I recently came into BHCR to have my computer repaired as it was super slow. They suggested I upgrade to Windows 10 and a SSD. I was surprised when they completed the job within 2 hours !! They were communicative and informative about everything. I had a great positive experience with them and wouldnt go to anyone else!! They are the best!

Jay was so amazing to me. Im the kind of guy that knows a little bit about computers, but what happened to my laptop was beyond my scope of knowledge. He was very courteous when i came in to see what he can do. He assured me that he knew how to solve the problem and sure enough, i had my laptop back super fast working perfectly. He even took the time to explain to me what happened without making me feel like an idiot. i definitely recommend this guy for any problem with your computer/laptop!!!

BHCR is great. My first experience was them quoting me more then 50% less then a different place I tried getting my computer fixed. They are honest and do a quick job. I am a very happy customer.

The employees there are very nice! They fixed a cable in my laptop for free, just because they didn’t give me an update on the repair. However, the quality of my laptop was not great. It still works but there were scratches everywhere. I was disappointed but the prices were cheaper than other places.

The service is fast, the work is outstanding, the pricing in incredible, and the staff there was extremely bright and knew exactly what to do. I have used BHCR for many different computer related issues and always leave a satisfied customer. I highly recommend!

They were so helpful I cannot even begin to describe! My comp was running so slowly and it was really challenging to get any work or play done- Jay completely fixed it quickly and at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you !!!!!

They do a great job at a very fair price, and are very attuned to customer needs every step of the way. I have switched to them from the apple store and am very glad I did. Highly recommended.

This started so well: My sons PC needed TLC and upgrading. The guys at Beverly Hills Computer Repair did a great job and later repeated the success once my son needed a faster processor.Then I made the mistake to ask if they also could maintain and service CCTV cameras. They agreed to replace our surveillance TV DVR and add two new cameras to the 8 we already had. The installation was fairly shoddy and they sent a guy to repair. That didnt work and they sent another guy. He also didnt know what he was doing and in the process he disabled a monitor by our front door.BHCR then sent yet another guy. He absolutely knew what he was doing, but told us the monitor by the door was now incompatible with what the last guy did. Turns out that BHCR was relying on sub-par subcontractors and should never have accepted the job the first place.They have since refused to replace the monitor by the door. They even questioned if it had ever worked!Instead I had to get a new internet capable monitor, an electrician and a new company to install it. I suggested a fair compromise, but my calls/email were not returned. We have no connection from the DVR to our desktops, only to our phones and iPads, as the software is proprietary, and BHCR is completely ignoring our please for help. We have spent thousands of dollars with them, never complained or haggled and always paid promptly. So heres the warning: When things go sideways, so do they.Bad karma.

Ive always had a talent for viruses and damaging my laptops but BHCR has managed to always make time for me to fix any issues. I remember Jay even walking me through fixing my laptop via phone at work. Love them!

Came to fix my 5 year old computer. Wasnt sure if it was worth fixing at all. I was told its honestly not worth fixing, but was given a quote if i wanted to fix it. these guys werent here to take my money, but to give me honest advice. I know i can trust them and their customer service was impeccable !
