Doing t-shirt print business here is a breath of fresh air, a breeze. The entire staff is quite accommodating and friendly, especially toward laymen -- like myself -- who may not be fully aware of nuances in the industry. Be assured, theyll walk you through the procedures to deliver the design content and shirt you want.In my experience, I was in good hands with representative Andrea who certainly knows the ropes of the biz AND is always on hand each day to follow through with guidance for the project. She also introduced me to in-house graphic artist Lillian who was simply magical in personally designing a special scripted lettering I preferred from their array of other fonts.Since the bulk of my order is larger than normal, its being manufactured by Big Frogs main plant in Texas which also did a previous order I had from a few years back with superb results. Im confident of their continued quality.All in all, I found this studio office to be wonderful in the employees good faith to enable the project going forward.

AMAZING. I came to Tim the owner with a giant ask. I had gotten myself into a situation of losing ALL of our companies merch the day before a big event, and Tim made the impossible, POSSIBLE. Their team rushed a large order of koozies in ONE NIGHT. Not only were they perfect, but I tasked the team with QR codes which had never been done before and it came out beautifully. I will never not come back here for all of our office needs. I will however provide more time for production on my next orders. THANK YOU BIG FROG! You saved the day and won our hearts forever. The owner lets us take as much time as we need, but being artistic Sierra and I complete the pattern quickly and send it to their state-of-art production team. Great local service!! I was able to put together my entire order by phone/email and my shirts turned out just right! Also, I’m so grateful the store went above and beyond to help me out..I blanked on the day of pick up and wasn’t going to make it to pick up the shirts by closing time. Service was fantastic. I didnt realize I could have a custom shirt made with a 24 hour turnaround. The quality of the shirt was excellent and the design came out better than I imagined. I was also happy that there was no minimum and the price for my shirt was extremely reasonable. We have been buying my sons Physical Education Uniforms from Big Frog for the past 3+ years. The quality of their products is excellent. My sons shirts and shorts are used every week and after 1+ year of using them, the logo of his school is still intact and the shirts and shorts have kept their color. Likewise, their customer service is outstanding. Last week they called me to inform me that the color that I had selected for one of the items was no longer available. The customer service representative gave me the option to cancel that part of my order or select another color. My Fiance has had these workout pants from an event he attended over 15 years ago. They are so ripped and tattered that even a tailor laughs at the mere sight of them. I tried ordering the exact pair online, but they do not make them anymore (thats how old they are). Well, I found a very similar of pants on Amazon and had them shipped there. Within 5 hours of calling in a new order for a single shirt with my own design, they called me to say it was ready to be picked up. Big Frog knows customer service and has patience with people like me that need last minute orders done right.I even told the staff that it was perfectly okay if they couldnt get it done - that I understood it being last minute. Big Frog has an amazingly personable staff and has a great turnaround rate. When you submit a design idea they usually will have a mockup completed within the day and, as long as they have the inventory on hand, can get the designs printed promptly. Im always anxious when ordering shirts because one never knows how they will look upon final printing, but working with Big Frog quells my nerves because their final product always exceeds my expectations.

First of all, I Love The Store :o) Its a total quality feel the minute you walk in the door (the ree-deep sound announcing your entrance). The reception is warm but not overbearing. They will explain the process, how its not a traditional silkscreen but a digital process. Having been a graphic designer I can appreciate the competence and efficiency of their designers.I own a small decorative painting business. I emailed them my logo and their designer helped me with a few tweeks. For my initial order I purchased some shirts they had in the store and, in addition, I wanted some aprons that needed to be ordered but it was very fast and I had my order within a few days. Very high quality outcome. In addition, as my workers need logo shirts I send them in to order one at a time and theyre done the next day :o) I highly recommend this for small businesses like mine.

I was having a hard time finding what I wanted online. I found Big Frog and thought they might be the solution to my problem. I gave them a small JPEG file of the artwork I wanted on a T-shirt. Not only did they do a great job of blowing it up larger and maintaining good quality, but they did it fast and at a reasonable cost. My friends, it doesnt get any better than that. Big Frog (San Diego North) is awesome! Remember the days of having to deliver camera ready hardcopy art, and waiting weeks for custom T shirts? Setup charges? Minimum orders? Those days are gone. I upload a .jpg or .png and get shirts the same day. Tom and Pam are a joy to work with. They provided immediate feedback on the suitability of our artwork for their printing process and Tshirt color. They carry a wide range of shirts, colors, and sizes (even Womens Plus sizes). We were very happy with the Direct-to-garment process - the printing is high resolution and absorbs right into the fabric - no stiff plasticky feel. (Just dont pick a Tshirt color too dark.) We ordered 30+ shirts on Friday night and received them Monday afternoon - this included shipping time for a color they didnt have in stock! We also had 3 smaller follow up orders all of which were printed same day or next day. This is Tshirt printing at Internet speed!

I found them using Google search, they were the only custom t-shirt company that did not require a minimum, and offered graphic art service which was exactly what I was looking for. My son wanted a custom t-shirt for halloween, he had the image he wanted but we didnt know how to convey it to the company. We visited Big Frog a day before Halloween, the owners Tom and Pam put my son on the computer where he located the image. One of their graphic designers (sorry i cant remember his name) happily doctored up the image, improved the quality for the t-shirt. My younger son wanted to get in on the t-shirt project too. Both Tom and Pam exhibited a huge amount of patience with him, making him feel very important while conferring with him on his idea. Within minutes my kids had their custom shirts.. my younger son wearing his home. During this process I realized they could put together some cute shirts for my 3rd annual Downey St. Racers cruise. I was leaving in two days!! I thought to myself there is no way shirts could be made this quickly. hmmmm I was WRONG!! Tom helped me pick out the shirts. We picked a beautiful soft pink shirt for the ladies, and black for the guys. Tom conducted searches on muscle car images.. and found the perfect one. He explained how the image would be created (we used a silhouette of a 67 Camero) so certain areas had to be hand drawn/pulled through). Tom assured me the shirts would be done by the next day, this on top of having to order the sizes from the shirt distributor. The shirts were completed by 4pm the next day.. boy oh boy were my cruise mates impressed!!!. Im waiting on pictures so I can post them. Big Frog is my go-to place for custom shirts, gifts, party favors, family reunions..anything is possible with these guys!!!
