MUST GO HERE!!!This place is AMAZING! They are so nice and helpful. I don’t know much about cars but Jesse helped so much! He was very understanding and showed me what my car needed and explained each part. He even spoke to my dad on the phone so he could get an understanding as well. The man at the front desk is so kind and funny. Overall really good experience and will definitely be coming again. They also play classic music so you can jam in the lobby!

I must say this location is one of the best tire experiences Ive ever had. This is not an exaggeration. Chris & Jay took my situation Personally and accommodated. We were past the order cut off time & they relocated a tire from the Tarzana store for my model X. With in 15 minutes they will called, put the tire in a Lyft, delivered it to the Topanga location & got me back mobile within an hour. White glove treatment. Recently, I had an unfortunate incident where my tire met a curb and ended up punctured. After being towed by AAA, I reached out to several local tire shops and received quotes ranging from $150 to $350. Surprisingly, Big Brand Tire offered me an incredibly competitive rate.But it wasnt just the pricing that impressed me - their flexibility with scheduling was also commendable. They had plenty of appointments available, which allowed me to choose a slot that best suited my needs. Remarkably, they were also able to assist me on a Saturday - a day when many other shops tend to be busy.The total time I spent at the shop was a mere 45 minutes, which is superbly efficient. The experience was so positive that I have already decided to return to Big Brand Tire for any future tire-related needs. Recently, I found myself in an unfortunate situation — I ran over a nail and punctured my tire. I ended up at the nearest tire repair shop, and it turned out to be the best decision. The team there was fantastic: they fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. And the most surprising part — they didnt charge me a dime for the repair! Im very grateful for such excellent service. If you need tire repairs, I highly recommend this place!

Follow up visit for Alignment after a full set of tires was installed the day before. Awesome service from Chris Ortiz and his team and great work by Jesse to get my car tracking laser straight. They went the extra mile to make sure the car was set up and performing perfectly when I left. Based on their competitive pricing and the work they did today, I’ll be back for more tire related work on my other vehicles. Great place and excellent customer service. Got my car alignment done here. It was quick and reasonably priced. Chris and the other mechanic were super helpful and went above and beyond. I came back another day on my way to an important meeting when my tire lights were on and they checked the pressure and sensors and found out quickly that my passenger tire sensor was going bad. Highly recommend this place.

This place is great. I brought my car in (with no appointment on a Saturday morning) with the check engine light on, and they immediately were able to take a look, give me advice and options. They ultimately advised me to take it to the dealership for further diagnostic as it looks like a problem with the ECU. They communicated with me the whole time, gave honest advice and even after running a diagnostic didn’t charge me anything. Very positive experience.

My friend took her car here to get major engine work done, and due to total lack of communication on their part, they voided her warranty! Now, they’re holding her car hostage until she coughs up an unplanned for $8,000. When she went to discuss this issue, customer service was abysmal and rude.I will never be taking my car here, and STRONGLY advise others do not either.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Big Brand Tire & Service in Canoga Park completely screwed my partner and I and left us out to dry. We brought our car in for a comprehensive engine replacement fully covered under warranty. Big Brand Tire and Service agreed to work with the warranty company but their complete lack of basic due diligence and unprofessionalism lead to our warranty being voided. Now we’re expected to pay upwards of $8000 to get our car back and have lost our warranty coverage for any future engine work. Instead of doing the bare minimum customer service work of covering their own incompetent mistakes, we’ve been out a car for 8 weeks and are expect to pay our entire savings to get it back. We will never do business here again and will vehemently discourage anyone else from doing so until the situation is rectified.

FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!My good friend took her car here to get her engine repaired and because of the shop’s carelessness and lack of communication, they voided her warranty! Because of this, they are expecting her to pay $8,000 if she wants to get her car back. Their customer service was then rude and disrespectful to her when she tried discussing this issue with them.Due to this shop’s unprofessionalism and lack of empathy towards their customers, I will never take my car here and recommend others steer clear.

BUYER BEWARE!!!THIS PLACE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!Went in to get a nail taken out of 1 of 4 tires purchased in May of 2023.Also had tires rotated.Was told by the young sales guy, not sure what his name was, that my vehicle needed 2 new control arms, shocks, and brakes/new rotors on all 4 tires.The brakes were only 1.5 years old, but I kept that info to myself.Turns out that today when I took my vehicle into my TRUSTED mechanic, only the FRONT BRAKE PADS needed to be replaced, along with ONLY 1 OF THE CONTROL ARMS.Not cool, am not going to be doing business with this establishment in the future!

