Great customer service and mechanical expertise. Two members of the shop stayed late and took their time with my vehicle as if it was their own. They mounted four brand new wheels and tires to make my vehicle look amazing. Greatly appreciate Angel and Mikes efforts.

Went to C****o for tires they told me They had to order them and would take two days, one week pass and nothing.Come to get info about tires and got out within an hour and a half with a full set of beautiful tires! Way to go BIG BRAND TIRES!!!

Went to Big Brand Tires in Camarillo today as a walk in to have a low pressure warning light looked at. The team was able to find a screw in one of my tires, repaired it and sent me on my way in less than hour. This was on a busy Saturday without an appointment. My total charge for the repair was $0!!! That’s right, it was free!!! Great job!!!

Awesome experience! So easy to schedule appointment online, showed up, super friendly staff, fixed my flat tire and made time to do an unscheduled oil change on the spot. Was told it would be about an hour to complete the service and my car was ready in an hour. REALLY appreciate the excellent customer service AND excellent job done by the techs! Took our car in to fix an issue recently. The team assessed the problem, communicated with us effectively and were extremely helpful in fixing the car quickly and within that same day. They were super understanding of us needing to get the car back quickly and even stayed past closing time. I’m sure they don’t want to do that all the time, so this review is not to promote that aspect. Just wanted to highlight how dedicated they were to help us!

Service with a while. Came in with a nail in a tire and of course Im blabbing away that I need to learn to fix it myself. The young gentleman was very kind, but explained that it was better I brought it in. He proceeded to explain that they do not just plug it, but also patch it. The most unprofessional customer service I’ve dealt with at a repair shop, they said they can redo my alignment when I have aftermarket parts for ANOTHER $100.(I just put aftermarket parts in before bringing it for the alignment.) The technician that worked on my vehicle seemed to either lack experience or had neglected simple problem solving skill which would’ve been to call the customer with any question on parts they’re unfamiliar with. This is not the first occasion that I’ve had a problem with this specific big brand. I dont normally write reviews unless it’s something others should know about. I would Not recommend them to anyone. Take a trip to the simi.valley Big Brand for a significantly better experience.

My car flashed a tire pressure sensor fault warning this morning on my drive to work. My coworker recommended Big Brand to me, so I gave them a call and they got me in same day. They were very friendly and changed my sensor battery within an hour. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need my car serviced!

Just picked up my Toyo Proxes for my 2001 ML55 AMG. Every time that I go, they are friendly and realistic (about scheduling, turn around time, costs, and suggestions). I stopped by Big Brand in Camarillo yesterday with no appointment. I needed one tire to replace my spare, and I wanted something inexpensive.The man at the counter (I forgot to get his name) was very friendly, didnt try to up sell me, and said they probably could squeeze me in between a couple of larger jobs. He gave me a wait time of 20 minutes, but I was paid up and gone in 15.Im extremely happy with my experience, and will definitely go back.

I’ve taken my truck here for the last 3 oil changes and it’s quick and they do a good job. I did some shopping around and BBT is definitely cheaper than the drive thru oil change spots in Camarillo. They also include a tire rotation with all oil changes which isn’t included at the drive thru spots.

Unfortunately I had a flat tire and the nail was in the middle of the tire. I had to go to 4 different tire shops. They didn’t want to help me because it was around 4:30 and 4:45pm. American tire, Firestone told me they are all booked for next couple days. I’ve to come Wednesday. They weren’t even interested. Then I came at big brand around 5pm. They were very professional and took care of me right away. They have a nice waiting area with couple vending Machine big TV. Jonathan and Anthony were very kind. They wiped my stress In a minute. Even though I live at Thousand Oaks but will be coming back in future.

