We bought our home 14 years ago using Mike Sannes as the buyers broker and had a great experience. When it came time for us to sell, we selected Mike Sannes as our listing broker, and once again made the right decision. In this largely 2nd home mountain location where demand can be fickle, Mike generated two competing offers for us within the first week of listing the property, and successfully guided us to completion of the sale within 45 days from the date we listed our home for sale! Mike did a outstanding job working with me to sell my property in Big Bear. He is very knowledgeable in the area and an expert on the current market. We had several issues with the property that caused it to fall out of escrow in 2020. Mike took on the project again in early 2021, worked around the problems and sold the property in two days at a price 13% higher than the 2020 sale price. In addition, to play safe, Mike got a backup offer exceeding the 2021offer by 2%. Mike communicated at every step on a timely basis and produced execution documents within hours of making a decision. I would highly recommend Mike Sannes and his team to anyone in the process of selling their property.

Had a great experience when I used Mike Sanes to purchase our Big Bear vacation home in 2013 so naturally asked him to be our listing agent when we decided to sell it in 2021. Mike and his team are very responsive including being proactive with updates without having to ask. The team was readily available to assist in each step including being on-site for us to cover appraisal and inspections since our primary residence was 150 miles away. They even took back our cable company equipment to Spectrum for us when escrow closed

We love Maureen Auer and the whole Mike Sannes ReMax team. Way back in 2009, my wife and I went up to Big Bear to see if our little bit of savings might allow us to take advantage of the price drops of the big recession of ’08. We found the lovely and energetic Maureen Auer, then with another Realtor, and she found us this wonderful property. We always enjoyed our times in Big Bear, and she found us the perfect location right between Big Bear City and The Lake to call our own.Fourteen years later, with a ton of memories of family and friends, and the opportunity to AirBnB when we weren’t using the property (under the excellent management of AirBnB super-hosts Mario and Ivette Ruiz). But, now near retirement, we decided to sell.Mike and Maureen expertly helped us price our “turn-key AirBnB rental getaway” and even in a ‘softening’ market we got a solid offer that first weekend, which turned into the final escrow closer.There were some bumps along the way which Mike and the team expertly guided us through, like the discovery of ground termites and the dog enclosure that encroached on our neighbor’s yard, but with Mike’s Sanne’s network of local contractors we got that immediately sorted and it didn’t slow escrow closing down one bit.We really never got the chance to raise many concerns or questions during the process before one member of the team or another was already on it! Mike is a fantastic realtor! He managed to sell our house for a fair price and get us into the home of our dreams all in two months time. Mike is really good at finding homes that he knows would appeal to your tastes and location. He wont waste your time looking at homes you wouldnt possibly be interested in. He stays on top of all new listings and immediately notifies you if there is a home, he thinks you would like. Hes also very actively involved in getting your home sold. He will do open houses, marketing, whatever it takes. Hes someone you can count on to be truly professional. And hes a nice guy.

Mike showed me everything I wanted to see and didnt show any bias or try to steer me one way or another. He offered great advice about the area. He had good ideas in terms of an offer. Mike was very patient and accommodating as an agent working with a buyer. We looked at many, many properties - some we even went back to in the same day. I would definitely recommend him. He also helped me find some contractors in the area. And, he keeps in touch pretty regularly.

Mike Sannes was the realtor we used to sell our home in Big Bear. Unfortunately, we realized too late that he was more interested in helping the buyer of our home. For the entire time our house was in escrow he incessantly hounded us for what we could do for or give to the buyers . Everything from asking if they could move their household items in before we closed the transaction to requesting we give them furniture and appliances. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience overall. Were glad to be done...
