2022-11-08 03:00:00I purchased an instrument package to download but it wont work with the newest Mac OS. Ive spent hours trying to get the sounds to load, with no success. Now BFA wont refund my $199 and wont provide simple customer service. They wont return my calls or answer my emails seeking help. Whats wrong with these people?

2021-03-02 19:29:05ZERO STARS. Will never use again. Do not recommend.After purchasing a product on the Big Fish website and the fee being withdrawn from my account, I was told new customers, with new credit cards being used on their website, were to undergo a processing waiting period to ensure this was in fact my card and the card details matched my information. The funds were taken from my account instantly yet I was given NO download link for my purchase!7 days later and 10 emails to their customer service team and I STILL have received NO assistance and NO download link from anyone at the Big Fish team.This is absolutely horrendous.Would highly suggest NOT using this service. They are terrible!