I’ve used this shop a couple time due to location so close to work, Well today or should I say tonight was the last time they will get my business. Went in for a set of new tires which wasn’t cheap by any means, $2200 with alignment to be exact, and when I dropped off the truck sales guy asked what time do I need the truck back by I told him 4pm, he said no problem. No call by 4:30 so I show up anyways because my ride back over there was leaving work. Long story short didn’t get my truck back till 6:50pm. Sales guy makes up an excuse about how the alignment take more time, maybe they need to train the right techs for the right job, I can align this truck in. my driveway faster and better than they did. Anyways paid full price and 3hrs after the original compleation time and now i’m driving home in the freeway and the truck pulls a lot harder to the right than it did when I dropped it off. Needless to say ai now have to take more time out of day and take the truck back to get re aligned or hopefully just get refunded for the alignment cost so I can take it to a real alignment shop. This is one of many incidents that me and my coworkers/friends have had to deal with at this location I really hope corporate can get this location figured out or atleast get this location under new management because as of now we will no longer be using this location for service and will be recommending somewhere else to friends and family. I really hope people read these comments and take their business elsewhere. Plenty of other shops around that will actually take care of you and have your serviced done in time and done correctly.

I was the first person here at 8 on the dot, it’s now 1130. I’ve been here for 3.5 hours waiting for an oil change. It may be quicker if you have an appointment, that’s my opinion. I walked in and waited 3.5 hours But I have to pay full price with no discounts for my time waisted. Will recommend definitely trying some where else. The customer service is the only reason why I gave more than one star.

There comes a time when squeezing the last dime out of reliable past customers defeats the $ advantage. I am a long time customer and I get increasingly discouraged with each visit. This time I was in for a balance and one tire had a screw. Said they could not do it and I would have to buy new until I reminded them of road hazard warranty and they all of a sudden determined that it could be repaired.

Great service! Very fast! I usually expect about 2 hours for a rotation and an alignment, they had me in and out. I made an appointment online and set up everything in advance. When I came in, Harrison checked in my car. When I told him I would be waiting, he checked to give me an accurate time. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me. We were heading out of town yesterday when I got a notice that the tire pressure in one of my tires was low. I pulled over and found a good size nail sticking out of my tire. I called around to a few places and most were closed because it was Sunday. I found Big Brand that was a little over a mile away, and OPEN. Harrison was able to fit us in in between appointments and had us back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Big shout to the whole crew over there. I am now a BIG FAN of Big Brand!!

Limped to this shop on a Sunday morning after getting up and finding we had a flat in a rear inside tire on the RV. Most shops were closed, and they usually only take appointments on Sundays, but Harrison did us a solid and fixed the flat an got us on the road in between previously scheduled appointments... and didnt charge us! Found out at 2 pm that I needed new tires. The first place I went told me that they didn’t have any tires in stock for a Prius C and suggested I try Big Brand. Sure enough, I took my car over at 2:30 pm and by 5:30 pm same day, I drove out with 4 tires and fixed alignment! Excellent, courteous service!

Today I had an appointment and was a few minutes early, I was told my wait time would be about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I watched 2 different customers pull in get out of their vehicles about 15-20 minutes after I sat down. I saw a service technician place a plastic cover on the first customers seat and drive it to be serviced. A few minutes later the other customers car. For 3 minutes short of an hour I looked at my car as the people who arrived after me left. I only came for 2 tires, and had an appointment, was early. Then after almost exactly 2 hours I pay and noticed ALL of my windows are down, this is only a problem because one doesnt roll up! Maybe Im just upset because my experience the last time was fine. Bad experience. They made no attempt to correct other thanIm sorry for about that sir.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am, Called to confirm my appointment early in the morning. Person on the phone said that the call center hadn’t re-scheduled my appointment but they would “squeeze me in at that time”. Since they mentioned they had availability anytime after noon. I re-scheduled again to 12:30pm. I checked in at about 12:10pm. At 3:00pm my car had not been touched. BTW, waiting area sucks.

Same-day appointment hassle-free, reasonable wait-time for me since other cars were already being worked on, so waiting an hour-ish wasnt too bad at all plus, a nice cool breeze blowing in southward even if you sit outside. I got 4 brand new tires installed, realignment and 6 yr warranty, all of which came to $501 - Great deal compared to $880 *(4-tires)* quote i was given from a dealership. Also surprisingly, the womens restroom was well-kept very clean! 👏👏👏 Highly recommend their products and service.👍

I made a 12:45 appointment to have a nail in my tire fixed. When I arrived, I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours to get fixed. (Terrible to have to wait that long with a scheduled appointment). After waiting 2 hours I inquired as to the status especially since my car was sitting in the same spot out front and hadn’t moved. Employee checked and said my car would be next. After waiting another 30 minutes I asked for my keys and left. Can you imagine going to a doctors/dentist/(any appointment) for a scheduled appointment and they have you wait 3 hours before they even see you? Terrible appointment system they have at Big Brand. 3 hours of my life I won’t get back. If you value your time, I don’t recommend this establishment.

