I had worked with Big Ben Mounts before so when I bought a new tv that needed to be mounted - they were my first call. And like before, they exceeded expectations. They are the best of the best and I HIGHLY recommend them. Shlomi also advised on an additional tv that I was looking to purchase, arranged the purchase and installed it. Shlomi is the best, he makes you feel like family and takes care of you like it. He really took care us even though our project spanned months. without missing a beat he showed up and never left me hanging and he beat all the competitors rates. Knows his stuff and didnt change his prices after seeing our house or finding out we were on TV, which most vendors do to us to try and make a little more. He rewired the AV for our whole home during our full house renovation.

Honestly, I was a little suspicious of so many 5 star reviews but these guys are the real deal. Mounted our 77in tv and sound bar in less than an hour, hid all the cables beautifully and left no mess. Absolutely would recommend and will be calling them again for any mounting job or electrical work. Thanks guys!!

Incredible service and professionalism. They mounted a very expensive 77 inch Sony A95L and 55 inch LG C1 in two rooms in what felt like 30 minutes. Both mounts are perfect, aligned, and exactly where we wanted them to be. They also used better screws than what came with the mounts to make sure they’re extra secure. He also ran all the cables through the wall so they’re out of view. I highly recommend Big Ben Mounts for anyone who is looking for professional great work they can rely on. I’ll be hiring them again for future jobs around the house. Thank you!!

Excellent job! Mounted 75” Frame Samsung TV and Sonos Arc. Told me he’ll get here around 8am-9am, and got here exactly at 8am and finished the job within an hour. Knows what he’s doing, and very professional and friendly.

Absolutely stellar!!! Can’t recommend Shalom enough 😊 He got here early and installed our 85 inch tv in record time (honestly it only took him about 20 minutes - we were amazed!). Shlomi installed a TV and Sonos Beam in our outdoor patio. He’s a licensed electrician, so there’s no extension cables in walls here! Shlomi installed an exterior outlet for our patio TV and installed an outlet on the interior of the wall for a second TV.Installation was professional, clean, and done in a very timely manner. Shlomi was communicative both during scheduling and the installation process. He was prompt, honest in his estimate, and very fair.I would definitely call him again if we weren’t running out of wall space!

Their 5-star rating is 100% deserved.I needed a smart doorbell installed. Shalom was patient, supportive, and friendly the entire time. Im a fairly technical person, but I never sensed a hint of impatience or annoyance or superiority when he would ask me a question and I had no clue.The morning he arrived was also colder and breezier than expected, and yet he did not rush the project, did not rush me (when I had to set up the base unit upstairs for ~10 minutes), and only made jokes about how cold it was.It was just a simple smart doorbell installation, and yet:* he solved every minor problem (e.g., the new doorbell was thinner than the old one)* he anticipated problems before they happened (e.g., asking for a base plate that I misplaced, reminding me to take a cord with me while syncing the doorbell to its base unit)They earned a loyal customer.

Im delighted I opted for Big Bens services instead of attempting the task myself or considering another company. Rather than sending just one person, they dispatched a team of two to remove one TV mount and install two additional ones. This efficiency saved a significant amount of time, thanks to their speedy work. The team exhibited professionalism and friendliness, guiding me on suitable and unsuitable wall areas for TV mounting. Additionally, they even brought their own vacuum to clean up any dust generated during the screw installation. I will definitely choose their services again should I acquire another large TV.

I had come over to install a 85 LED along with (4) in-ceiling Klipsch surround speakers for my 7.1 sound system. In addition, i had him fish Cat 6 ethernet cable between my computer room and my home theater room. I provided them with my own customizeable Keystone wall plates with banana plug jacks, ethernet jack, and coaxial jack for a very tidy wallplate install. Install went perfect and they patched the walls very nicely so i can easily paint them myself. They also installed some Philipe Hue Play Gradient Lightstrips on my TV prior to install I bought my 4 Klipsch surround speakers directly from Big Ben since they offered very competitive prices for these speakers. Also had them wall mount an older Samsung 32 plasma in the kitchen. Loved the fact they wore covers over their shoes so they dont dirty my floor and used tarps and vacums to minimize debris on the floors.I would highly recommend these folks for any small or big installs!

We hired Big Ben Mounts to install a TV about our 1970’s brick fireplace. It was not an easy job and we have built in bookshelves next to the fireplace that could’ve been an issue. Not for Big Ben Mounts. Shlomi found a way to run the electrical through the wall and fireplace and created a BEAUTIFUL display! I am so happy with the final product! They are incredible! They arrived on time, cleaned and patched everything and we have a beautifully mounted TV over our fireplace without any exposed wires. Please please PLEASE give them a call! You will not regret it! These guys are the best. I have used them before and been really happy with their service. That was pre Pandemic. Yesterday I crossed my fingers and called hoping they were still available. Jackpot! My wife wanted a new TV and selected what she wanted. In less than 24 hours after I called the TV was perfectly mounted on the wall and fully functional. Happy Wife Happy Life and my wife thinks Im the genius. All I did was call these guys and let them do what they do best. You will be happy when you do the same.

