The place is fun, theres plenty for the kids to do, very spacious. Weekends are probably not the best time to visit due to birthday parties. Its a little messy, crowded and dirty, but you cant expect anything else given the number of kids :). Customer service can be improved though, it seems like the place is ran by kids. Front desk is not very interested in providing customer service. Parking is going to be challenging

Decent space - the kids have fun, jumping, climbing in the structures, dodge ball area and laser room.But they really need to remodel and make it more comfortable for the many parents who are trying to sit. They’ve removed the sofas with stains on them but they only have two sofas left so they still need more adult sitting space. Some of the attractions are beaten up by the kids, the bull pen is never open and the rotating arm is often damaged.One warning it does get very crowded on the weekends with birthday parties with limited areas to sit and wait.

SO.MUCH.FUN! Great for the whole family, my husband and I even loved jumping with our 3 year old! There are so many trampolines, and different activities for several trampoline areas. We went on a Sunday and it was crowded, but we were still able to do everything when we wanted to. It’s expensive when paying for a family, but I also attended Toddler Time and that was a great value.

Good service and good vibe overall. Practical place to burn energy for kids. Especially in bad weather. However the facility constantly has broken equipments. It seems the owner just let them be as long as cash comes in. It must have something to do with a lot of people choose annual membership over jump pass. The latter is quite expensive comparing with membership. I would be unhappy buying a $30 jump pass just to find out 1/4 equipment is out of service.

We visited with our kids and few of their friends. The biggest difficulty imo was that there was only a water fountain at furthest point from where the food was... we did order pizzas which were pretty good. The wait to get in was a bit high too because we had a big group of first timers and so it was hard to get everyone going without the staff helping much.

I had fun, theres stuff here for everyone. Boxing machine in the back right near the restrooms, maze, battle-beam, etc. Are all cool things for kids, teen, and young adults to do. Its a little pricey but I think you get what you pay for, especially when you come with your friends. It wouldnt hurt to clean some of the out-of-bounds areas.

We went here for my granddaughters birthday party. The workers were great and the pizza surprisingly good but...there was no air conditioning and it was MISERABLE. We were put in a party room which had 1/3rd of the neon lights working. The room was dingy and completely uninviting. The entire place felt dirty. The 7 year olds didnt care but I would never have chosen it if I had checked it out in person, rather than over the internet first. When my son complained he was given a discount.

Last 3weeks in toddler time, I was badly injured here and didnt have any staff around to help. The mats were deflated and I sprained my ankle badly. So that day I went to the ER and now Im living very uncomfortable. Its terrible to think that my child was injured for me that day. I wonder if youve checked the equipment to make sure its well maintained. I tried to talke with staff but they were not answer the phone so where should i reach to call or email?

Fun place to play. Overall staff is great. We did encounter one area that needed looking after and pointed it out to the staff who got a manager for us. One of the carabiners holding up a swinging rope was not closed properly. We did speak to the manager on duty and made sure they saw the problem but nothing was done about it. We stayed for at least additional 30 minutes and no one came to repair or remove from service the improperly fastened equipment. I visited with my 18 month old at 10am on a Thursday for the toddler time and you would assume it would be clean since it had just opened. But this place is absolutely disgusting and looks as though it has never been cleaned. Trash on the floors, no soap in the bathrooms, toilets clogged, the floors are black with dirt and grime. We lasted only 20 minutes because I was so disgusted! I would never visit this location again.

Two of the activities werent open while we were there. I thought they may have been broken, but when I asked about it, they went ahead and turned them on. Unfortunately, we only had 30 minutes left at that point.The restrooms were not good. There was an extremely pungent smell. One cubicle had been closed off. One sink was out of order. Another sink was full to the brim with water. The floor was very dirty. But really, the smell was overwhelming.The staff were friendly and approachable, and the rest of the facility was clean enough. They were also very relaxed about us leaving when our time was up.

I had high expectations for a trampoline park but this place exceeded those expectations. Its so much more than trampolines. It was so much fun for the whole family. There is a laser room, bull riding, rock climbing, basketball, a ninja corse, and trampolines.

Overall was a good fun place for the kids. The host Joey was cool and helpful as well. The only thing that bothered me was that we reserved a party section from 2-4:30 and we were told that we could start setting the decorations up at 1:45 as the prior party that reserved the section would be there until 1:30. Well 1:45 came and the prior party was still there taking pictures. We asked the worker that checked us in, when will we be able to set up as the prior party is still there? They worker replied with “I don’t know but your host will come get you when it’s ready. Then 2pm came (the time we paid money for to reserve the section) and the prior party was still there. We didn’t get into our section until 2:10pm. But once it was our time coming up to leave, they had no issues with coming to tell us we have to be out by 4:30.