Was there last Wednesday around 12:30pm. I had a nail in my tire and asked how much it was to patch it, the guy at the front desk saind it was free. He asked if he could see the tired before we proceed and I agreed, he told me that the position of the nail was where it can not be patched and I had to buy a brand new tire from them. The tire has less than 10k miles and the position of the nail was in the middle of the tire which didnt make any sense to me. I went to I tired shop down the street and they patched it for $20 in less than 10 minutes. Just seem like that guy was trying to make a tire sale. What a shame

No words to describe how bad the service is. TERRIBLE SHOP. DO NOT GO. I decided to go because of their high Google rating. Dont be deceived. Customer service rep too busy to greet me and do the intake said he was busy and I had to wait. I had an appointment and store was empty. Then I was told I needed a new tire even though nail was in middle of tire. I left and went to another shop and they fixed the tire in 10 minutes.

Of i could leave a 0 star, i would.I go to get an oil change only,. I spent $900 to $1000. At the end another engine light popped out. Im a single parent. And they dont even try to help you, this guy Jessy, laughing with the other mechanics, when i told them to fix whatever they said. Now my truck, doesnt have any coolant/antifreeze liquid... i would never go back again to that place. They fixed something but they ruin other things. They dont care.

I came home from vacation to find a flat tire. I’d had to put some air in it before I left. Having out of town guests coming the next day, I couldn’t wait. Used their chat feature around 8am and was able to get an appointment for 10! The guys were very nice, professional, and got to my car around 10:30. The store is clean, plenty of space and places to sit down. Turned out there was a nail with a slow leak. Instead of replacing the one tire, I replaced both front tires as the other one had a significant gouge in the sidewall. They also told me about the age of the tires based on the DOT. Recommended I come in 6 months or so to replace the other two, which I will do. Prices were reasonable as well. I was out of there by 11:30, a happy man. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone to this branch of Big Brand Tires multiple times and I enjoy coming here because customer service is always good and I’m never pressured into getting any additional services. Of course they will recommend, but not try to pressure. I needed to get an oil change and replace my tires as they were overdue, and Brett was of great help! He showed us our options on the different tires and asked us in the beginning what we were looking for in our tires, cheapest available or quality. He was able to show us our different options and we decided to go for a mid range price set of tires with good quality. Dropped off the car and was able to pick it up within 4 hours for all the services we needed to get it serviced for. The only thing I can complain about is the amount of time it took to check out during pick up, as one of the engineers didn’t bother putting our paperwork packet (with our car keys in it) back to where they were supposed to so they had to look around for it. No harm no foul, but my husband and I had to be somewhere around the time of pick up so it was just a little inconvenient that it took about 30 mins just to check out. Overall though, service here is usually great and workers are very kind and respectful. The services done to my car is always well done so definitely recommend!

I dont know how to describe my feelings at the moment, but shocked can be a pretty good option. I had a flat tire, brought these guys, and in a short notice they found the nail and fixed it. But the shocking part is that they didnt charge anything, they basically dont charge to fix your flat tires. I mean, I saw that sign earlier but I thought they meant something else and I just didnt think about it. They really didnt accept any money, and the manager, Brett, did it in such an elegant way. He was so friendly and he told me that theyre doing this to give back to the community. Finding a place like this is obviously great, but the better thing is witnessing such a mentality and friendly approach in todays world. By the way, the technician, William, who spotted the nail and fixed it before the time they promised me, deserves applause. Just two days ago I was trying to convince the Ford service that theres a problem, but they couldnt even find anything in two business days. It was such an interesting and uplifting experience. Dropped my car off at Big Brand Tires on a SUNDAY!!!! They had come highly recommended by my big brother who is actually a car guy! He said that BBT has fair pricing, (boy do they) they do great work, (indeed they do) and the technicians are all incredibly nice, (I couldnt agree more)! Made an appointment online for an alignment along with other services to get done. This appointment was made at the beginning if the week for Saturday 11/11 as I know they can get very busy. I arrived 30 minutes early as they tend to be very busy. While getting checked in and going over the service’s needed I was informed the alignment machine was down and had been down for two weeks. The gentleman said he had been asking the district manager almost every day for a status to get it fixed. This is poor business practice and inexcusable as there should be some sort of notice when booking appointments for services should notify the customers it’s unavailable at the moment instead of wasting time to drive there.

I got tires here a month ago and it was a good deal. I needed a battery and an oil change so I thought I would try them out. The initial quoted price for a battery was $40 more than what I was initially quoted. It seemed like they didn’t know about batteries because they couldn’t answer my questions and they said it’s just more money for the battery!

