I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding customer service at Big Brands Tire, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring I understood the options available to me.Moreover, I was impressed by their efficiency and fast turnaround time. Despite the busy schedule, they managed to complete the service promptly without sacrificing quality. We had our rear brakes repaired. When we had the inspection, we were told the issue and the cost. The cost was outrageous and the parts had to be ordered. Understandable. They said we can take our car home but the manager stated we had to leave a deposit. The service writer clearly was uncomfortable asking us to do this. I explained to her this is a violation of the Bureau of Automotive Repair. The law state states you have to place a written repair order of the cost of parts and labor to the customer. No work was completed at this time. I told her I wasn’t leaving a deposit. She apologized for her manager request. I told my husband the car isn’t going back. I work in the automotive industry (a former GM for Firestone). Unfortunately, the dealership I work for has suffered a cyber attack and operations have been challenging to perform service on our customer vehicles. My husband brought my car back to Tire Brand, my rear brakes were not safe. I had no choice. My husband was not presented option of pricing in parts, out of need and my husband being trusting he signed the assigned the work order presented in front of him. When I picked up my car to ask question to have a better understanding of the wear of the brakes and the cost. I was told “we have to keep the lights on” no discussion of the quality of the parts. He kept looking at my husband “ hey ——, lol you I agreed on this work”Completely disregarded my questions, kept interrupting me and not letting me finish asking my questions about the work performed on my car. Completely disrespected, I would ask the question and he would address my husband. Truth be told, I’m the decision maker of all call repairs. I was treated this way because I was a female. Let me tell you how discriminating this is. If Juan would have focused of the discussion of the quality of the parts and service, I would have left with a smile on my face. No, I left irate and disappointed. If you’re a female looking for quality work and treated with respect, this is not the place for you. If it wasn’t for the urgent situation, I would not have gone back. I’m highly regarded in Simi Valley and have an expansive friend base this will be shared if asked. My suggestion have your manager complete an inclusive training, as well as equal opportunity. He was absolutely sexist with me. You may also want to train him not to convince the spouse to take his side. My husband redirected Juan to answer my questions. Yes, I’m angry, disrespected, and beyond disappointed. Focus on customer service so you can “keep the lights on”

What a joke of a business management of time!2 days now for a rotation and allinment.First day, the car sat for an hour and 20 before i left, the service advisor said. Come here at 8am and will get you right in?Well i was here at 7:50am. Its now 12 oclock and still not done?Something is very wrong with this.Ill never use this business again, Ill find better service elsewhere!Not cool, waiting 5 hours plus.But you got me still here!

Extremely disappointed!! I went in for a simple oil change and they did the worst job possible. Not only did they have me waiting there almost 3 hours but less than a month after I got my oil change done My car is warning me that I am low on oil. Mind you I dont have an oil leak or anything wrong with the car. I will be requesting a full refund! This place is a joke.

I met Jim back in the day and bought a set of retreat tires for my 63 Corvair MONZA. I had new spark plugs installed for my current car and found out that Jims happily retired in Arizona. Good for him 👏 👍 🙌!

The staff are friendly everyone treated me well. I would have given five stars but it took nearly 6 hours to have my tires and alignment done.The word is that management promotes over booking by allowing 10 appointments every 15min and they only have five or six bays.Seems fairly unrealistic give they do brakes, oil changes and diagnostics in addition to previously mentioned tires and alignment work.I would like to see this more accurately managed instead of jamming up customers time and working their employees relentlessly.