We came into Big Air this past Monday with my 11 year old nephew who was looking forward to using the bull pen and batter beam in particular. We paid for three tickets and multiple machines were broken/closed (including the bull pen, the batter beam, and the extreme dodge) which we were not told about prior to entering. We spent 30 minutes bouncing and then every subsequent machine we asked to utilize we were told was out of order/closed, which is unacceptable and seemingly false advertising.My 11 year old nephew (a return customer) was extremely disappointed with the experience and we left after the half hour. This was very disheartening as I only see my nephew a few times a year and our time together is very limited.We were unable to reach a resolution with the staff for a proper refund or explanation.*** Management has since reached out. Resolutions was reached quickly.

It was not worth the $33.00 for 2 hrs for a 62 yr old. And 2 parents to each have to play as we only did 30 mins at most. Big teenager boys Hugh group unsupervised n got in a Hugh fight 2 of them I had to break it up as small kids are around.

On November 19th 2023, we attended a birthday party at Big Air(23251 Avenida De La Carlota) for our sons classmate. In the dodge ball area, there were no staff member supervising. A bigger child crossed the center line (which violated the game rules) and approached my 8-year-old son, forcefully hitting him in the head with a ball at very close range. My son was immediately knocked to the ground, clutching his head. However, the child did not stop there; he struck my sons face again at a closer range with another ball. I quickly intervened and called over staff members from the adjacent area. The child initially refused to admit his actions until other unfamiliar children testified against him. They saw we were talking to the staff about it and they came over and wanted to prove that they saw that boy hit the little boy (my son) really hard at a very close distance.The staff called in the manager, but to our infutuation, the manager began by saying that the child didnt do it intentionally. When we brought in the testifying children to confirm that it was intentional, the manager changed his stance, claiming that the child had already apologized. He asserted that there was nothing more he could do and suggested that if we were dissatisfied, we could leave and receive a refund.My son experienced two close-range blows to the head, complaining of dizziness immediately after. He rested for a long period afterward, and we will continue to monitor his condition. We are extremely angry about the managers inaction! We will retain the right to pursue legal action.

Update** I just want to say that I called today and Erica was incredibly helpful going out of her way to ask questions to find out the answers to the several questions I asked her. I felt bad because I know she was running back and forth to help me and the other customers at big air, I even told her I could find out the answer on the website, and she said, no, I want you to know the answer because its members night and I dont want you to make a decision that could possibly hinder you from having a great experience. She helped me so much and they was zero hesitation or irritation in her voice. There arent a lot of people like that these days. So when you do come across one, make sure to let them know they are doing a great job. XOBELOW YOU WILL FIND MY ORIGINAL POST:I love this place!!!! This place is really good to take your kids they can exercise and play at the same time you can just sit back and relax while you watch them burn all that energy you can read a book or catch up with your e-mails or bring your computer while youre waiting for them theres outlets around the tables in the cafeteria area and some couches for your convenience.

My kids love this place and always meet friends everytime we come. We now do the monthly passes but have had annual memberships in the past. My only gripe is that certain attractions always seem to be down like the Orbitor and the Bull. I highly reccomend this spot if you have kids under 8.*On a side note, I want to commend Manager Nathan. He was put in a difficult position during our Labor Day jump session and had to navigate a tough situation. While dealing with that situation, I was not so pleasant about what was happening and acted poorly while trying to look out for my kids and any other kids affected. After everything had finally calmed down, he was very mature and professional in how he handled it all. I think hes a great manager.

Attended a birthday party last night and our party host Nile was the MOST helpful and attentive host we have ever had! He was always present and available and was even serving drinks and chicken tenders to the tables, wiping the cart, just going above and beyond. Ok, so as far as entertainment for a toddler this place is awesome. I wanted to love it, really. We have so much fun.My problem is that this place needs a lot of maintenance . It looks like is falling apart. The bathrooms are disgusting!!There wasn’t much toilet paper left or soap, ALL the toilets were dirty (some of them looked like there haven’t been cleaned in months) and it was just 10 in the morning.The floor hasn’t been vacuumed in a while.

