Beverly Hills dentistry provided me with the best dental care and dental experience I’ve ever received from a dental office. Their team go the extra lengths to make sure you receive the best results and care you can get. I completed my Invisalign treatment through BH dentistry and am very happy with my results. Dr. Michelle Frawley made all the adjustments to my case with careful attention to detail to ensure the best results. Diana tracked my progress throughout my treatment and made me feel as though they really paid close attention to my case and made sure I was on track with my treatment plan. The team was always providing clear instructions to me and answered any questions I had regarding my treatment. Dr. Kevin Frawley performed a surgery on me that had great results. Overall my oral hygiene has never been better! I have the smile I’ve always wanted and better oral health in general thanks to Beverly Hills dentistry! They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Their office always has state of the art dental equipment, is always clean, staff is very friendly and welcoming, and you can even watch tv during your dental procedures. Highly recommend and will continue going to this dentistry!

I called to make an appointment and Marylou answered my call. She was very sweet, polite and so accommodating to my needs.Dr.Michelle Frawley is awesome.She pays very close attention to all of the intricate details to help you plan out and better improve your overall oral health.Her Father, Dr.Kevin Frawley, is very knowledgeable in the field.Aside from getting your teeth cleaned, this office also offers a customized treatment for those with sleep apnea. Dr.Frawley is calm and will explain things in a manner that is comprehensible so you can better understand you and how to move forward.Gil is amazing!He is very thorough every single time I get my teeth cleaning. He does such an amazing job by taking his time and never overlooks a spot.For anyone reading my review, from my personal experience, I feel that I was in absolute good hands at this office and hope that youll feel the same way. I’ve been going to BHD for over a couple of years now, and though I was hesitant to leave the comfort of my old dentist’s office, I’m glad that I did because I never would’ve gotten my Invisalign treatment and I never would’ve met the incredible BHD team. Absolutely everyone at BHD, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists, is so incredibly warm and welcoming that I genuinely enjoy heading to the dentist’s office now. Having completed my Invisalign treatment over the past several months, I’ve especially come to spend a lot of time with and get to know Dr. Michele and Diana. They have been super accommodating of all my needs, informative of all my options, and helpful in getting me the smile I’ve always wanted. They always laid out all my options for me, and would go the extra mile to make sure that the decision I made was one that I would be happy with. Overall, I’m incredibly grateful to have gone to BHD and to have been able to work so closely with the Invisalign team. They are absolutely amazing!!

I was traveling and needed elastics (rubber bands) for my Invisalign trays and the office was very kind and offered to provide me with the elastics free of charge. The customer service is great and I can recommend them based on the friendly staff.

The whole staff was a pleasure to work with and made everything super easy. Dr. Frawley filled 2 cavities for me and the procedure was pain free. Overall extremely satisfied with everything from start to finish. They even followed up with me a couple days after to see how everything was feeling.

Beverly Hills Dentistry saw me after 10 other offices turned me down for an emergency appointment. I was experiencing blinding pain due to a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted and they booked me for an appointment right away. Dr. Frawley was very thorough and patient while he walked me through the procedure. All the of the staff was readily available for questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for the extraction, including explaining all the billing information to me up front. Im very excited to establish care with Beverly Hills Dentistry -- they truly helped alleviate pain I had never experienced before.Thanks a lot to Dr. Frawley and the entire BHD team! I just had the best experience at this place! I had a dental emergency (cracked tooth) while on vacation, and Dr Frawley and his crew patched me up. They made sure I got an appointment right away (not always the case for new and transient patients!), gave me a range of options, and made sure my treatment was effective and pain-free. All costs were very transparent and reasonable. Highly recommended!

I came to see Cara for a dental cleaning, and I always feel completely safe in her hands. Her knowledgeable manner and cheerful attitude will always impress me. Everyone in this office is a consummate professional. Ive begun to compare everyone I meet in the medical community to the Beverly Hills Dentistry standard of professionalism, and I havent met a single office who compares to all that the BHD community does. Absolutely the best dentist. I’m so grateful that Dr Frawley was able to take me the day before thanksgiving for a very last minute emergency root canal. Diana and Nicole made me comfortable with Netflix and a blanket. They supply water and are very safe with COVID precautions. Wonderful team of people. Lorena was communicative and incredibly helpful. I’ve been going to Beverly Hills Dentistry for about 7 months now. I was referred to this office like many other reviewers. Each of my visits are always a pleasure because of the great staff at this office! Recently, my visits have been frequent due to my Invisalign journey which I started back in December 2019. This process has been painless, and actually going quite fast since I use the VPRO-5 in my case. I switch trays weekly and I’m always excited to see how quickly my smile improves. Dr. Michele and Abe have been amazing handling each of my questions and concerns during my appointments. In essence, I’m so glad I came to here for such an important decision. After years of neglect my teeth now look amazing - multiple fillings, cerec crowns etc. The quality, level of care and attention to detail far surpasses any of my previous dental work. Ive been to many dentists in my adult life, but all of them have left me wanting more. Whether it was a feeling of being fake-friendly, or a over-billing/double-billing, or being extremely pushy for extraneous work and teeth whitenings, its often felt like going to a mechanic and not knowing what theyd try to get me to fix.Finally I found a dentist who is absolutely sweet, warm, friendly, but also has been anything but pushy about other work, tries hard to work within my insurance plan, and yes does great work on my teeth.On top of that, they (and Shawn Frawley personally) have really personalized things, going so far as to write a pretty long hand-written thank you note in the mail when I referred someone else there. And yes, now that other person has thanked me for the recommendation.Good dentist, and good office staff, strong recommendation!