I scheduled an appointment for all 4 new tires today at 3 PM. I arrived early for my appointment and was able to qualify for a $100 off promo they were giving. The man that checked me in let me know since I was waiting there with my 6 year old son, it’d take about an hour and a half. 2 hours worst case scenario. Long story short, I waited 2 hours and 40 minutes before my car was done WITH an appointment. As I checked out I asked the gentleman behind the desk if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience of having to wait so long, and he advised me “no, you already have $100 off, there’s nothing further I can do”. I’m sorry I qualified for the promo the company is giving, I still spent $630 out of pocket! That’s not even the worse part of the story! I get all the way home, and I see my house keys are missing OFF my keychain! I had to call and rush back over to pick up my keys after describing them to an associate over the phone. So not only did they waste my time, they wasted my gas too! I AM NOT HAPPY! I will not be going here ever again!

Only one thing I could have asked for..calling me to tell me my car was ready.I was greeted, and asked to wait. I use a cane and the service writer asked me if Id like a chair.He was professional. We discussed my options for a set of 4 tires. He made some across the board recommendations based on my needs. Pricing from $600-700 up to $1500.When I picked up the car put the charges on my BigBrands credit card giving me 6 months to pay with no interest. That was a life safer around the holidays.I like this store a lot. And they have always been able to fill my needs promptly.

Came in last week for a tire repair. Upon additional inspection, they told me my rear brakes were in bad condition and worn all the way down. Even mentioned I might need my rotars replaced. It sounded a bit fishy seeing I just had my regular mechanic do an oil change the week before. I declined the brake service and took it to my mechanic. He just called and said there is still 4mm on my rear brakes and that I do not need brake service yet. So disappointed that I can no longer trust Big Brand to have my best interest at heart.

Very disappointed. Booked an oil change on my Honda at 5pm. Arrived early at 4.30pm. was told that I would have an hours wait. However at 6.20pm my car had still not been taken in! Unacceptable. I should have been notified, I was after all waiting in their office! I bring all 3 of my cars in for service and have spent thousands of dollars over the years. No more. Mitchell took care of our vehicle today. He was extremely polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He even went as far as to connect with me about his own experience with his vehicle, which made me feel he was more than a salesman. Mitchell took it an extra step even further to give me extremely helpful information about my wife’s vehicle which we will continue to take both of vehicles to this locations. Won’t call to update you about your car, and when you call them, they grossly underestimate the time your vehicle will be ready, leaving you hanging for several hours or even days. They also installed a “faulty part” on our brake system causing us to have inefficient braking which could have been very dangerous. So, I scheduled an appointment for 2 new tires. I told them the exact brand and size I needed. The scheduling center set everything up and then when I showed for my appointment my tires weren’t there. I was frustrated, but the manager jumped through hoops to make it right. I picked up my car 4 hours later with discounted upgraded tires and ahead of the promised time! They had to even go pick up the tires from another location! Because they worked extra hard to correct the mistake and then some, they went from never going back to a happy customer.

