When I stepped in. Well organized, very cool store atmosphere, the crew were helpful and had the basics really well, however, they seemed to be stretched out way too thin. I bought a plush toy and my mom (the main shopper) knee brace.

Thank you to Luis who went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very patient looking everywhere for some snow boots I needed. He was kind enough to call another store so they can place them on hold for me. 10/10 would recommend this location!!!

I have to be honest and say that I dont stop in that frequently, however every time I have, this store is really well managed, well stocked and maintained. The sales people though, could be more friendly.

The store seemed packed with inventory, a good place to browse. The staff was super helpful and attentive. Not only to me but to all the customers. They are on the ball.

Pretty nice store and run pretty efficiently. It has a good flow of products as you walk in.. products are not spread all over the store, customer service is pretty good, although its like anywhere if they are busy its going to be hard to get someone to help you right away.

Bad customer service.Nobody was attending the store for more than 10 minutes. I was looking for a tennis raquet that I saw online. When asked at the front desk if they had the item in the inventory, I got for answer What you see is what we have. The raquets on the hangers were a mess, mixed all over.