Got a nail Saturday night, come Sunday morning tried reaching out to BMW and all lines and dealership services were closed. So I ended up looking around for tire shops. This was the closest one and I went in expecting usual upselling and taking advantage of customer behavior. I was greeted immediately and was given a time and left. Got a call right on time expecting that I would be told at the very best that I need to get a new tire but nope the rep told me my tire got repaired and I can come and pick it up. Went in to pick up and at the end it was all free and was done at no charge. I dont know how I got lucky with this place given I never bought anything from them but could not be happier.Would definitely recommend these guys.

He took the time to go over everything that was going on with my cat and explain what I needed and did not need. He was honest and did not try to sell me anything I did not need just to make a sale. The customer service was amazing 🤩. There were some issues today. Not enough employees and call center was over booking them. I went in for an oil change, and I was off from work and the thing I was going to do got cancelled. They had the car longer than anticipated but they made up for that. I went in with a patient and grateful heart and everything worked out. Yelling at people rarely makes things better especially when the person you are yelling at isn’t the one at fault. My first time in the Big Brand Tire & Service was a month ago, and I was happy with the service they provided to my car. I had new brakes, new tires and headlights. A week later, I came back again for my car’s bumper that fall apart. So, I went to Big Brand Tire & Service Car Center and talked with the manager, Brett, and I explained the status on my car’s bumper. He without any hesitation took care of my car’s bumper. I was surprised on how he handle professionally the issue. He called an auto-body repair shop and my car was repair in a week! The Big Bran Tire Car Center is an excellent place, because the mechanics and the manager provided excellent service. I hope the Big Brand Tire& Car Service Center’s CEO and leadership hierarchy give the credit that Brett deserves! I had checked their selection online and Big Brand were the most competitive on pricing, and so I scheduled a time to visit and have a set of 4 tires fitted to my car. This is the first time I had been to this location, and right from the outset, the place was great. Easy to find. Plenty of parking and a very modern and nice front office area with customer waiting room. It was spacious with lots of seating and tables scattered around, and because I had pre booked my appointment, around the waiting room are large screens that show todays appointment and where your car is in the process. It is all very efficient. Brett, the store manager, was working the office and greeted me as soon as I arrived. Aside from just being an instantly likable guy, he was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. We confirmed everything that had been scheduled, got the paperwork done and after a quick walk around the car, it was taken to one of the service bays and the work got started. I waited while the new set were fitted to the car, and I was kept updated on progress. I would recommend this store without hesitation, and Brett and his team were just great. I am due a new set of tires soon for another car, and I will certainly be heading back here. Great selection. Great prices. Great team. Great customer service. All in all a very positive experience. You’ve definitely got a new customer.

Edgar did a great job explaining to me that my Camaro had “staggered” tire sizes, and helped me choose a good brand based on my price range.I had them installed the next day because I wasn’t in a rush. My 97 yr old Dad and I were on a trip visiting my Son and Grandchildren in Simi Valley, I had been told by a previous tire shop that I had a bent rim, and the trip Fresno to Simi Valley was a very rough one due to it feeling like tire was going to fall off, well I went out to get ready to leave and front tire was going flat, well my son suggested we go to the closest tire shop and fix flat and check on bent rim, tire shop charged us $75, for a used tire and balancing. They also said rim was fine. Well it felt better but now it felt like the other front tire was bent out flat spot. My son drive it straight to your shop, he had his wifes tires replaced by you on her car. When your employee did inspection of the used tire that had just been replaced, he said it was not a safe tire because black dusty all over it and it had a patch on it and had been driven while it was flat. We were cheated out of our money and our safety. Your tire tech, also said all tires were in bad shape and they were 2007 tires, I had bought the car 3 months ago. They were very knowledgeable and kind. They have us the best tire for best price, have us a coupon for alignment and stay pay closing time to make sure we had everything right and that our safety was most important. My Dad is in a wheelchair and a WW2 veteran and they took time to explain everything. If Id not give to get a second opinion on my tire/rim issues, we probably would have had a bad blow out and got injured, and possibly injured someone else in the process. I will never go to another tire place again. And I now know that going cheaper can be more expensive later, and my Father and I are priceless. Thankyou.

