within 2.5 hours. The estimate was on the lower end of the other bids I received, not the cheapest but best value given Jack’s professionalism and politeness.He was able to do the job the following day, a Saturday, stating that if no one in his crew could do it he would do the job himself. And he did, on time as expected.The job itself was excellent. He was able to address my concerns over paint chipping. The house is now sparkling, amazing given I haven’t cleaned the exterior in 5 years. After the cleaning he even kindly offered to help move patio and deck furniture back to their original places—which I declined, it was already lunchtime and I really didn’t think moving furniture was part of the deal... but the sentiment was much appreciated!Overall excellent service!

These guys are great. I’ve been using them since the company first started and have been happy to see how they’ve grown. In a good way! As soon as you contact then you get a confirming email or text, they then remind you of the upcoming appointment, and the day of, they let you know their tech is on the way, with their name and photo. I called to arrange window cleaning, an estimate was made based on the square footage of our house, and there were no additional charges when they completed the job. They provided an estimate for just the exterior windows, and then an additional estimate for if I wanted the interior of the windows cleaned too. The prices seemed fair. The appointment was set for a week or so out, and jack arrived on time, with a text to indicate that he was on his way, and an email a couple days prior, confirming the appointment and the quote.Jack was friendly, personable and professional. He was unobtrusive and the windows which had not been cleaned in years looked great. We have very old windows and I mentioned that they don’t seal well, and Jack was gentle and never sprayed or hosed anything down to where water would have leaked in. Almost all of our windows are paned, and we have 5 French doors, so the job mandated a lot of attention to detail. Once the exterior was completed, we decided to move forward with the interior cleaning. Jack left to go give an estimate and he came right back and finished the job. I would hire Big Wave Windows again and found their work to be superior! Don’t waste your other time with other local window washing companies.

Big Wave has a beautiful website, replete with huge promises (including a Gotta Love It guarantee), very professional representatives/sales people—which only made the actual experience that much more exasperating, disappointing and, frankly, angering.WHAT WENT WELL: All employees were courteous and respectful. I was able to reach the owner by phone on the day of service.WHAT WENT WRONG:1) BWW underestimated either the scope of the job or the ability of the workman—or both—. Our restored craftsman has many double-hung, multi-pane and casement windows, some stretching the length of walls, as in the second-story bedrooms and office. One worker (who was delayed an hour past the scheduled arrival time) and was as unfocused and careless as J proved to be was insufficient.2) The service provider, J, spent the first two hours, dividing his focus between the work and chatting to a family member (I finally asked), sometimes walking in circles while he chatted, before refocusing on the work. Though I usually give workers some space to work independently, the quality of Js work and his lack of focus prompted me to check the work already done. I found some sills still dirty, though the screens had been replaced, and the corners of all of them still full of accumulated grime.3) Unlike other service providers Ive used, BWW does not routinely wash screens, only dusts them off—insufficient after 19 months of accumulated grime from Santa Ana winds, etc.4) I had to call the owner twice with my concerns before he sent out their general manager, L, to assess the situation and assist in getting J off the phone and the job back on track.5) BWW does not appear to have a uniform standard of service across the company. The difference between the work of J and L was shocking. L worked independently, efficiently, thoroughly. J needed to be redirected to work, supposedly completed, to do it thoroughly. For example, when L came to the front door to collect payment at just before 7 pm, I had to inform him that most of the second story windows on one side had been overlooked. After theyd finished the forgotten windows, L returned for the check. We thanked him again for turning things around and for Js stepping up his game. Ls response was to assure us that J was one of [their] best workers (?!)In the end, the exterior windows and screens were properly cleaned; but this was largely due to Ls rolling up his sleeves and pitching in to assist J and my pitching in to help oversee the details of the work until it was completed.6) I wish this were the end of the saga. However, two days after service, I discovered that either J or L had left the water on at two of the outdoor spigots—but shut each hoses open/close valve, so that the water kept building and building inside. . .Not only were both my new auto-retract hoses ruined, but 10s of gallons of water was wasted—in drought stricken CA—and I can only imagine what our next PWP bill will look like!7) Since the day of service about 10 days ago, no one at BWW has followed up with me or responded to messages I have left on the owners voicemail—not even those requesting replacement of my hoses. To test a theory, I submitted an online request for new service. Within moments I received an email response and then shortly afterwards a live call from an employee of BWW to sign me up. Apparently, they are eager to sign up new customers, but couldnt care less about the current customers with unresolved issues—despite the companys Gotta Love It guarantee, highlighted in bold lettering and color on their website.As I have written in other reviews, the true measure of a company is taken, not when everything goes well, but when—especially when—the job goes sideways. How does the company respond then? How does it treat those customers?By this measure, BWW failed us miserably

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and was told that I could have someone out to my vacant unit the following day, I just needed to sign a contract. I told the women on the phone that unless the charge was excessive it would be fine since there were only about 10 windows on a single story small unit. They sent the bid and I signed it but I didn’t realize they put the first available date out by 2 weeks and I couldn’t wait since my unit was vacant. Well I immediately called and emailed them that same day Tuesday and she said the bid was wrong and she would send a new one that was less but they could go out the next which now would be Thursday.