Wow! They went above and beyond! I started trying to mount my tv myself but the job soon became too complicated because I was mounting over a fireplace. Shalom was responsive to my messages and gave me so much advice before even being hired for the job. Last year I did a remodel of our bonus room and originally planned to hire the whole thing out, but realized that my unique wants for the room required me to do a chunk of it myself and ask contractors to come and go at different times, doing portions of the project here and there until it was complete. Many contractors were hesitant or unwilling to be flexible in this regard but Big Ben Mounts was incredibly helpful in accommodating me and my plans. I think he came over a total of 4 or 5 times between consultations, parts deliveries, and installations. I did all the demo work in the room as well as some soundproofing in the walls. Big Ben ran all the electrical wire, much of the speaker wire, and installed new recessed lights, ceiling speakers, outlets, and provided some equipment for my system that I was having a hard time finding or researching myself.Big Ben was super responsive via phone call and text, too, which I have found, oddly enough, to be a rare quality in contractors.100% would and will use these guys again. Thank you, Shlomi, for helping me create this awesome home theater space!!!

As others have said, Shlomi is absolutely the best! I first reached out to inquire about his TV mounting service, specifically mounting onto a rock fireplace. What other installers said would be tricky, Shlomi handled with professionalism and ease. The quality of his work is exceptional. Additionally, they covered up the holes left by the other service. And you can’t even see them. We booked our initial service through Samsung, so we thought it would be great. Don’t bother. Couldnt be happier with my experience with them. Contacted him and he was at my house at 7:30 AM the next day to do an evaluation and give me a quote. Two days later he was back to do the work.We ran into an issue where we found out that my receiver was defective and he couldnt do what we originally planned. However, after letting me know what the workaround would cost (a lot), he came up with another workaround on the spot that took less than 10 minutes to complete and gave me the same result, for literally no cost.Professional, clean, and punctual, cant beat that combo.

Had a fantastic experience! I reached out to have them do a rather complex mount of my Samsung Frame TV and needed them to also re-route some electric and install a box in the wall to house the Samsung One Connect box. I needed to have my coaxile cable replaced from the utility closet which is located on the back of a 6 unit townhouse building. The coaxile cable was pulled though my neighbors garage ceilings between the utility closet into my unit and up through the interior ceilings to my main cable junction. The work was professional, clean and done in a time efficient manner. You cant see where the ceiling and walls were cut into and repaired. Sholmi and Miguel did an excellent job!

Shlomi is a total pro--you can tell that he knows his stuff inside out and is very proud of his work (and rightfully so!). He gave excellent recommendations for the right type of mounting hardware and the speed at which he and his colleague completed the installation was incredible--especially given the work involved. No detail is overlooked, including patching up the wall from the previous mount. I will definitely be coming back to him next time I need a flatscreen mounted.

Bing Bong! Big Ben is the best. He installed my surround sound speakers through my walls and ceiling. Not only was his estimate 1/2 -2/3 lower than anyone else, he was the only one who also patched any holes he makes in your ceiling and walls. I made the mistake of buying thick gage wire which made his job harder, but he didnt complain. And when I ran out of wire and he had to use some of his own - he didnt raise the price. Forget the rest, Ben is the best!

We moved into a new place that had a 1980s mirror over our fireplace that spanned 6 feet by 9 feet. Very Miami Vice!!! But we hated it and couldnt get our surround set up with 55 TV/Marantz/B&W setup, over the fireplace without this monstracity being removed first. Shlomi (AKA: The God, AKA: Shlo(HD)mi) came in, gave us an amazing price to remove the mirror, AND install the living room with ridiculous surround AND provided an awesome subwoofer AND flat speakers that fit flush on the wall surrounding the TV, AND mount my TV in the kitchen AND install my other surround in my media room/office!!! Who the hell does that??? That mirror was scary to watch being demo-ed but Shlomi came in, with his partner in crime, Miguel AKA: Micky/MiMi, and knocked it out in no time! Faster than I even Imagined! Their work was BEYOND clean, meticulous and extremely professional. Everything was done in less than 48 hours! FAST AF! And so damn clean! I feel like im living in an episode of MTV CRIBS (minus the millions of dollars and im old) everyday now!Also, as Shlomi/Miguel was installing my TV in the kitchen, he discovered a potential fire hazard (done by previous lazy electricians).