Convenient location is a big plus. Their footprint is large enough to accommodate many kids at any given time. The downsides are the cramped parking lot which really makes parking a challenge and the lack of air conditioning (or maybe they just didnt turn it on) which is rough in hot weather. They had the doors open and fans blowing when we were there but that was far from adequate in a place where kids are running and jumping nonstop. I would go back but only in cooler weather.

Weve been here several times before but this particular time we came for a birthday party. They had so many birthday parties booked that it seemed as though the hosts were overwhelmed. There were two make-shift party places created and they work okay, but it kind of seems like an afterthought. All of the equipment and obstacles and such are fantastic. My son jumped/played for two hours straight. He LOVES Big Air and asks to go back a lot.

I had my daughter’s birthday yesterday. It was the most horrible experience ever. AC was not working. All guests including adults and kids were sweating. They double booked our party room. We were supposed to have it at 5 PM but they made a mistake and booked it for another party the same time. It was available to us after 6:30! Kids might had fun but it was embarrassing and stressful for us. I can’t understand how come they are still in business with no AC in this heat waves.

Understaffed, not enough seating, AC was broken and kids were overheating the whole time. I saw kids climbing on the outside of the rigging up about 15+ feet. Super dangerous! No staff in sight. They were to busy with birthday parties to take a minute to make sure kids werent doing dangerous things. Why not make it impossible for them to get on top of the structures in the first place? If you bring your kids here make sure pay very close attention cause this place doesnt care.

My kids just love coming here. Recently, weve visited at least once a week. AC is limited, but they do their best with big fans on hot days. Bring water bottles to fill/drink or go to the snack bar. Talk/review safety measures with your kids before you let them loose.

The air conditioning is broken on the hottest week of the year, its dirty and I havent seen one employee over the age of 20...waiting 30 minutes for food to get attitude from the kid behind the counter about how making food for parties takes precedence over the rest of us ordering food. Took the kids here for some fun while I sat and watched. They have a lot of open seating for parents/guardians to sit at. The staff is friendly and very fast to attend to damaged parts of the gym. We saw 2 employees (I wish I got their names) quickly respond to a damaged board and attend and fix it while making sure no one was hurt in the process. We will be attending again just because of that.

The people dont even leave any details, and they have also reviewed a bunch of other places all over the country.CONS:Air conditioning does not work, and the place is like a sauna during the summer months. Not a good combo when kids are wearing socks and jumping around.Bathrooms are disgustingly dirty and messy, and the sinks are so high that my tall 6-year-old cant reach the water. I have to pick her up every time. So annoying. They should have some sort of stools at least.Employees are untrained, unhelpful, and not even paying attention to do their jobs. And some of them are actually rude to the kids.

I’m giving it a 5 star because it really is a great place to take your toddlers for a toddler time jump experience and the prices are very competitive. So much to do my toddlers loved it! The only issue we had was it was SOOOO hot in there. Could do with better A/C or something. Could also be more games (there’s a claw game with really not much in it and another game that’s not working). Otherwise I would still give it a 5 star because of how great it is!

We booked a reservation for a birthday with the “deluxe package”, which is 2 hours jump time and 1 hour in the party room. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience, especially since our daughter got injured on her birthday.PROs: lots of different activities from bull ride to foam pits, dodgeball, obstacle courses, and ofcourse trampolines.There was a laser maze but it was closed the day we were there (12-18-22)CONs: crowded, dirty, and understaffed. There were 1-2 people on the floor, which is not enough to cover all areas with proper supervision to ensure safety. The play areas were dirty and the bathrooms were filthy. There was a staff switch right as I was entering the party room so everything ran late, including the food. The kids were really hungry after 2 hours of jumping and I had to tell them to wait as I’m not allowed to bring outside food. I had a bunch of decorations I wanted to get up but I just skipped that to ensure the party is fed. Also, more shoe cubbies and sitting areas would be good to have so the exit is not always blocked with shoes and people blocking the exit as they put on their shoes.

My kids really like this place but i think there a lot of room for improvement.We went there a bit over a week ago and the AC was not working. Went again today and the AC was still not working.Housekeeping is not done often. There was trash and wet floors around the dining tables and it was not cleaned during the two hours I was there.Last year, I told the staff the floor pads at the laser game entrance was so worn down it hurts just stepping on to it but has not been replaced.A few weeks ago, my son fell behind the cube pool and got a big scratch on his back due to some expose bolts and I told the staff about this but the bolts are still exposed.One last thing, I will never by anything there anymore as today I found out they Jacked the icees price to over $5 dollars each.