His concern and care for his patients show as soon as you walk into the office.The front office staff is very welcoming, always kind and helpful, willing to answer any questions that you might have. My insurance had recently changed and they took the time out of their day so I didnt have to, to make sure that my services would still get covered! Great costumer service!The back office staff is AMAZING! So friendly and accommodating! I usually am taken care of by Teri when I go, who is off the charts with making everyone feel welcomed and cared for. When I go, I joke with the staff because it feels like I am in my own living room, they give me a blanket, prop up my feet, give me head phones, honestly it makes going to the dentist even more enjoyable.This last time that I had gone in for treatment I was taken care of by Dr. Shawn Frawley, who was gentle and took his time making sure the work was perfect, and it was!Over all, Beverly Hills Dentistry is the best in town, would never think about going elsewhere!

I have started seeing Dr. Shawn a year ago, my neighbor highly recommended him and she was right!I used to not trust dentists since they always found something wrong with my teeth even if it was not the case. Dr. Shawn on the other hand was completely honest from the start and told me what really needed to be done and what was optional, he has a cautious approach in general and avoids unnecessary procedures. I also promise you wont feel anything when he gives you an injection! something that made me terrified of going to dentists in the past, not to forget his excellent work and patience.Moreover, I never thought that I would actually look forward to such visit until I started going to their office. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and have a great sense of humor. Every single person there welcomes me by name, they try to make it feel like home and I think they have succeeded in achieving it.One last thing, I have a couple of friends who went there after my recommendation and I got a hand- written thank you note with credit as an appreciation from the office, so thoughtful!

You don’t need to go any where else if you want perfection and the kindest staff. Doctor Frawley did my front tooth 12 years ago(2006) and my tooth still looks perfect. No one even knows I have a fake tooth. I came back this week to do a crown that would be visible when i smiled. I was out in 2.5 hours, no return visit, state of the art equipment all done in house. I asked my husband to point to my new crown and he didn’t know which tooth it was. That’s what I call “perfection.” Don’t go anywhere else. You’re in good hands here!!!

I was a little nervous because my teeth are pretty sensitive, but I was VERY happy with the process, results, professionalism and friendliness of the staff there. Ricardo is a pro. Dr. Kevin Frawley and the staff at Beverly Hills Dentistry are an outstanding team and practice. Dr. Frawley is a patient, caring, and understanding doctor who takes the time to answer any questions you may have and does not rush you out of his practice. He goes over your dental history and concerns in detail and does not perform unnecessary dental work, something that has been a reoccurrence for me from previous dentist.This practice is unlike any other because customer service typically isnt good at a dentists office. It is almost like the staff have attended hospitality classes because of how great they are. They will go over in detail your insurance for you and will contact your provider to ensure they get the most accurate and estimated cost for any treatment you may have.This practice is so great that even though Dr. Frawley is out of network for me, I will still be getting all my dental needs taken care of here. The practice also has headphones for you to listen to music and sunglasses for you to wear to block out the light that is put directly over you during treatment. I feel at ease here and enjoy coming here because I know I am getting the best possible treatment. And the smiles from everyone is an added plus plus for me.Victor

Was my best experience ever in a dental center. Im an Actor so my smile is my thing... I was crying when I got there because of an emergency. All of them were so comprehensive and they talk to me really nice . Dr took care of me and work in my smile for more than 4 hours non stop! Ive visited this office twice now, and honestly both experiences were the best Ive ever had at a dentist. The staff and dentists are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I dont feel like they are trying to sell me on anything that isnt needed, which I appreciate. I highly recommend, even though some services are a bit more than other dentist, the level of trust is worth the extra charge.

The doctors are experienced and willing to discuss dental issues and solutions in detail; the hygenists are thorough and interested in demonstrating new hygiene techniques; and the office personnel are organized and well versed in insurance coverage details. I have been seeing Dr. Frawley for years. Oh, I have seen others but always came back and will never see another! The office has state-of-the-art equipment which I find fascinating and Dr. Frawley gladly answers any questions one may have. The staff, from reception to Dental Hygiene to business management is always so kind and extremely efficient. (Ive known several of them for as long as Ive known Dr. Frawley.) After nearly nine years of living in LA, Im happy to say I dont have to worry about combining a trip back east with visiting my childhood dentist any longer. Dont let the name fool you- theres nothing overtly Beverly Hills about this office. With its professional (and friendly) staff and very (literally) family like vibe, going in for my appointment at BHD was more like visiting my favorite neighborhood mom and pop shop. The reasons are clear why it stands out amongst the others: exceptional service and a personalized feel. The office was clean, super up to date, and you can confirm your appts with a text message for crying out loud. Cara cleaned my teeth, and the Drs. (who are family members) that were there that day were all so knowledgable and down to earth. They were also able to work with me with my payment plan given my situation (Im broke, ha) so I could still get what I needed to get done and not have to have anxiety that I also had to book a plane ticket every time I think I have a toothache. It feels good to finally have a place I feel comfortable with after living here for so long without it. So yeah, worth the drive from Los Feliz. Now if I could only find a physician I felt the same way about haha...

As it turns out, I have sleep apnea a& am now able to wear an oral appliance that is so much more comfortable than my old CPAP.