I hate to do this to these guys. They really are overachievers in the friendly department. However, after a comically terrible chain of experiences, I cant imagine this group being any less prepared for dentistry than tire changes.After damaging a wheel, we concluded they would replace it. It was set to arrive the following Monday. After no communication, I call on Wednesday morning. Someone tells me they have the wheel and they will call when its ready. I received a call that afternoon that the wheel had been dropped, and it too would need to be replaced, which would happen the following Monday. Another Monday comes and goes with no communication. I call yesterday (Thursday). They happily have the new wheel and will be putting a guy on it right now.When I show up, they can not find this wheel and tire anywhere. Theyre going bay to bay, phones to ears, looking for this thing. Im finally told that someone named Greg was responsible for the wheel and that he had left the store for the day. Furthermore, there was nothing they could do until the next day. I requested a refund and was told that was Gregs job too and he couldnt do that. Then the guy telling me all of this somehow refunded me $250 and says sorry. it sounds like that was just some bad luck as if the shop that mishandled 3 consecutive orders, over more than 2 weeks for a single wheel and tire was somehow not doing this themselves. lolGod bless these guys, or something. Be careful about their free services. They are only a trap. Brought my vehicle in for an alignment and their complimentary check called for a full brake and rotor replacement. At the shop, I had to negotiate the final price to honor the internet price; the appointment was made online on the same day. Service took over an hour and a half after estimated time to be ready while waiting at the shop. Employees were still working on my vehicle when the shop closed and I made the mistake to go outside to make a phone call. Worst Service! Took an appointment in Jan 2021 during COVID and then reached there on time for New Tires. Was told it will be done in an hour and half with alignment check. Not the greatest experience. I used their online tire size search function and according to their web page my car has 15 tires. They called me and said that it actually takes 16 tires. They said that the new price was eight dollars more per tire. I wasnt thrilled but I agreed to pay the additional funds. When I got there to pickup my car they informed me that the tires were $12 more than their website originally quoted me. I refused to pay the $12 and reluctantly they reduced it back to eight dollars more per tire. They should not have charged me anything extra per tire above the original quote. Their website was in err, and just like a barcode at any store ringing items up above the shelf price, or in this case advertised by their own website price, they should have charged me according to that. In addition they offered a free engine inspection which they did not do at all.Its now almost two weeks later and still their website still has not been updated. If you enter the details for my car it gives the result of the incorrect tire size and therefor quotes the wrong price for this vehicles tires.This review was responded to and though I was told that the store manager would look into the problem and get back to me, I have heard nothing else from them.I want my $30 dollars refunded to me. I could have taken my car to another shop and got a better price than what I was charged by this company.I feel that this was a bait and switch quote. Especially because the website is still inaccurate.The owner wrote to me and said they were going to Immediately work on resolving this issue for me, but there has been no further communication.

I reminded them that they had told me that they checked to make sure the tire was there at the location. then I asked why cant they do the job today like we agreed on. I told them my appointment was set up already. They told me they dont have the tire. I said, I thought you already checked? He said the shop doubled checked and could not find the correct tire. I told him I was very dissatisfied with this situation. now I had to stop what I was doing and call the next shop...one I hate, Americas tire depot. I hate their service but at least they will stick to my appointment and not flake. If Big Brand redeems themselves next time I will write good review.

I have been going to Big Brand Tire in Camarillo for years, and it’s gotten worse and worse. The last time I was there after a break job my car sounded like the rotor was falling off and the wheels weren’t balanced so I had to pull over and have them come pick me up, and after they balanced the wheel they had no answer for the grinding sound from the rotor and said they can’t do anything for me. Then I go back recently to get my wife’s car aligned paid $100 and the car was worse after they aligned it! Then they did my breaks and quoted me for both axels and they did only the front brakes but charged me the same for both ! And I had to go back again because my car was shaking when I braked because they never looked at my rear brakes but said they were fine and they ended up needed to be replaced as well! So I had to pay again for the rear brakes! I will going elsewhere to get service.

Very good company. We install for their employees and they give us a bit of a break when we need it for our tire needs. Great help from Mitchell and co when my new Maserati hit an object on 101 puncturing the front left tire (and that of two other cars). They explained what was going on w the supply chain for tires, helped me get the right ones, and discovered rear tire misalignment even with only 4k miles and fixed it after which it drove much better than it had off the lot. They then brought the same service with a smile to take care of tire and other maintenance issues for the two older cars in our household.

So annoyed. I made an appointment at 9 for an oil change and I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before they even took my car back to work on it. It took them over 30 minutes to change it. If they had started at 9 when i made the appointment I wouldnt be pissed. Dont make an appointment and then expect them to service your car for your appointment time.