If you are a babysitter you have got to bring your kids here. Kept my kid entertained for 4 hours straight, staff likes to play with the kids. Its a great place to bring lunch, and bring a book or laptop along with you! I enjoyed lounging here and getting some work done. Moving them down to one star. Been here 3 times in the past two months and the AC situation gets progressively worse. Not sure why they cant do something about it. Yes its costly, but thats the cost of hosting a large facility. Get it done.--------------------------------------------------Super fun place for kids to go. Highly recommend. Dads can rest on the chairs and scroll on the phone while there kids do air flips for 2 hours. Alone time Dads, priceless.But Im giving 5 stars because the dude at the concession stand was super nice and helpful. There was a problem with an order, and he went out of his way to resolve it.

Good deal on two hours. Kids had a blast and even the wife and i got involved. My littlest at two and a half did her best to keep up with her siblings and still had a great time. The best part was the staff working. I know they are young but the all seemed to like their job and were great interacting with the younger kids. They kept the older kids in line while still allowing them to play rougher. The watched out for little ones and made sure they were included. They played games and offered help/suggestions to make sure that everyone enjoyed their time. Very impressed with the quality of the staff there and kudos to whomever hired them and retained them!

We went for my kids birthday. It was awesome!!! I’m a 30 year old adult and I even enjoyed bouncing around. The rock wall was my favorite part! The girl at the front desk and the rest of the staff we interacted with were super friendly. Whoever was manning the bull stopped the ride when the kid riding it started to cry even though the parents kept yelling to keep it going. So props to that guy!

I have been taking my daughter to Toddler Time here about once a month for the past year. It is such a fun place for kids to get out some energy, so it’s sad to see how increasingly dirty and unmaintained this place has become. The ball pit in the obstacle course no longer has balls in it (except for hair balls), there are old masks and socks throughout the place, and the layer of grime on the mats surrounding the trampolines has only grown. It’s such a shame, because it’s a great place for kids and parents, it just needs a deep clean.

My 10 yr old daughter had her birthday party there last week and it was a tremendous success. 20+ kids had a great time and we couldnt get them to leave. Staff was awesome and kept the kids engaged throughout and drama free! I have been to many events there and it is consistently fun every time. Cleaning is a mess. Dust rolls around the edge of the stairs, and dust and black soil clump together. The bathroom is smelly and dirty. Many people planted their feet in places where they only wore socks. The level of cleaning/sanitation/cleanliness is close to zero. I visited Toddler Time at 9 p.m. on Sunday, and it was dangerous because there were so many big children. Shouldnt Todler and his guardian come on time? Where to start? There are protective pieces between jump areas with exposed springs. The food area only has about a quarter of whats on the menu actually available. The AC was broken so it was about 85 degrees and humid. Many areas are closed. I could go on but I suggest avoiding this place.

Awful experience with the birthday party I reserved. Half of the food was missing, than they told us we could move to another tables to eat our food and than another manager told us we couldnt move because they were overbooked. When they brought the food, it was still FROZEN and my guests started eating and had to spit out. Toddler time is a great idea, and our three year old likes it. The one star is for multiple reasons. The advertised cost of toddler time is $9, but we found out today that if you come in after a certain time the price goes up to $17 per kid. (Not mentioned on any signs or the website). Meanwhile we waited 25 minutes in line both Sundays in a row, so we were there “on time” but because they only have one cashier it takes forever to get through. Three other staff members were at the counter, just chatting which was a little frustrating. We will probably try another place in the future.

Big Air Rocks! Not only is there a variety of fun trampolines and activities, the kids love it and get tons of exercise! Very disappointed with Big Air’s discriminatory practices and predatory attempts to capitalize on such discrimination. Spoke with event coordinator Tiffany about invitees to my party who have food allergies and cannot eat the type of food Big Air offers. She stated it would be an extra $75.00 for me to be able to bring food for kids and relatives who cannot eat their food. I asked her to waive such ridiculous requirement and her response was cold and careless, stating it is policy and it is only her job, she did not care. — With food allergies being on the rise, this practice of overcharging parties that wish to accommodate guests, when you are already paying Big Air for the food they serve (your guests just cannot eat it), is absolutely a predatory and discriminatory practice.