The store is clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Oscar went through all the recommended services, explaining why, what was involved and cost. He gave me a time estimate for completion which was spot on. As they were working on my car they found another problem, so Oscar called and explained that to me. They hD the parts and all the work was completed timely, professionally and at a good price. He even found some coupons which he applied and saved me more money. First time using the particular location. These guys are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. And they removed the nail in my tire and patched it for free! Pretty amazing! I waited for my car inside the air conditioned waiting area and while I was there, I witnessed multiple techs coming in and having super friendly conversations with the customer whos car they just worked on. The conversations were always kept positive and they treated their customers so kindly and personal. You can tell they enjoy what they do (even in the 90 degree weather!). Was great until it wasnt. I was a loyal customer before things went south. My two most recent visits were quiet terrible. Ive taken two cars here and the first car i found a wrench still sitting on the engine after arriving home. This was an honest mistake Im sure but after spending nearly 3k i thought theyd be more careful. When I came home a few days later I opened the hood and I received my car back without an engine cover. When I called, the mechanic said he doesnt remember it having one. I scheduled 4 tire replacement appointment at 3 pm at this store through goodyear website. I reached store by 2:40 pm. I gave the appointment confirmation to a store associate. He told to wait. Smaller company that does a good job of competing with bigger chain tire shops. I took my vehicle to have Big Brand Check out my suspension because something didn’t seem right. Gus the assistant manager very friendly great guy took my vehicle in for inspection the same day ((I was very Luck to get same day service)) The mechanic Sydney lifted my vehicle an showed me that the struts were leaking an the bushing were completely worn out. You don’t get honest mechanics like that anywhere. Who show you the problem an tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. I trust the Big Brand Crew great! Looking forward to returning an having the rest of my vehicles serviced here.

Not only did Oscar give us the Best Customer Service...he communicated every step of the way...from time frame of installing my tires, the inspections, our pricing and of course dealing with both tire and mechanical staff...in making sure my RV is safe for my most precious cargo...my children. I got a great deal on my tires.There was set back as they accidentally damaged one of my wheels in the process. Luckily they took 100% accountability for everything and admitted to there mistakes, they went on replacing my wheel and finishing installing the tires. Highly recommended. I took my Honda Element in and it has this awful noise in the suspension. At first, they thought it was one thing, but it turned out to be another, and they really took the time to isolate the problem. I have only three words: AH. MAZ. ING!! First of all they were open on Labor Day when no one else was and I had two flat tires on my car! I called, made an appointment and they got me right in. Super nice guys, super clean and inviting facility. They took extra time to find the smallest pinhole in one of my tires and removed two nails from the other and repaired both in about 30 mins. And the total cost? ZERO. ZIP. NADA. Yup. They do tire repair for free. Stuart said they do that to demonstrate their customer service in hopes that you’ll think of them when you need tires, or brakes or any of the other services they do. Well, I’ll tell you they have a new customer in me and I’ll be going back to them for tires and all other future service needs. An amazing experience in excellent customer service! Found these guys from a Google search after my regular go-to tire place was slammed. Had a slow leak and needed to get it fixed asap. They were extremely accommodating and because of the convenience, I was able to get an oil change at a better price than usual while they worked on the leak. Unfortunately the leak was not found so we decided to see if it was the air valve which they changed out. Unfortunately the tire still leaked and I went back the next day because their service hours were better than the other local places. They were able to find the leak, order new tires, create a plan since I couldnt wait around, and swap out the tires that day with plenty of time to beat the pm traffic and be home at my normal time. All of the guys working were great; friendly and explained everything that was going on. Waiting area was so much better than most and the bathroom was pretty clean! Im really glad i found these guys and would absolutely recommend!

I have been a big fan of Big Brand for years. Not so much of the Canoga Park location. It takes a LONG time to check in and a LONG time to check out. I have rarely had anyplace up-sell so hard to increase the money you spend, even for services you arent even there for. And beware, they will charge you to diagnose a problem and then tell you car can only be repaired by the dealer. Pretty sure they should have known that; positive they should have disclosed the diagnostic fee up front.

Oscar performed wheel removal, 2 puncture repairs and balancing. I had taken my SUV to another Big tire shop for an alignment. They called and told me I needed new shocks, ball joints and tie rod ends. They wanted to charge me $2000. I got the parts on Amazon for $120 and changed them myself. It took a while but now I know how to do suspensions - - ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks. But the deal breaker was that my wife had spent an entire weekend cleaning up the inside of our SUV and the mechanic at the other shop got grease from his shoes all over the front carpet. To say she was upset would be a complete understatement! After completing the suspension work I took my SUV over to Big Brand and they aligned it Within an hour of dropping it off. Gus was super helpful and I would recommend Big Brand to anyone.

I had a nail in my tire that I needed to have fixed. Big Brand on Topanga Canyon was able to set me up with an appointment the next day and fix it for free. I was told it would be done in an hour and had to wait an hour and a half, but they were good about telling me that they were delayed without me asking.
