Brady and his team of technicians has been a Godsend. Working remotely the past few years, two-part authentication, reliable encryption, reliable data access, and moving over to the Google platform has been a breeze thanks to BH TECH. I’ve used many others in the past, but my satisfaction has never been greater. Brady is efficient, purposeful, and a star performer. I can’t recommend the firm and the terrific people highly enough!!

Tara is truly amazing! Very knowledgeable!! Has solved many problems and set up new computers quickly, efficiently and without any help from us. We are able to continue working on other issues while she solves our IT issues! Thank you Tara! :)

Brady and Tara have been instrumental in helping us purchase new computers. Tara and Edwin are both very knowledgeable, patient, and highly experienced in transferring data and setting up new computers. They also take time to guide and teach so we can do a better job of keeping things organized and ready for them when we need their help. I enjoy working with the BH Tech Connection team and feel very confident that our computer data is safe which is a huge thing these days!! The entire team at BH Tech deserves even more than 5 stars!!! Not only are they super professional and responsive, but they really go above and beyond with patience and kindness. Their systems saved us thousands of dollars and hours of time - and no doubt frustration!I would like to make a special mention of Tara who has been extraordinary in helping us to onboard new computers, deal with ridiculous IT issues and ensure we are all backed up and safe. We’ve been a client of BH Tech Connection for several years now, and I can’t imagine how we could get along without them. Brady, Tara, Henry, and the rest of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable (and patient) when it comes to resolving IT issues and have solved any and all problems we’ve had in short order. It’s a true comfort knowing that support is just a phone call away--day or night. Their team is very helpful in explaining the problem in terms I understand and how to remedy the situation. Also, their scalable maintenance program is designed to monitor our system with options we find useful based on the size of our working network. What sets BH Tech Connection apart from the others?Simply put Brady has a real passion for what he does in the tech world. Brady is knowledgeable and his passion and enthusiasm for IT is contagious. I got a lot of value from his IT Boot Camp and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of both the practical and the soft skills side of IT and customer relations. It was a very good experience and I will likely attend again.