Thats false advertising.There happens to be a pretty good selection of trampoline parks within a reasonable distance to our house. They usually cheat us on time. For example, if you purchase a 1 hour pass at 6:05, it will expire at 7, meaning you only get 55 minutes. Theyre very strict about removing the kids the very minute their time runs out tooTonight they sent us home despite having an active annual membership, whatever the most expensive one is. Weve come many times in the past on cosmic night and its never been a problem but tonight for the first time they said that we would have to pay extra.The gym wasnt even crowded but they still refused my sons pass and sent us away.Finally, they dont allow back flips here. We went there for college night where college students get a discount from 7:00 to 9:00. We specifically told the girl who rang us up that we were there for college night from 7:00 to 9:00 and she only gave us 7:00 to 8:00 when we paid for the full two hours!!! The trampolines are pretty good although some of them are kinda small. I like the tumble track, rock wall, basketball, and the battle beam. Dodgeball is way too small, foam pit too. And I would love the mechanical bull if it could do something other than spin around in a circle the same way for only 30 seconds and there is only 1 guy in the whole place who can run it and he doesnt even run it ever at all!!! I only went on it once when I was there after we begged them to open it. Also they make you wear socks. Socks are dangerous on trampolines unless you buy their special grip socks but even the grip socks arent too good. I have fallen over due to slipping so many times there and that cant be safe because you can hurt yourself by slipping and falling. Supposedly when I asked the guy about wearing socks, he said that the lady who runs Big Air was worried about sanity and thought that a whole bunch of people going barefoot was unsanitary. Hello, the beach. Basically I would not recommend going there. Sky High is WAY better.

Grandkids (age 4 and 9at the time) enjoyed the fun activities. Very entertaining to watch them run, jump and play. Look for coupon deals to save a few bucks. The food was decent. I tried chicken strips, tator tots, cheese sticks, and of course a little sour candy to wash it all down afterward. Dont expect McDonalds prices but you are captive and can not bring in your own food. Menu seemed to be rather large for the venue. It contained everything from chicken to hot dogs to pretzels. Parents and grandparents have a lounge to relax in and it was ample sized during the week with plenty of comfortable seating and massage chairs (for a fee). Parents be warned. The employees working will do nothing if your child is hurt or assaulted. Tonight my son and a group of friends were there for glow jump and one of his friends was punched in the face. When the boys spoke to an employee the response was we cant do anything. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there wasnt one. This is the second time. Last time a boy in high school pelted my son in the face from about a foot away. When I intervened the boy in front of an employee gave me the middle finger and the employee just ignored it. I had to threaten to call the police to get the boy removed. Very friendly staff and a very big park for my kids to jump around! lots of stuff to do here, they are never bored when we visit. my kids are so excited for all the new stuff!!!

The trampolines are of decent quality, certainly not the best. And thats the nicest thing I have to say about this place. I have arrived there over an hour before closing and had them tell me they are closed. I even told them I didnt mind only jumping for a short amount of time. They really did not want to take my money. They rarely answer their phones when I call to check if they will be closing early. I hate supporting such a terribly run business but its one of the only trampoline parks in the area.

I loved that place! It was so much fun! There are so many different things to do so its like I never got bored I came with 11 other people and they had to make me leave; I didnt want to I was having so much fun! There are two dodge ball games going, basketball, a foam pit just to jump in, two different types of games where there are lazers. One is where you have to avoid the lazers and the the other you have to hit all the lazers. The had a balance beam with big foam pupil sticks where you have to knock the other person into the pit. The have a good court. There is an area for younger kids. Its fun for all ages I think Ill be 30 this year and I didnt ever want to leave! They also have party rooms as well.

This trampoline park is my children’s best favorite location.They have best deals on Monday, Wendsday.3 hours mega jump is ony $18.You need a non slip socks.If you have not, don’t worry.You should buy a socks at the park.

Highly overpriced just go somewhere else. They started to kick us off the trampolines for not wearing their socks when we had already been there for 2 hours perfectly fine and then all of a sudden someone is following us around to make sure we bought their dumb socks. We left an hour early and I will never go back there again.

If youre trying to figure out what to do with your kids when its hot outside this is a good indoor option. The kids will be able to have fun and use up their energy. Theres a lot of young families that come here. My favorite part was riding their mechanical bull, come check it out!

From the moment we walked in (courteous, fast), to the availability of all the bounce areas, the super friendly Jesters and yummy treats at the snack bar (get the pizza +++) ... simply an OUTSTANDING time!! Big Air was alright. Better for kids than for anyone over 55. They require you to wear socks at all times while using the trampolines, which in of itself is a significant safety risk. They sell gripped socks at the door for a dollar-per-pair. Without them, you cant bounce without slipping and potentially injuring yourself like I did. They have a better variation of things to do than, say, Sky High, but the sock-wearing requirement completely kills the potential of the establishment.
